The quality is great and the look of it is outstanding. The price is affordable and not daft like some like to charge.
It is big and roomy and covers even big bikes and scooters well.
I couldnt find any thing to complain about, even the stitching was done well.
Easy to put on and take off. Keeps the bike or the scooter dust free if working in the shed.

5.0 out of 5 stars Superb quality at an affordable price

Got this for my electric bike – it can be used in the rain but when stopping for a long time it isnt good to leave it sat in the rain. This cover is lightweight and completely covers the bike including basket and paniers without any issue. I used additional bungees to keep it securely flat against the bike as well as the included clip and elastic.

It provides complete coverage and keeps the bike dry and safe. It does have a lock hole but it isnt ideally placed so I tend to D lock my bike at the lowest part of the frame and then using the hole for the cable lock.

It’s very light and easy to pack into its bag for transport and easily can be either bungee’d to the rack or put in the panier for when out and about.

The bike is dry and secure, it did not rip off in the wind over the winter and it kept the frost off the bike as well as the rain.

Bought this for my e-bike. Very happy with the quality and fit. I like the fact it has an eyelet through which you can lock the bike to the bike carrier when travelling.

Firstly, a caveat: Katie (or ‘widowmaker’ as my wife would say) is a particularly hot, feisty Kawasaki motorcycle, and I love her. Not as much as I love my wife, obviously, and of course I would never think of throwing a cover over my wife…erm…

Katie was forlorn and moody, standing in the garage for weeks on end, dust building into a Mars-type landscape on her fuel tank, and generally despoiling her lovely appearance. Some time, way back in the dark, misty past, I thought I might get a cover for her and voila! I – um – got a cover for her.

It’s a TECHRISE orange and black cover, and I am truly impressed. Not only does it look nice (they also come in green) but it’s big enough to engulf Katie and my illicit stash of motorcycle posters from the 60’s. It feels very lightweight when I started to remove it from its supplied nylon bag – around A4 size, the bag simply seemed too small to contain anything large enough to wrap around a motorcycle.

I need not have worried: unfolding the cover, to lay on the floor to judge its size, it transpired that this cover would almost fit a battleship, and was more than enough to keep 3 cats and a dog happily leaping over its 86.6 inch length (7.4 inches wide; 43.3inches height). After chasing the animals off the outstretched cover – taking 30 minutes at least – I realised I could have checked the measurements simply by looking at the Amazon product page.

It has an elastic hem, so you can adjust the fit around the bike, making it compact enough to withstand rain, snow, wind and that rare yellow thing that comes and goes – the sun, of course. It’s resistant to water, UV affects, has eye holes at the front, through which you can thread a chain lock through the cover and wheel, so you don’t have to remove the cover to fit a lock. Nice touch. There’s also an adjustable strap at the rear of the cover’s lower regions, which will further tighten the fit. Keeps dust out nicely, which is what my intended use was.

The whole thing can easily be packed into its nylon bag at the end of the day, and at 380grams in weight, you won’t know you’re carrying it.

So, it’s a bike cover. Does what it says on the tin, and I can recommend it, as a majority of buyers have already done on Amazon reviews. Summary:

    1. Bright. You’ll never lose sight of your bike in a cramped garage
    2. Strong. Reminds me of the material used in tents
    3. Easy to unpack/pack, lightweight
    4. Good value, 15 ish
    5. Take it with you – fits in your pocket
    6. Good quality

Made in China, marked L (for Large, I presume).

Caveat No. 2: Although the product states it’s waterproof, I have not tried it in torrential rain; however, I did fit it while it was drizzling, and no water seeped through, so I’m confident it will be durable in the worst weather. However, I have marked the water resistant rating as 4, and the weatherproof rating also as 4 – this, simply because it hasn’t rained hard enough (or blown a hurricane) to test. So, to be completely honest and transparent, I marked the options as I considered appropriate. I have every confidence in the product to withstand such extremes though,

Another nice touch: washing icons on the label, so easy to look after as well. 5/5 from me, and that should cover it (sorry).

Bought this to replace the cover for my SYM 125cc motor scooter. Good size and easy to secure to the bike. Like the holes for the security lock, good feature. Cannot comment on how robust it is as only time will tell but appears to be more robust than my old one.

  9. KathariLHGD says:

Firstly this comes in a string fastened bag (with matching lime green cord) which is useful for storage when not in use. It is made of the same material as the cover and seems quite thin. However this does mean for such a large cover it is quite lightweight if needing to transport on road trips. On initial testing water did run off it, and the seams did not let liquid through. However the seams are only singly sown which may compromise their strength. Only time will tell how it would stand up to the rigours of winter weather.

