I paid just over 40 for this Amafit band, mainly because I wanted a heart rate monitor for the tread mill, and to be able to compare heart rate across different types of exercise. I haven’t tried to use if to monitor sleep or keep track of workouts.
A few observations:
+ as far as I can tell the heart rate monitor is fairly accurate – the results match those of the built-in monitors on the treadmill and cross trainer.
+ the device is waterproof, which is great. However wear it in the shower and it thinks that every drop of water is a touch, so goes a bit crazy
+ the UI is OKish – but not fabulous. I couldn’t work out how to keep track of a swim at all.
+ if runnning outdoors you’ll need to keep your phone with you and the Zepp app open
+ when running outdoors I seem to be able to start the run using my watch and have that register on the Zapp app. However ending the run on the phone didn’t end the run on the app. Bizarre.
+ there are quite a few ‘added extra’ functions on the watch that will only work when the Zepp app is open, but the app will reduce your mobile battery life
+ the watch display doesn’t normally stay on – you have to tap it to see the time, or wave your arm like a madman. Annoying at first, but I’ve got used to it.
Overall a good 40 spent for the basics, but if I was serious about measuring my fitness or wanted to use it to interact more with my phone (e.g. messages and alerts) getting a more expensive device might be worthwhile.
The product arrived earlier than expected! It was easy to set up and pair with my phone. The app tracker sends notifications when you are sat down for a bit too long which is motivating to get you moving! The battery life is consistent so far. The display of the watch is a good size which doesn’t make it difficult to read. I am impressed with this watch so far!
Love the watch, hate the strap so hard to do up on your own trying to push it together and if you catch the end it pulls apart nearly lost it twice.
It has very good Pros I will list two CONs no GPS (it uses the phone gps, so it’s good to have the phone with it), you need to “reconnect” (it is connected all day long) but if you don’t sink, it’s not going to pull the watch data to your phone/app.
This slim and stylish band managed to pack in all the features of a more expensive smartwatch while maintaining a highly affordable price point.

Lo utilizo fundamentalmente para medir mi actividad en natacin. Por ahora va bien.
I find this band really good, battery lasts up to two weeks depending on usage, screen brightness, etc. its screen is bright and crisp, pleasure to use. It is accurate when measuring bpm, blood O2, sleep etc. easy to learn to use too.
Now that being said, the screen is very sensitive to clothes and not only your fingers which sometimes activates or deactivates random functions. The biggest downside is definitely the strap locking mechanism, very prone to unlatching when wearing it at work etc. don’t get me wrong it is comfortable to wear but hope they’ll come up with a better locking system with next generation of this tracker.
Amazing watch for the price, does all the fancy and expensive watches do and at a great price. The watch faces arent the best but you do have a store to choose from the options.

Trovo molto utile ed importante la disponibilit di ricambi quali cinturini e cavetto di ricarica, anch’essi a prezzi giusti.

Bought this because it is in-between basic model and one that sings and dances . It is value for money and the face is bigger ,but not much. Good options and does the job .

Certo, io ho tutte le impostazioni e notifiche attive.. togliendo qualcosa recupererei qualche giorno di autonomia.
Unica pecca riscontrata? Non va d’accordo con la doccia! gli schizzi e l’acqua non sono un problema, ma essendo lo schermo assai sensibile.. ogni volta trovo alcune impostazioni cambiate.
My elderly mother walks with a frame and it doesn’t pick up the few steps she does take. Her heart rate and breathing seem to be accurately represented, as does her excessive napping during the day.
The watch strap can be hard to fasten tight enough to get a reading when fastening to someone else although the ‘trick’ of placing a piece of hard plastic/metal between the strap and skin does seem to help get a good tightness to get readings.
I’d buy this for myself too, however the app only appears to support 1 watch at a time.
Die Uhr ist prima und alle Funktionen sind auch ordentlich implementiert. SpO2 Messung ist meistens korrekt, ich vermute aber, dass Bewegungen hier nicht nur zu abgebrochenen Messungen fhren, sondern auch zu falschen Werten. Eher unwahrscheinlich, dass ich tagsber pltzlich nur 95% Sauerstoffsttigung habe und es nicht merke.
Was mir nicht gefllt, sind zwei Dinge:
1. Ist die Auswahl an Zifferblttern recht moderat. Wre das nun wirklich so ein Problem, ein paar mehr analoge zu designen?
2. Das nervigste Problem ist, dass die Uhr nicht immer aufhrt zu vibrieren, wenn man einen Anruf annimmt. Extrem nervig und passiert so nicht mit einem Galaxy Smartband.

