I have a single 25kg barbell, I use this item to help me with deadlifts and other exercises and its great. It really helps with some exercises that I can’t do because of lack of equipment. It is easy to use and set up. Would highly recommend.
Tested to 25kg – this piece of equipment it lightweight but well made. When tested it felt secure and the straps are like a seat belt material. Worked as expected with no squeaking or creaking.
Good value for money, I’m happy with this product.
Very happy with the quality and it is a great value for the price. Other ones cost more than 21-22 so at the time of this review for 19.99, it is priced lower. The quality is great, it is lightweight and it has a good grip as well. Very happy 🙂
This is a very good multi-use product that has the option to become a roller or attach weights to it for additional workouts. The rope and attachments are good quality so would be able to accommodate for a weight to be attached. The product comes attached with a set of instructions, suggested workouts and a warranty card incase it breaks. The bar is a little bit heavy but is made of metal. It is easy to use and assemble and would recommend for home workouts!
I have just started to build up my home gym and this is a great addition to it. It is versatile and easy to use. You can easily attach kettle bells or eight plates To it. The handle bar is easy to grip and material is well made. Would recommend.
Son was looking at this as a way of keeping up his exercises whilst at uni on none gym attending days. It’s compact which is good for travel. Meant I couldn’t say take up too much room in car. It’s lightweight too and just a good all round bit of equipment that could be stored away when not in use.
All the parts seem to be wearing well and just as son expected them to be. He tends to use them in addition to his other weight training equipment on some days for various exercises and regimes he’s doing.
Not badly costed either so that’s another thing to think about. Plus not a big space taker. Now this is the kind of item that would have been wonderful during that lockdown time when gyms etc were closed.
I have tried using this product with dumbbells and with olympic weight plates. I have not tried it with any kettlebells but it will definitely work well with them too.
The most annoying issue with the product is the supplied carabiner. It is just too small and with the flat nylon material which gets rolled the material ends up getting caught when trying to put it into and out of the carabiner when fastening it to an object to lift. A larger equally strong (or stronger) carabiner which has been rated to a high kg rating should be supplied instead. It shouldn’t add much additional cost and will be so much more worthwhile. Do budget to purchase a larger well rated strong carabiner if you don’t already have one you can use. The small carabiner really spoils the experience of using the product. My other small gripe is one of the silicone foam sleeves is loose and turns. The other one seems to be fine and doesn’t. I do not know whether this will change in time. It hasn’t hindered me from carrying out exercises with the product.
I have seen reviews stating how the nylon material is kept within the handle via a screw. Fully unravel the material and you can see one through the slits. I don’t understand what the issue is here, as long as the screw is made from a strong metal. It looks to be a fairly substantial screw and not some tiny or weak looking one. If a screw used is as strong as a bolt would be and rated to a good enough level of kg, then what is the issue here? The width of the screw is wider than the slits, so unless the supplied carabiner fails or the nylon material rips; everything should be totally fine. I think it would be very rare for the screw to break and for the end of the nylon material to come out from inside of the handle. Do though change the carabiner for a larger sized one rated to a similar or higher kg rating. The small one is difficult to use and catches too easily on the nylon material. You really don’t want the nylon material to fray or become damaged with a hole(s). I am deliberately mentioning the carabiner issue again, so customers will have a better user experience from the start with using the product supplied as it currently is.
Depending how the device is connected to the weight and the height of the user from the ground, determines what the length of movement will be for lifting a weight up from the floor. You can always do some extra reps if the movement distance isn’t much and less reps if you are doing a lot of winding and unwinding. Do play around with how you are attaching a weight to the product. By this I mean if you are going through the handle(s) of a weight plate or the centre hole; and if you are using the additional supplied straps or not.
This product can be used for things such as two handed lateral front raises and bicep curls (under or over hand grips can be used). Just use a good form and tempo to avoid any excess swinging of any weight. Be mindful of your toes and feet.
Due to the thickness of the bar, it should be completely possible to add thicker grip products to it in order to further provide a more challenging forearms workout.
The product is fairly compact & lightweight and can be easily carried inside most gym bags. It is quite versatile and is a helpful and useful training product to have.
There is one further grumble about the supplied product I received. It is how the instruction paper looks as though it has been produced from the umpteenth photocopy by how faint the print looks. It reminded me of education handouts I used to sometimes get from teachers and lecturers. Like those this instruction sheet is hardly readable. It is a poor oversight and does really cheapen the over all image of the product. A well printed and readable instruction sheet on good quality paper ought to be supplied.
