I have a teenage son with a license. This backgammon board gives us an opportunity to slow down, disconnect from technology, and to find a way to spend some time together. The product is well made, but there is definitely something wrong with the dice I am using, because I keep losing.

I had this on my wish list for over a year, because it seemed a bit expensive. However now I have it, it’s worth every penny. Lovely polished wood, the acrylic counters are very tactile, and the icing on the cake is the two wooden dice shakers. It feels like a quality item, which makes it all the more of a joy to play. Everyone who’s used it have commented on what a nice set it is. Also worth mentioning is the size – it’s definitely full size – the one I used to own was probably a quarter of the size of this set.
Die Kiste selbst ist sehr schn verarbeitet und sieht schick aus. berraschend sind dann die Spielsteine, billigstes Plastik und eine Serie in Orange, was berhaupt nicht zu der Kiste passt.
Case, fittings, die and counters are all tactile well made and look good. Not played yet but will shortly. look to give further feedback.

Je pense qu’il plaira par a qualit et son lgance.
Sembra fatto bene,,, per due cose le cambierei,,, il colore delle pedine simil rosso, meglio nero.
Secondo o cambierei la foto con le istruzioni di gioco, invertendo il colore delle caselle perch sulla tavola reale sono all’incontrario, causando confusione nell’apprendimento.

Ich habe aufgrund der schlechteren Bewertungen bei der Bestellung etwas gezgert, hatte aber nach dem Auspacken ein schn gemachtes, einwandfreies Spielbrett ohne Mngel vor mir liegen. Nix verzogen, nix lose… alles gut. Empfehlenswert.
Lediglich der ungepolsterte Versand in einer Papiertte ist nicht wirklich clever. Der Courier hatte es ber unser Hoftor zugestellt / fallen lassen. Glcklicherweise ist nichts passiert und das Spiel blieb unbeschadet. Das muss nicht immer gut gehen.
I am very happy with this wooden inlaid backgammon set. It is of excellent quality and craftmanship. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was that the large randomly coloured plastic dice that came with it did not suit the quality of the set and did not fit in the slot provided. So I chose to purchase a smaller wooden set of backgammon dice that better suited the quality of the product.
My wife wanted to start playing backgammon again and so I thought it would be nice to give her a high quality set that’s large enough to be comfortable for use at home and also to take along on camping trips and weekend getaways. This is really a nicely made board and she really likes it. Well worth the money spent.
Vendor and Amazon also made sure it arrived ahead of schedule for it to be under our Christmas tree for her.

Good quality board and prices. The one complaint is that the hinged board doesn’t have a latch or locking mechanism to keep it closed for travel or storage.

Received it yesterday and we are surprised by the looks. Very nicely manufactured, you get more than you pay for. The hinges aren’t loose just the screws look kinda crooked but that doesn’t bother. Definitely recommend to purchase if you are looking for a nice looking game which is easy on your wallet.

This is a handsome compact backgammon set. The background wood is a bit lighter than shown, and the dark points are fashioned with the same zebra striations as on the outside of the case. This is the nicest set I’ve seen in this price range.

Pleasantly surprised with this backgammon set. I expected cheap woodwork on a set that I would probably be replacing in a couple of years. Instead, this is a very nice set. The woodwork is beautiful, sturdy and I now expect to be using this set for many years to come. A great value for the money.