Ottimo prodotto, ho provato vari orologi, questo il migliore fino ad adesso.
Comodo e non ingombrante.
Nel caso perda la connessione per la distanza comunque appena ti avvicini al telefono si collega da solo.
Interessanti le modalit di sport e il fatto che misura il battito cardiaco di tutto il giorno, tenendone traccia sul’App.
Ha anche diversi quadranti.

Battery life is amazing… Lasts for weeks, even with vibration settings to maximum! Very customisable and excellent sleep tracking with really helpful advice from the results shown in the Zepp application. The emergency light is incredibly bright and my wife has also changed to am AMAZFIT, but smaller version, having checked mine out. In a word – BRILLIANT !

Di tutti quelli che ho avuto, questo il migliore ed veramente comodo e completo. Un giusto compromesso tra leggerezza e leggibilit del quadrante, e poi ha tutto quello che mi serve per misurare la mia attivit sportiva. Con l’app sul cellulare proprio ottimo, registra il percorso fatto, insomma, ha tutto quello che potevo chiedere. Personalmente lo consiglio.
Per l’uso che ne faccio, mi sta bene. Lo devo levare durante la doccia, ma pazienza.
Si illumina spesso per non so quanto sia affidabile nelle analisi. Alexa non serve a niente.
Pratico ma sempre uno smart band.

Ottimo strumento per monitorare l’attivit fisica e il sonno. Molto utile anche la possibilit di usarlo per avere le notifiche che scegliamo (whatsapp, chiamate o quello che vogliamo) senza dover guardare il telefono
Leggero, diverse funzioni, mi pare ben funzionante. Non ci sono istruzioni soddisfacenti, c’ solo come connetterlo ma non cosa sono e a cosa servono le varie applicazioni e ststistiche
First off, the screen isn’t as small as the even smaller fitness watches you can buy. I don’t recommend the smaller watches at all, as they’re simply too hard to read and too small to operate via touch screen without your finger blocking what you’re trying to see.
The screen is nice and bright and very clear and easy to see. You can see your training history, you can control your phones camera with this a remote shutter key, and you can allow it to control music and volume apparently too, although I’ve not set that up yet. The screen is nice and responsive to touches yet doesn’t confuse itself with accidental touches or from sleeves on it.
The battery lasts 2 weeks happily without charging. I use my watch at least 5 days a week (and wear it for 7 days) for training and the battery still keeps up.
The sleep tracking is very useful, and gives clear information on how much you’ve dreamt and what your heart rate was throughout the night.
The strap is just fine. Black doesn’t do anything for this watch, and if you put it down, its hard to find in dim light.
Synching and setting up with your phone is very easy with the Zepp app. Its a pretty lightweight app that gives you all the info from your watch with a little more detail and the ability to review things in more detail.
I mean the only thing I’d add to this watch would be a little LED so you can use it as a dim torch. There is a torch function for the screen to turn into, but its next to useless.
I have not used any Alexa features yet.

Soy usuario de pulseras Amazfit desde las primeras versiones. Tambien he tenido varias Xiaomi.
La Amazbit 7 ha mejorado respecto a las anteriores. La App ya est bastante pulida y no pierde conexin con la pulsera, esta tiene ms funciones y los sensores funcionan mejor (las anteriores fallaban bastante en el pulsmetro). Cada vez se parece ms a un reloj aunque sin funciones avanzadas, GPS, posibilidad de recibir llamadas o escribir en la pantalla. Aunque para aquellos que queremos seguir disfrutando en la otra mueca de relojes clsicos, nos parece bien.
Me gusta el menu de configuraciones y la funcin de linterna que han aadido.
Tiene varios puntos flojos a mi gusto, aparte de los ya comentados como funciones avanzadas que para mi no es un problema, sigue sin incluir NFC. La pulsera de hace varias versiones era de hebilla y aqu han vuelto al pinchito en el agujero, que hace que de vez en cuando se suelte con la posibilidad de perderla. Se puede solucionar con pulseras aftermarket.
Coincido tambin con las crticas a las esferas, infantiles, llenas de colorines y poco prcticas. En este punto han empeorado claramente, y aunque la pantalla sea ms grande no han sabido aprovecharla. Como muestra incluyo la pantalla ms seria que tienen, con fecha en ingles aunque tengas el reloj en castellano, hora en nmeros enormes y pasos y pulsaciones en nmeros diminutos que no lees si no tienes vista de lince. Y esta es la mejor de todas.

