IF YOU BUY THIS LIGHT WHICH IS A GOOD LIGHT FOR THE BUCK YOU NEED TO GO TO THE APP STORE AN DOWNLOAD TENT BUDDY YOU NEVER HAVE ISSUES AGAIN
Great light for the budget!!! I have yet to find a light this good at this price. I love the timer feature, although the sync feature can be confusing cause it freezes the timer when you turn it on. The other downside is the amount of actual UV diodes it contains, which is less than what I expected. Other than that though, my plants LOVE this light. I have yet to get any type of light burn, etc, yet the intensity of the light is fantastic. The customer service team seems to be really responsive, and I hope this light gives me absolutely no issues as it hasn’t given me any so far.
It is a great brand. They have amazing customer service, and each light comes with a warranty that they honor. When I initially bought the lights, they lasted about 7/8 months before I ran into a problem, which was easily troubleshooted once I contacted them.
iming function and time reservation setting, three different ful spectrums you can tell these guys have a lot of knowledge about growing..it has veg, veg and bloom, and bloom..all three for a REASON guys…out don’t tell you bout this function but it also has a plug-in on the top that I actually used to pug up my inline fan so it came on with the light..it daisy chain compatible, and also has a sunrise and sunset funtion!!! Amazing, I’ve had no problems at all , buy this light!!!!
This is by far the best company I’ve dealt with lately, my light is amazing works beautifully, ran into a small issue and they helped me with detailed instructions to fix my problem. Quick response time not only saved my light, saved my ladies from disaster. Thank you so much and will definitely recommend and will be purchasing again.
OK, so I was a little apprehensive about buying this light. I read the reviews and some stated the light was getting very hot. Well, I had no intention of ever putting it in a very tightly enclosed area like a tent so I decided to give it a try.
I’ve had the lights for about three weeks now. I can tell you that after they’ve been on for about 12 hours, I can put my hands on them and leave them there for a little bit of time 5 to 10 seconds, yes the fixtures are warm. However, they are nowhere near as warm as a 600 W high-pressure sodium light. As with anything that uses power it’s going to make some heat and therefore require some ventilation. With a fan in the area and adequate air movement I find these lights operate as expected with regards to heat dissipation and light production.
I and my plants both like the sunrise and sunset function of the lamp. The timer is a 24 hour timer that can be used to turn the light on and off. It is a 24 hour timer. Not a weekly timer. I don’t believe I have ever seen my garden grow this well I ordered a second light today and I will be using it to expand my garden
Don’t believe everything you read. I am very pleased with the operation of this light and glad I purchased it. I spoke with someone today that bought the SPC 6500 and he was also equally pleased so for a light that doesn’t break the bank I would say this is a good choice it was for me anyway.
Update 04.13.23
I liked it so much I bought another one a couple of months ago. After running for 18 hours I have a fan on in my room, circulating air I can touch the tops of the heat sinks. They are warm, but certainly not hot. As far as yield goes I’d have to write them as awesome. There is a little bit of a learning curve because of the flexibility of the light. If you do your research and apply what you learn that is available online with regards to Spectrum And what the plant needs at what time these lights will definitely make a huge impact. I use two of these to cover a 4 x 8′ area and there is a stupid amount of light. Light is an important part of the growing process. It can definitely make her break your harvest. But don’t forget light is only part of the equation. Environment, nutrition all play a factor.
Happy harvesting.
Great Light with built in timer with dimmer and adjustable separate light panels a complete spectrum probably the best light iv used more pictures to come buds were the strongest I’ve had to date growing for 8 years best buds from this ligh
This grow light, Sunlipo SPC2500, is the best light, hands down, on the market in its class. No question. Plug it in, set your parameters, and walk away. Unless you need to tweak it, or reset it, business is done. Timer, check, dust to dawn feature, check, dimming control, . And it’s reasonably priced. I can’t fund anything comparable on the market. I looked for weeks. This is the light to have, if you do small grows, or big ones, cause it does daisy chain. You can’t beat this deal, and it is a deal, at this price. And I do recommend you use the sunglasses, they send you for free. It can get incredibly bright. Lol.
George.
This light was awesome bright and it did out do another light set up in the veg stage the plants took off then after my dog was full I switched to flower it done a great job but it needs a few more reds with that said I ended up with 16oz more bud then my other light everything was as close to the same but the so lipo finished 15 days earlier I’m only a hydrophonic grower ordered a second one so I can have buds every 8 weeks I’m a medical grower only 5lbs of bud in a 3×3 tray is easy to get with the set up I have
I have this light it’s a really good light. It did a really good job own my plant will add one more to my tent. I have read some reviews saying it’s not bright enough. I have play with different lights this one for the price works grea
I was able to get a full grow rotation out of this light before deciding to write my review, just to give it a fair weigh-in. I also ran it in the same tent, next to a first generation SpiderFarmer SF2000–I think it was(if my memory serves me correctly). Now, I will say, it isn’t quite as bright as the spiderfarmer, however, it also has a different light spectrum in comparison as well, with more red, IR, UV, and several different shades of white that make for a different lumen output than what the spiderfarmer puts out. But lumens aren’t what plants care about anyway.
All in all, I say that it seems to atleast be able to keep up with the SF nonetheless, and really, you can’t go wrong by including a more diversified spectrum like this light offers in my honest opinion. Ive had a hunch from the beginning that the wider multi-band light spectrum are ultimately superior to those with less variation, within reason of being properly balanced of course, but whether that is the truth or not still remains to be seen. However, I am overall very happy with this product, and I will no doubt be back for the larger one once I am able to make enough room for it.
So far so good. I use a par meter app on my phone and the readings I got were similar to their par map. Easy to set up and easy program. I like the moveable lights which help to focus the energy.
This light is amazing. Sonlipo lights have been fueling my grow for past 6 months and have had great results! No issues whatsoever. Their customer service is phenomenal and been a joy to interact with. Mark is awesome! Can’t go wrong with these products.
I received my Sonlipo spc2500 really fast. It took less than 2 days to arrive. Great packaging!! It looks very sturdy.I bought the 2500 to test it. I am comparing it to a very good blurple light I bought a few years ago. I do not have a par meter but I do have a lux meter. Both lights are 250 watt draw according to seller specs. The Sonlipo definitely has a higher lux reading. The Sonlipo is loaded with features! I am extremely impressed with the 7 different bands of SMD LEDs!!!most of the competition has only 2 or 3 different bands of colored lights. I have seen competitors whose lights sell for nearly $2000.00 and they only have two or three bands of light. I think the Sonlipo light is extremely well thought out. I just received it today so I have not been able to grow anything with it yet. When I get to grow with it I will update my review.
The light is very bright and nice having sunrise/sunset Features. But just a little disappointing that one of the LED light bars has damage on it and we’re still put together without changing the piece
