The vice works well and is well constructed. The drills are of a flat design (no pointed tip) so would not work on hard metals but is ok for soft metals, wood or plastic. Very happy with the purchase.

Only one SMALL problem to me was the round grips could do with being metal but that could be me being over dramatic.
It’s a brilliant item.
This is great for drilling small holes when making dollhouse furniture. The only problem is you have to be very careful with the smaller bits. They break very easy. Don’t put too much preaching on them.

Great companion for tools like the Dremel series. Miniature vice is brilliant.
I got frustrated trying to secure an undrilled stone in the holder and just put it away feeling like it was a waste. BUT if you’re a bead weaver and you know what it’s like to realize late in your project that one of your superduos has a blocked hole, then you will love this set. This happened to me last night and I pulled out one of the mini drill bits and twisted it with my hand to open that blocked hole. Hallelujah! My regular drill bits would have never fit.
I bought this set to work on some pearls, my pearls were to small to clamp securely in the vice but thats not the suppliers fault . Delivered quickly and in good order and good value . Well done

This tool allows me to work with much smaller model pieces and is weighty enough that it doesn’t require securing to a bench or table. Excellent piece of kit!!!!
Replaced an old drill and is perfect for the scale modeller. Exactly what I wanted, not too bulky and the bits that come with the drill are sharp (not flat ended like some cheaper sets).
Good set for the money, but I got it for drilling pearls and it won’t hold them.
Rough measure shows the vice will hold items down to about 1/2 inch.
Otherwise a good set – didn’t try the hand drill, bought it for the extra bits – I bought a small electric drill for the pearls and wanted more bits just in casel.
Tolle Zusammenstellung. Die feinen Bohrer kommen in einer soliden Transportbox und sind somit bestens geschtzt. Da ich viel mit Elektronik bastel kommt es immer wieder vor, dass man ein zustzliches Loch in die Leiterplatte bohren muss oder ein vorhandenens Loch aufweiten muss. Dazu eigenet sich das Werkzeug hervorragend. Der kleine Schraubstock mit den runden Zusatzbacken ist perfekt dazu geeignet, damit man kleine Leiterplatten fixieren und bearbeiten kann. Ein wirklich tolles Produkt, dass mich sehr positiv berrascht hat.
It worked great but the small drill bits are very fragile. I broke one which fell on wooden floor at the first use unfortunately. But it drilled through things I didn’t manage before.
The vice is useful as it has bolt-on soft grips and the pin vice has a proper three jaw chuck rather than collets. The chuck thread happens to correspond to that of one of my minature multi-tools. The drill range is also useful whilst the shanked drills eliminate the need to keep changing collet size in a small multi-tool. Beware that these shanked drills have been hardened to the extent that some are brittle and break easily if accidently bent too far.
Por el precio de venta vienen bastantes brocas, a parte de la de precisin. El porta brocas aunque parezca sencillo por falta de peso cumple su funcin perfectamente, y agarra las brocas ms pequeas de 0,3mm. El material de las brocas son perfectas para taladrar plsticos, maderas y algn metal blando como cobre , eso si siempre a mano. Utilizadas con taladro o minitaladro se rompen con facilidad.

If you are low-level hobbyist, this is just right.
You get a two tools (pin vise drill and mini vise) that both work. The drill bits all cut.
The pin drill is not a high-quality tool. The chuck is a little off-balance to the eye and the rotation has a fir bit of friction.
But the drill does work. You get a lot for your money and, for occasional use, it is great value and works well. If you are planning to use these tools a lot, or are working where precision matters, I’d spend more. But for clearing the holes in model kits and making simple projects, they are ideal and I’d recommend this kit.
I bought this to drill holes in small resin pieces I made. It comes with NO instructions so if you don’t already know how to use a hand drill this may be difficult. Only 4 stars because it took me awhile to figure out how to use all the parts.
The orange things on the vice screws are to hold a curved piece on top of the vice, not in it, trial & error. Overall it seems solidly made, and does what I wanted it for.
I never used this , I bought the wrong thing , so sent it back

It’s a good thing it comes with several bits because my first try the bit snapped drilling into the side of a square dowel. I wasn’t even being rough with it. I still rated it 4 stars because overall, I think it will be a valuable tool for my miniature dollhouse furniture making. I find the vise very helpful as well. Overall, I’m happy with my purchase.
Works extremely well making small holes when model making – balsa wood plastic etc. I doubt that it would be much good for holes in hard substances

This set is ideal for little craft work you might need in your household or basically is a suitable kit, when other drilling equipment are too big to be used.
Easy to use, with mini drill bits of different sizes, very precise and fun to play with.
Initially I had ordered just the drill and bits, but that order got lost and never reached me. But Amazon refunded the price and I ordered this one as a replacement. Honestly, I have never used the clamp so far because my pieces don’t fit in it. If I was exclusively making beads, it might have been useful. That is why 4 stars for value for money. Unless you are making beads it is a better that you get a cheaper set without the clamp.