This is a well made bit of kit for working your forearms.
The strap is long enough for taller people to use, I’m short and there’s plenty of extra strap.
You can use this with weight plates or kettlebells with the supplied straps. My grip strength isn’t awful, but just using this for five minutes on a light weight makes you realise how you might be missing the muscle groups in your forearms in your workout. Feel the burn indeed!
This wrist roller isn’t bad quality and would be a welcome addition to most home gyms.
The only thing that bugs me about it is the carabiner clasp it get in the way and sometimes snags so I replaced it with the spare one from my multi-gym and it feels better.
Simply wrap this round a plate or kettle ball and roll away to exercise your forearms – or you could use it for bicep curls and tricep lifts.
This item is priced at 19.99 and is fairly priced I have another which originally cost me around 35 and there isn’t really any difference in the quality of the two.
I was impressed until the point where i realised that the strap is actually hold by screw inside the pipe… This makr me to be concerned. But Product itself is easy to use, comfortable to hold but for me it could be longer so i could make some more lifts with it.
The only thing that lets this down is the carabiner clip. It’s a bit small and has very sharp edges. I ordered this to train forearms for rock climbing. It’s a great addition to my training equipment. It’s pretty well made, better than I expected and works great. The straps are strong and smooth.
I did replace the carabiner with one of my own as this one is definitely poor quality and snags on the cord.
The price is probably about right at 19.99
This is a great piece of kit to add to your arsenal, the handles feel good and the weights sit fine on the strap. It’s versitile as well, you can use plates or kettlebells.
This wrist roller comes nicely packaged and is ready to use out of the box using the straps included (weights not included).
I got obsession with growing large strong forearms; although I lift weights at the gym this is a great tool that I now use at home.
Any dumbbell or weight plate can be attached; you roll up and down keeping control at all times which creates resistance and in turn creates strength and size.
I’ve used a similar set up more than 20 years ago which was home made however this is much nicer and great addition to the home exercise equipment.
This works really well, instructions are easy to read and follow. Robust item that won’t break and works well. There is a variety of exercises than can be used, many of which, if done properly will completely toast your forearms. It does not come with weight plates, but will fit pretty much anyway, 5kg will do for beginners.
Proper quality and heavy duty wrist roller. Reasonably priced. Good quality through out. I was surprised to have the burn in the forearms I did. Definitely will become a regular work out tool. Great product.

But looks a very good quality product and a good price

Absolutely great and totally useful gym or at-home fitness buddy. I needed something like this for quite some time!
Took this wrist roller with me to the first gym session with it and was pleasantly surprised. This is a great tool to build strength and conditioning for your arms.
I do plenty of wrestling and this is so on point.
After doing a few roll-ups with a set of kettlebells I felt the immense burning pressure in my hands. This was exactly the feeling I was looking for to strengthen my arms and grip.
From now on, I will be taking this to my gym sessions on a regular basis.
I had a 45-minute workout solely with this wrist roller and i could barely hold anything in my hands.
Also, the quality is very good. I tried this roller on four kettlebell weights: 8kg, 12kg, 16kg, and 20kg respectively.
It comes with an instructions sheet. Slight nuance, the quality of the printed paper looks like the guys run out of ink in their printer. Nevertheless, the setup is comprehensive and intuitive to use. If you have experience going to the gym on regular basis, you would know how to deploy this roller adequately.
In summary, a fantastic little gym accessory.
Well worth the money!
Strap feels strong. Handles are good. Could have done with the handles being a bit thicker, but gives a good Forearm workout. Nice variety of ways to attach to weights
Used with dumbell and plate. Both seem to work well. 19.99 at time. Seems a bit much for what it is but also seems to be of the average selling price for this sort of thing.
Brebebe Forearm Wrist Roller Fitness Blaster, Arm Exerciser Wrist Trainer, Forearm Muscle Strength Workouts Tools, Weight Bearing Rope Roller Equipment With Non Slip Cushion, Rope For Dumbbells. A useful addition to a workout kit. Good for biceps triceps and leg exercises.
19.99 at time of review. 5*.
It’s sturdily made and comes with a very strong strap, plus a carabiner clip, and two extra straps with D-rings if you need them to attach to weights and the main strap plus clip is not sufficient. The coating on the bar means you can get a comfortable but firm grip with no slipping. Does exactly what it is supposed to do, and I can’t fault it.
