sound great, microphone great, noise cancelation surprisingly good, physical buttons so no accidental hang-ups from adjusting the earpiece during a call, and comfortable fit.
Problems (hoping some programmers read this)
No way of turning off unless you plug into charger, or turn off your Bluetooth and let it auto shutoff after its 10 minutes idle time. Always have an off button people!!
Low battery warning during a call, interrupting every 45seconds is an annoyance, a reminder every 5min would be plenty then let it die its just an earpiece. (that being said the run time is many hours of on call time)
there’s a quirk when jumping onto YouTube or Spotify where the volume control stops working from the phone, turning volume down just adds more volume. this happens on S21, S20, and Note 10.
Overall satisfied, but firmware update would make perfect.

Very good product, excellent audio considering I am partly deaf. Volune more than adequate, from what I have heard of the microphone and call audio this appears also good. On the whole comfortable to wear, good for music and phone conversation, good battery life and easy charging. Very satisfied, lets just hope it lasts? time will tell.
I bought this to replace my old Plantronics one which has been very good and lasted years. The earpiece seems good quality, fair weight, good build quality. I hadn’t realised that the battery percentage display on the charging case refers to the internal battery of the case, not the earpiece, the earpiece itself gives no estimation of battery or talk time before use. Some behaviours I wasn’t expecting, when removing from the charging case it automatically switches on and connects to the phone. If the power / end call button is pressed twice, it will start calling the last person you called, when it connects to my phone it always pushes the volume to maximum and needs adjusting each time. Other than the unexpected behaviours, it works well and the noise cancelling is very good.
I bought this earpiece for my husband and it’s perfect. Arrived fast and in good shape. Setup is super easy. Comes in a convenient box for both storage and charging. Easy to answer with just a press of the button and the reception is excellent. Very good value for the price.
Wir haben das Headset jetzt das 3te mam bezahlt. Die Kollegen meines Mannes waren ganz angetan und wollten es ebenfalls haben. Alle 3 LKW, also ist das Headset viel in Gebrauch. Alle 3 super zufrieden. Qualitt ist super und laden tut es auch schnell.
Das Gert ist einfach und flexibel in seiner Anwendung, es lsst sich leicht der Ohrenbgel in die passende Richtung drehen . Und es hlt an meinem Ohr fest. Der Ohrstpsel passt sich gut an im Ohr.
Der Klang ist fr mich berraschend super.

Das Produkt hat ein gutes Preis- Leistungsverhltnis. Die Ton- und Sprachqualitt ist ebenfalls gut. Der Akku hlt lange.
Meine Frau benutzt ihn, wenn sie mit unseren Hund Gassi geht, freut sich das sie die Hnde immer frei hat und kann damit gut telefonieren, ohne rauschen was ihr viel Freude bereitet…das Gert ist preislich super,kann ich nur weiter empfehlen…

Range is relatively good in that you can be 30 feet away from the phone and it still functions clearly.
Die erste Verbindung mit dem Telefon hat reibungslos geklappt, die Box ist absolut top, in die Box gesteckt und es wird aufgeladen und das Produkt ist vor Beschdigungen geschtzt .. sowohl ich als auch mein Gesprchspartner knnen mich in der Rckfrage hren und die Lautstrke ist gut .. fr die die ein problem mit der led lampe haben, mir ist nicht aufgefallen das ich sie fr irgendwas brauche, alles ist laut telefon eingestellt….

Auerdem bekommst du eine excelente Ton und Mikrofon Verbindung.

War eine tolle Anschaffung
Absolutes Klangwunder fr ein Mono-Headset dieser Preisklasse. Da macht auch laute Musik noch Spa, man ist dann halt nach ner halben Stunde Radfahren einseitig taub. Macht aber gerade im Straenverkehr mehr Sinn, als sich beide Ohren zuzudrhnen. Fr’s Bro find ich In-Ear’s nicht so toll fr’s Ohr, aber Akku sollte ber nen Arbeitstag reichen. ber Nacht in die Box, am Wochenende die Box aufladen. Passt.

Ich habe lediglich das Problem, dass die Sprecheinheit egal welche
Gummispsel, welche im Lieferumfang sind und verwende, am Ohr umherwackelt und
einfach zu locker sitzt. Das ist gerade beim gehen sehr unangenehm.
Vielleicht liegt es auch einfach nur an meinen Ohren.
Darum nur 1 Stern Abzug. Wre sonst unfair.

This one is very comfortable to wear, and the carry case is a great design. You can either charge your Bluetooth directly or when it’s stored in the case. When you return it to the case, a display shows how much charge is left. I charged this once when I got it 6 weeks ago, and it’s only down to 80%. I have definitely used it for many hours since purchasing it. The earpiece is comfortable both the part that goes in the ear and the arm that goes over your ear. People I talk to have no issue hearing me, and when using Siri, it hears my commands no problem. My last Bluetooth was twice the price and barely half as good!

I use this Bluetooth device for 10 hours everyday. Battery life is excellent. Light weight. Noise cancellation is excellent. Sound quality is superb.
Good out of the box, sound seems good as does connectivity. Very easy to use.
Found the earphone comfy to wear and stays in place with the ear clip being strong. Impressed to find a meter inside the box to tell me how full the battery is. Look forward to wearing it when out on my mobility scooter walking my dog. !

GRTER VORTEIL / POWERFEATURE
– Das Headset ldt in der Schale. Wenn man es herausnimmt, verbindet es sich automatisch binnen Sekunden mit den zwei letzen Gerten mit denen es verbunden war. Also z.B. mit Lapotp und Handy gleichzeitig. Viele andere Gerte haben hier stndig probleme.
NACHTEIL / BUG
– Wenn dann eines der Gerte auer Reichweite gert, weil man z.B. mit dem Handy das Haus verlsst, aber der Laptop bleibt zu Hause, dann hat das Headset einen Fehler: Es meldet “Connection Lost”, obwohl es ja noch mit dem Handy verbunden ist. Und schlatet sich dann aber trotzdem nach ca. 60sec aus.
Man muss es neu mit dem Handy verbinden. Leider. Ansonsten echt super Sprachqualitt. Sowohl raus als auch rein.
Ich kaufte ihn in Schwarz, aber da das Mikrofon ein wenig weiter ber den Backen verluft wre die Farbe Weiss vermutlich passender sowie unaufflliger.
