This is a great little device! It’s a good quality tablet that doesn’t stick and freeze and has a good picture and sound. Purchased this for my mum when she was in hospital so she could watch TV, I put a data only sim in it and it worked instantly.
This could easily be used as a tablet and a mobile phone all in one, just put your SIM in the tablet and its all done and ready to go. Its the best tablet I have purchased, but the battery runs down pretty quick. 10/10 from me

We got this as a present very well made unlike our old facetel ones . Loads up very quickly. Picture quilty excellent.battery life good .instructions ok for novice .sound quality very good as is Bluetooth .
Only disappointment is no case or key board we are going to use it with a charity . So they will find it very useful .

What a fantastic service and really a nice product for the value of money .I ordered it enjoyed but I needed a bigger screen I returned it and I received the whole amount without any complain .great product to use instead of spending 1000 for an iPad .it does the same job and yeah we can use our sim card as well .great product .I hope the screen might need to update for a stormer one in case of drop sometimes by kids .so it should not be broken .thanks alo

I like a lot, my kids like a lot.
It’s got a very clear display, looks very good.
Used for videos, browsing, displaying pictures on a much larger screen than my phone and for my kids to paint with: Paint app.
Android, so its use is obvious to any Android user.
The only thing is that Twilight is on and off.
This is an app that dims the screen and turns it red at night/early morning.
Some app conflict to do with overlays.
Happened on one other Android phone I had, but this tablet has more information.
This is only Very mildly annoying, as it can easily be switched on again.
I need a stand for it.
I cannot fault the customer service at Blackview. They responded straightaway to solve my issue. Highly recommended!
Very well presented metal cased Phablet with fast and helpful customer service backup.
Comes with a good glass screen protector for applying yourself if required however it does slightly impair screen sensitivity and would not be absolutely necessary if using a flip case for protection.

I gave all 5 stars simply due to the great value for money….. It feels nice to hold & packed full of functions you’d expect from an expensive device… I got a 256gb expansion card for storage & all is good now… Don’t get me wrong, when i go back to my ipad pro I really notice the difference in quality but you won’t be disappointed with this little device…

Blackview have a good reputation for customer service and their tablet 12 is value for money. I had a problem with the battery life on the tablet but Lona at customer service was excellent in communication and replaced the first tablet without hesitation. Blackview are clearly focused on looking after their purchaser’s.

I love this tablet. great value for money. Great for watching films, I play 8 ball pool and the picture quality and graphics are superb. Better than tablets costing 3 times as much. Good sound quality, lightweight, comes with it’s own case for protection. I bought a glass screen protector. Battery life is excellent. The best tablet I’ve owned so far. Happy to share with friends and colleagues.
This product is a great piece of hardware, unfortunately the one I purchased would not connect via my WIFI and on the one occasion that it did, it was extremely slow, so I returned it. But customer services were excellent!
This tablet has a good, crisp image. Easy to operate. Great price.
Positives: fast enough for most applications, supports bluetooth keyboard and mouse (so can be used like a light laptop with a stand): customer service is great.
Negatives: finding a case that would make it kid suitable is hard, no USB alt display HDMI support.

The tablet is really thin but very strong and does not bend at all. It’s a great size at just over 10 inches. It’s easy to hold as the back has a great texture.
The camera is good and takes really good quality videos and photos. The processor is fast and I like that any apps I have on my phone I can also get on this android tablet.