La he usado en el gimnasio. Han aadido como deporte spinning, que antes no lo tena. La mayor sorpresa (y buena) ha sido al medir las pulsaciones. Las anteriores empezaban a fallar cuando empezabas a sudar y no eran muy fiables. Esta ha aguantado toda la sesin con una diferencia de 1 2 pulsaciones con mi banda de pecho. Esto significa que el sensor ha mejorado muchsimo.
En el men de configuracin hay una opcin rpida de bloqueo, que uso para bloquearla cuando voy a la ducha y as no se activa sola y pone funciones en marcha.
En resumen, un avance enorme en el software de la pulsera, sensores y app (les ha costado 7 versiones), manteniendo el precio. Con una correa mejor, NFC, y otro diseo de pantalla sera una pulsera de 10.
Le subo la estrella a las 5, pues se lo merece.

per quel che riguarda lo smartwacht e’ un ottimo acquisto,proporzione prezzo qualita’ ottimi.per la prima volta devo fare un appunto alla grandeed efficiente macchina di Amazon:sarebbe bene spedire l’oggetto in una scatola e non in una busta di cartone,in quanto mi e’ arrivato lo scatolo danneggiato,pressato e mancante del cavo di alimentazione e del libretto di istruzioni che saranno caduti nella pressione della busta danneggiata.Non ho chiesto il reso,visto che l’oggetto funzione e possedendone un altro uso il cavetto dell’altro smartwacht,ma ho cercato di venire incontro al problema.Amazon mi ha rimandato alla ditta che l’ha venduto che mi ha risposto non possedere il cavetto e mi offriva 5 euro per ricomprarlo il cavetto..e ha inoltre ,e forse giustamente, scritto che loro erano i venditori ma chi spediva era amazon..Comunque ho preferito rifiutare le 5 euro per evitare dubbi e perdite di tempo…COMUNQUE SONO SODDISFATTA DELL’AMAZFIT BAND 7

Prezzo assolutamente contenuto per un prodotto migliore di altri pi costosi.
Dopo molte peripezie arrivato questo smartwach. Si presenta bene display grande e leggibile. Adesso prover le sue funzioni ma leggendo altre recensioni credo di non restare delusa. Vorrei ringraziare il servizio clienti Amazon che ha risolto con celerit le problematiche di consegna credo non dovute di certo al venditore.

Ho preso questo smartwatch pi che altro per monitorare salute e attivit sportiva. abbastanza i intuitivo come uso, ma spesso devo riavviare la connessione e poi la batteria , se si usa normalmente (monitoraggio attivit sportiva, connessione notifiche ecc…) al massimo regge 10 giorni, se si usa anche per monitorare il sonno, al massimo la durata di 8 giorni.
Excellent price for the features. Call notifications have been very helpful as I often leave my phone on silent and miss calls. Fascinated by the sleep tracker which makes you think how your habits effect your sleep pattern and relate to how you feel on waking. Love the alarm feature which wakes you up slowly…..very clever. More basic than the higher priced ones but has more apps and features than I need.
Only criticism is that occasionally the strap can open if snagged on something. Could do with this improved.
Overall a great buy and worth the money

Ho acquistato la band 7 come upgrade della precedente band 5 e mi trovo benissimo, display pi grande e leggibile, software migliorato e collegamento con l’app Zepp senza problemi. Registra correttamente le attivit sportive ed i valori cardiaci, di ossigenazione del sangue e di stress. Anche il monitoraggio del sonno l’ho trovato migliorato e pi accorato, La batteria dura almeno 10 giorni con attive notifiche email e whatsapp, monitoraggio sport 2 sessioni settimanali e tutti i sensori di controllo fisico attivi h 24. Come punti negativi quando vado sotto la doccia il sensore va in tilt e mostra schermate a caso ma basta bloccarlo prima. Trovo comoda anche la funzione teatro che riduce al minimo le notifiche e consente di non essere disturbati. Preso a 49,90, un giusto equilibrio tra prezzo e prestazioni per un utilizzo quotidiano e per quanto mi riguarda soprattutto il non doverlo caricare tutti i giorni a differenza di altri prodotti pi costosi stato un plus vincente. In definitiva sono soddisfatto dell’acquisto e lo consiglio.