Its partial lime green colour is bright and a vivid contrast with the black of the rest of it. There are useful holes to fasten a lock through a wheel whilst the cover is on. At the opposite end of the bike is a ‘clip’ fastening which helps wrap the cover around the other wheel fastening one side to the other on the inner part of the wheel. Both ends where the wheels are have elasticated ‘skirt’ parts which help it fit a bit better around the wheels. However the rest of the ‘skirt’, although it has a double line of sowing, is not and this could put pressure on the fastenings if the wind got under it.

It is marked with L for large which it is. Meaning it suits the size of a motorbike or a number of bikes if covered together. Although the latter might compromise the ‘clip’ fastenings ability to stretch through more than one wheel as this is a fixed length.

Ideally I would see this being most useful either within indoor storage situations to offer some protection from dirt or as an occasional use outside. If you’re looking to cover up the family mountain bikes over winter in or next to the shed, this will probably do a good enough job. If you’ve got something more valuable, I would recommend something more robust than this.

    Useful in certain situations

Got this for my mountain bike as I keep it outdoors and don’t have a shed. Works perfectly. It’s huge so would easily fit 2 or more bikes. Been tested by Scottish winter weather and has stood upto the wind and rain so ideal for my needs.

    Would recommend.

My bike is a fraction over 180 cm in length with flat handlebars. This cover is voluminous and covers it completely … so much so that it doesn’t even stretch the elastic at the lower edge. I think it would easily accommodate two bikes, or a larger motorbike. In fact, looking at the cut of the fabric, I think it is really designed for a motorbike.

There are some useful quick release clips to tie it down to the bike and a couple of holes for a lock. For once it was dry when I was first using the cover so just splashed some water on it. It beads as expected and as it should so would hope it would be reasonably waterproof. Note however that the seams are not sealed and there is a good chance that these will allow the ingress of water. The two-tone colour scheme is striking though some may prefer just a sober black. The material is quite thin and only time will tell how it copes being flapped around in the wind … and it will flap unless your bike(s) fill the space under the cover better than mine do.

As a dust cover for indoor storage it would be close to perfect. I’ll be using it outdoors and will update the review if these first impressions are incorrect.

I got these to cover a motorbike and a push bike.

These covers are quite big. The motorbike it is covering in the photo is a project – a Honda Cub and there is loads of room in it for a bigger bike.

The second to be used for a pushbike is way too big for that.

This cover fits really well on a ’21 Aprilia RS, easy to fit and easy to get back in the storage bag, it was tried on another bike and it was a bit of a tight fit but this was a large tourer with a rear carry frame. Would probably have gone on without the frame.

It’s been tried out in the rain and the bike stayed dry as expected. It will keep the bike free from dust while stored inside.

This would easily fit bikes of similar size, mopeds and scooters. It could even be used for bicycles or e-bikes.

    Great product, good quality.

This cover fits over my Lambretta 125 scooter really well, covering the whole bike down to the ground. Not sure how waterproof it is as it’s very light weight but it certainly keeps the bike clean and away from prying eyes. Nice colours too.

Ordered to cover the bikes in the shed to prevent dust and cobwebs. As mountain bikes have very wide handle bars these days, this can cope with a couple of bikes, but not 4.

The material is light and not heavy duty, but serves it purpose.

The packaging here is fascinating – it’s obviously vacuum packed some comes as a fairly rigid thin package. However break the seal and it far more normal! It does come in a lightweight bag though personally I haven’t got the time to attempt to get the cover back in the bag!! Maybe it does go in but it wraps up/folds fairly small anyway with any bother.

In use it took a bit of adjusting to get it to sit well on my bike (ebike). I guess it is quite a large cover for an ordinary bike as opposed to a motorbike say. The material is very think and lightweight however it also seems quite strong too. I wonder how long it would last if left over a bike in wind and rain for any length of time – not had it long enough to answer that. For me I will use it when I’m away with my bike and I think it’s perfect for that. It offers a decent level of protection for very minimal weight. The elastic clip at the back is fairly basic but does the job. At the front there are a couple of decent sized strengthened holes that you could run a bungee card through for instance (and I’d run that through the bike to to keep it on). I see there are plenty like this available but this one is well worth considering.

If you’re anything like me, you appreciate a good bike cover, I’m not quite sure this one fits the bill.
For starters it does not have double tapered seems which leads me to think that it will allow water through in heavy downpours.
The material itself is also quite thin, nothing like the main brand good quality bike covers you can get four triple or quadruple the price of this.

The bike cover looks good enough and just about fits my Kawasaki Er6n.

