Nothing to dislike I love it okay the best workout bench I ever had so fa
Really pleased with the bench. Had plenty of use already. Lots of different angle options and very well made.
Very easy set up now event for beginners and pros. Worth every penny.
More comfortable and make you motivated and fit, this is good equipment for home experience
I have had workout benches before and some are restrictive as far as the width goes.
This is perfect for support without the restriction so execution of exercises are done strictly.
Comfortable padding and very sturdy. I use mine 5 or 6 times a week and it’s brilliant.
I’m 6′ and 120kg.
Took 10 minutes to put together. Only 4 nuts and bolts. Found no problem with sturdiness. Fast and easy to adjust.
Nice comfortable bench easy to assemble, just remove a couple of pins to fold away.
Only minor fault is somewhere to store the pins when folded
If saving space when not used is a priority, then this is worth your attention. Due to the small form it can feel a little cramped and you’ll be spending some time adjusting yourself if over 6ft.
Really happy with this bench. Looks good, feels sturdy and good quality and does what I need it too when I can’t get to the gym. Excellent for the price
Ordered this for home workouts and to be able to store away, very happy
Good value for money, sturdy and meets all my needs. I am 6ft and 14.5 stone
Amazing for the price ,
Built up in a minute , looks very tidy .
Folds away nice and compact when not in use easy to use and assemble
I’d say ignore the negative reviews, is the bench perfect? No. Does it need to be? No. Is it excellent for less than 60? Yes.
For regular dumbbell workouts in the house if you can’t get to the gym or are strapped for time it is great, incline and decline for dumbbell press and shoulder press it’s great, sturdy enough if you’re not unreasonable, no perfectly flat bench setting but maybe 5% incline or decline but that doesn’t effect it’s use for me, many of my mates also have this and not one of them think it wasn’t worth the money for what you get, if you want more spend over 100, this like I said is excellent for under 60. Oh and not the most compact to store away but compact enough for the stability it gives when in use.
A little bit high for an average person otherwise OK.
Nice and simple, perfect for a beginner to use but not equivalent to a professional bench you would find in a gym
So easy to assemble, took about 10 minutes and alot of that was me saying” nah, can’t be that easy” lol. great addition to my gym. Highly recommended.
They aren’t top quality, but for the price they are good
I found this item really easy to put up (by myself) although it has a slight wobble (this maybe my fault?) I’m a 5″6 female and use it daily as an intermediate user. It’s comfy and easy to use.
Great purchase, very good way to keep fit anyone with restrictions on mobility will find this very helpful.
Great price compared to other similar mini gyms which provide same results.
Would recommend.
At the price, this is a good home gym product.
If you are not going to use it every day , it ‘s ok
Got this on sale for 48 with delivery.
Easy to assemble, very sturdy, different seating angles are useful.
A little bigger than anticipated when folded away but nothing to cry about reallyI suppose if you’ve got a very small place then it’s an issue.
All in all a decent, safe, cheap bench to work out on.
A little disappointed there was no elephant though!
Very easy to assemble, sturdy enough bench and comfortable to use. Only negative point is the resistance bands which are too elastic and provide no real resistance despite shortening them. Not essential for a bench anyway.
Easy to assemble. Not suitable for anyone over 5′ 10. Good value. Folds for easy storage
Yes, it is easy to assemble in less than a minute and folds down flat for storage. At 6’3″and 90 km it supports me quite comfortably and is solidly biult. I may have liked it a little longer and wider but overall it is a good bench and good value and will get plenty of use.
Great bench for the price. People complaining about it not being sturdy should remember its a bench costing 70. If they want a proper gym bench then it will cost about them about 200.
The bench is easy to assemble and also very compact when folding away. The cushioning on the bench is very good as it has more padding than most others, making it very comfortable. Great sturdiness, no rocking from side to side. Downside, straps are not resistant enough and knee rest ought to be set a couple of more inches away from the end of the bench and slightly higher for doing sit-ups. Padding keeps slipping off the low leg supports.
