Easy to erect and with weighted bags has stayed put,not rainproof though ,I bought to keep furniture dry but rain pools on top and leakes when raining a lot.but great for none rainy days.!
Overall great but it’s not exactly water proof, unfortunately water keeps being trapped and then it starts dripping through besides that it’s very water resistant and I am happy with the purchase

The weight of pooling water stretched fabric slightly. But worked to my benefit as it gave it some slack so I could tighten better.
Now it doesn’t pool at all.