I’m just not sure how long this by cover will last, I will have to update this review as time goes on. But for now I will give it a apprehensive 4 out of 5.

I have my yamaha r1 off the road for the winter and to try and minimise the dust and goodness knows what else i wanted a cover and this was a good choice.

This arrives in a vacuum shrunk bag that’s about A4 sized and you think… What on earth is this? But break the seal and it folds out to a large cover big enough even for a tourer.

The cover is very easy to fit. The bottom edge is elasticated so it hugs the underside of the bike and the straps for the front and rear wheels give a really secure fit. The eyelets at the front for chain locks are a really nice touch. They do also include a little storage bag so you can easily fold it up and take it with you if needed.

The material is good and waterproof and should easily stop any water or dust getting in.

For the price this is really good value. Recommended

Thank you for reading my review. I hope you found it useful.

This is actually quite big and best for motorbikes or possibly 2 cycles.

I got this for my push bike but it’s a bit big for one bike. I think it’s designed for motorbikes and that’s probably my error not realising that.

However it does cover my bike and I can get both my push bikes under it.

    It’s very lightweight and waterproof.
I advise holding onto it tightly when trying to put it on on the wind. It fills like a balloon and blows away as it did with me when trying to fit it on a windy day. I had to chase it down the lane.

It’s not easy to fit straight away it takes a little practice

It’s reasonable quality, not as thick as some others but for the price it’s fair.

The elastic clip at the back isn’t great quality but it works. I suggest clipping through the wheel spokes so as to avoid the cover being blown off in the wind as the cover is lightweight.

There’s two anker holes at the front for fitting a wheel lock through which will secure the cover to the bike at the front.

It’s not the best but for the price it does the job

    Best for motorbikes

In terms of size, it is a snug fit over my Dutch bike with front crate/box attached, but it works!

Time to get a replacement! And I am happy to get the same one. I might’ve docked one star off “durability” but how long is something this lightweight meant to hold up against the elements, for the money I would say this is food good value for money!

Golden Review Award: 4 From Our UsersI like this a lot, however I’ve noticed after a couple of uses there are some signs of fraying around the seams. It’s completely weather proof, doesn’t pull the bike over in the wind nor does the bike get wet. I just wish the material was stronger otherwise it’d be perfect.

I like it, but I can see myself buying a different one quite soon due to the material starting to show signs of wear. I only received this on Tuesday 28/4/20.

    Update 6/5/20

Still going strong. Still very happy with this product. Can still see signs of wear, but not deteriorating as fast as initially thought. Still worth of 4 stars. Will continue to monitor over the coming weeks!

Final update regarding this product. I am still really happy with this cover. In my last update I mentioned about how it was starting to show signs of wear shortly after I bought it. Unfortunately they have now torn and are open rips. Admittedly we’ve had some heavy wind over the weekend but it seems it can’t handle them.

I would still recommend this item, just keep it shielded from the wind. The protests, just need to keep it somewhere where it isn’t going to get completely battered!

UPDATE: Still happy, but be aware.. It does a great job while it lasts.

Overall it has kept my bike dry so very good, and it is easy to secure around the bike with its clips. This however the material that it is made from feels very durable and looks like it will last the time.
I like also like how it has clips to help secure it into place and it even has eye holes for my bike lock to thread through. It will mainly be used to keep my bike covered while in my out house garage where the elements can sometimes intrude, so this will be a valuable asset to keep my bike clean and dry especially in the wet cold winter months when I wont use the bike so much. I am going on a cycling trip towards the end of the month and will be staying in a caravan where the bike will be locked up outside…..so I will be using this to keep my bike all covered up which should also be a preventative from petty theft and people fiddling with the levers etc….

This bike cover is pretty good, and is a decent size to cover an entire bike properly. It also has two clips either end which are easy to use and ensure good protection for the bike. However, after a couple of months the cover has started to show significant signs of wear and tear, with part of one of the seams ripping, and various holes appearing in the material. It still functions as it should for the most part, but I’m not sure how long my bike cover will last if after a few months it’s a little worse for wear.

Golden Review Award: 46 From Our UsersThe material this cover is made from looks less plastic-y than others I’ve had so hopefully won’t crack after rain and sunshine.
The only issue I have is that it’s not a tight fit, and if, like me, you’re not locking your bike at the front wheel then there’s nothing to keep the cover secure at the front of your bike – (there’s a clip at the back and I wish there was one at the front too).

As a little hack to get around the lack of front clip, I’ve used the (quality) bag it came with to pop through the lock-hole and velcro’d it to itself. Seems quite secure against the wind.
