It’s a good system provided with 16 port NVR and 16 cameras. We haven’t checked the quality of it yet, but it looks good. Their customer service team is very helpful and friendly, a special mention to Ariana and Leo. Thanks
Other than the amazing quality of the product the cameras are top quality crisp images.
This is no lie but the system to set up took less than 5mins (excluding installation of cameras and cables) it simple a simple plug and play.
I purchased the 8 channel NVR poe system and shipped it to kenya where i had it installed to monitor my 3bedroom newly build home and compound on our familt ancestral land .As you can see am able to see clear images from the comfort of my home in UK.There was an initial issue with set up but i got intouch with Zosi helpline on their website abd my problem was resolved quickly.
Also replacement camera was quickly disptched to me after one of the units failed for unkonwn reasons. The system is working well and shows clear crisp images instantly on any occassion.i get notified when the camera picks any movements according to my set up.I have set it to pick only humanoid and vehicles.etc and have not been dissapointed so far overall.
Nice system for the money, installed cameras at a retail store, with one camera at loading bay as per picture. simple to install, camera mounting and assembly could better, when up a ladder 3 hands would be good. That being said that is my opinion however overall this is a good kit. No issue getting phone app to work either, I have split the HDMI cable and running 2 monitors. excellent customer service from these guys when the delivery company lost a box.
I have installed many systems but Zosi CCTV is by far the easiest. I had a view technical problems but there technical support were very helpful and it was them who kept and update on me. I would like to thank Rainbow for the continued help

Had 8x of them put them around the house and had them around 6 months now and all has gone well, really good after care support from them and really proactive solving issues but rest assured there has only been one, but all sorted, app on the phone is great to have too!