More screen display choices, plus an improved touchscreen response.
Not many extra features on the band itself, but Alexa does work much better than on the band 5.
There are, however, more features available on the Zepp app than before.
Price wise this is excellent and upgrading was a no-brainer.
Only negative is the lack of available strap options though I expect these will come in time.
If you’re after an accurate fitness band that’ll also track your sleep, work with Alexa and do much, much more for under 50, you really won’t find a better one than this!
It has been a month since I started using the band. What stands out is the screen size and the display at this price point!
Bought this to replace a fitbit that wouldn’t pair with my wife’s phone.
Took only a few minutes to set up.
She prefers this one although she says it’s not as accurate with the steps.
Nice colour screen makes a difference and it looks more expensive than it was.

Il prodotto corrisponde alle descrizioni, con un uso normale si superano i 15 giorni di autonomia. unico inconveniente che ho riscontrato che se il quadrante dell’orologio a contatto con la pelle (esempio quando uno a braccia consete) l’orologio entra nelle impostazioni del quadrante e ogni volta va reimpostato, cosa molto fastidiosa.
Per il prezzo non certamente l’Apple Watch, ma funziona. Certo non so quanto siano affidabili le misurazioni, quindi niente mano sul fuoco. L’ho preso solo per capire se in futuro mi potr essere davvero utile uno smart whatch serio…
PROS:
– Pantalla grande y con el brillo al mximo se ve perfectamente al sol.
– Medicion de muchos tipos de entrenamientos, oxgeno en sangre, estrs y sueo, etc
– Medicin precisa y completa, con un montn de informacin del entrenamiento de la app, as como mapas y posibilidad de crear rutas.
– Buena duracin de batera.
– App ZEPP muy completa y fcil de usar.
– Control de msica, cmara, Alexa y posibilidad de descargarse varias funciones extra. (Completsima en este aspecto)
– Informacin del tiempo de hasta 4 lugares.
CONTRAS:
– Medidor de pasos algo impreciso, tiende a contar de ms.
– El cierre de la correa, de lejos lo peor de la pulsera, no es muy difcil de que se suelte sola y a da de hoy no hay correas en el mercado con otro tipo de cierre.
– Aunque tiene Alexa (limitado en funciones respeto a un dispositivo), no se inicia por voz, hay que pulsar en el logo de Alexa en la pulsera y ya hablas, lo cual le quita un poco la gracia.
– No tiene brillo automtico por lo que lo tienes que bajar manualmente de noche para no quedarte ciego.
En conclusin, totalmente recomendable, yo vena de una Huawei Band 4 Pro y salvo que no tiene GPS la Band 7 le gana en todo.
SI te da igual el GPS y que los pasos no sean exactos ( tampoco hay una diferencia exagerada) por el precio que tiene es muy buena opcin.

Nothing really to dislike. Probably only a week’s charge but recharges v quickly. Hopefully, a metal band will be available before too long.
The delivery was perfect and the package arrive in good conditions.
But I’ll not give 5 starts for 2 reasons:
1)- The box of the the watch arrive with some crumpled, as if someone tried to open. But everything inside was close so I think it’s ok.
2)- The watch is working perfectly, I don’t know if this is maybe something that I don’t know how to change but all the time appears a sign as if the watch doesn’t have battery (but it has)
I bought this after getting frustrated my monthly payments to another tracker. For 50, I can’t say a bad word. It does the job effectively, I’m yet to go to the gym with it on, but, it’s tracking daily activities and sleep well. The battery life isn’t as good as advertised, but I have more settings turned on, and within in the app it warns you it will use more battery. I can’t speak highly enough of this tracker if I’m honest.
DISPLAY con ottima luminosit specialmente se usato durante le ore pi luminose all’aperto, pecca invece nelle basse luminosit per due motivi: un primo motivo la luminosit minore troppo elevata che se l’ambiente circostante veramente buio potrebbe risultare troppo luminoso, mentre il secondo motivo che non possiede la luminosit automatica, n tramite sensore n si abbassa ad un’ora prestabilita tramite app (un pregio che la luminosit facilmente e velocemente regolabile dalle impostazioni rapide dell’orologio)
FUNZIONI: ha moltissime funzioni e tutte lavorano alla perfezione
ALEXA: l’assistente vocale diciamo che non n assistente ne vocale in quanto puoi si chiedere vocalmente delle informazioni ma l’orologio, non essendo dotato di altoparlanti, risponde tramite testo scritto
Per concludere consiglio l’orologio a tutti coloro i quali non debbano usarlo come strumento su cui affidarsi completamente per fare sport e a tutti coloro che non hanno troppe pretese ma come me lo usano principalmente per vedere l’ora e leggere le notifiche in entrata.