Easy to assemble, brilliant value for 90.
I have used it half a dozen times now and it does the job perfectly for my workout.
The fact that it folds down easily and compact for storage was they main reason I chose this.
Like others have mentioned the elastic laces are pointless as there is not enough tension or resistance to them.
Someone mentioned it being too small for somebody who was 5ft”9, I’m 5ft”11 (85kg) and it is just about right for me, I’d say if you are 6ft or taller then I would look for something bigger.
I chose this bench out of countless offering because of one honest review: words to the effect of “of course there’s some wobble, it’s a lightweight bench not the type you get at the gym, but it’s strong enough for what I need it for”. That convinced me – I’m no body-builder, I’m a 38-yr-old dad trying to keep in shape. I used to go to the gym and push myself but lockdown has been about maintaining and toning so nothing heavier that 50kg gets thrown around in my garden shed. This bench is simple to build, it’s sturdy enough to support what I need it for and it has enough positions to support lots of exercises without sacrificing strength – I’m confident that the components will hold at all the angles, otherwise I would have gone for a fixed flat bench and made do. I highly recommend, unless you’ve invested in super-heavy weights at home and need the extra
Not as sturdy as a bench in my gym but certainly sturdy enough for home use, and does everything I need of it. I’ve only got a box room to use it in, so I needed a bench that folds away to store. By just pulling out 3 pins this folds in half making for easy storage. I had placed orders for 2 other benches, both apparently delivered from China, and neither was delivered after a 2 month wait. This bench, although made in China, was from a UK company and was delivered speedily and efficiently. I’d certainly recommend this bench.
This weight bench was extremely easy to put together using a couple of bolts. Once assembled the 3 pegs can be removed easily so that the bench can fold up compactly to save space. It is also very quick and easy to put the pegs back in.
The padding is quite thin but it is actually quite comfortable to sit on. It would have been nice if it was a bit thicker. The back of the bench is adjustable allowing you to easily change the angle from horizontal to almost vertical. The front of the bench includes various places to rest your feet.
Compact and easy to set up and fold.
The best part is, its sturdy and can help with bench press and foot work. The resistance band hook comes in handy a well, I was able to use swap it with other heavy resistance to power up as needed.
Honestly I never do reviews
I had to
This is amazing so easy to put up and I have Add and struggle with stuff like that I always call dad but I done it in 2 minutes. I’m made up with it. I’d deffo buy it if I were you!
It is good for home use. One cannot expect the same heavy-duty gym version quality from this product. But for a single person use at home is certainly good enough. However, the rubber bands come with it, they are really a joke! You can have much better results if you buy robbers separately and use the table, it works much better.
I am editing my review up based on some great customer service from this brand. After writing my review they contacted me about my feedback, took on board my comments and offered me a full refund. All communication was quick and clear.
The bench is lightweight and adjustable. It is pretty much fully assembled when it arrives. On balance a great bench for light to moderate gym work, easy to store and on balance I’m glad I bought it. I would also recommend this seller.
Pros (apart from great customer service!)
Easy to store
Light weight
Adjustable
comfortable
Good for sit ups and ab exercises.
Cons
Construction is not suitable for very heavy weights – stick to weight limit. It does say clearly there is a weight limit. I exceeded it and it broke which was my own fault so stick to the advertised limit. Despite this they still offered me a refund which was very kind.
Bought this so I could train at home during the current crisis. Lucky to get it.
Very easy to assemble only needing 2 bolts in front leg. The rest if it is just fitting the removable pins which allow it to fold. Bonus is you get a pare bold and pin.
It does flex a bit but it is a folding bench so to be expected
Also it seems very strong, I weigh 110kg and even when doing incline bench press with 30kg dumbbells it feels secure. I do make sure.
I keep my feet on the floor though.
Recommended but remember it does fold so you will get some flexing.
