Good quality skateboard for beginners. I wouldn’t use/ trust it if your skill level is anything more than a beginner.
For the price it’s a good option. Hope this review was helpful.
Brilliant skateboard for a beginner. My daughter absolutely loves it and has had hours of fun with it. I like that it feels sturdy and the quality is very good.
icely priced for starters and feels sturdy. Top has good grip and the wheels spin fluid. Comes fully assembled and the design on the underneath is fun and neutral.
Feels sturdy overall and affordable for starting an interest in skateboarding. 100kg max load so could do from child to adult range.
A sturdy well constructed skateboard great for a beginner. It comes fully assembled a wrapped in a protective cellophane layer It’s decorated design is lovely. Feels very strong and durable really happy with this.
It is a great starter skateboard. The board will be assembled with the plastic still on it so in the special notes request that they take it off before they assemble it. As my husband pointed out the wheels won’t spin forever like a higher end board would but with that being said we knew this when buying a board at this price. It is GREAT for a kid who wants to try skateboarding and you don’t want to spend too much on something they may not use again. Also the board is great so if they great better you can keep the board and upgrade the parts.
Good skateboard for a beginner either adult, teenager or a child aswell. Well made but can’t really compare the quality to a professional one. Nice picture underneath the skateboard.
I am a complete novice in terms of skateboards, I have bought one in my life for my nephew and haven’t learnt anything more since then. This is my second skateboard for my younger nephew. This has nice, sleek lines to it. The top is black and has a surface with grip for standing on. The underneath has a graffitti themed picture in pinks and purples, I wasn’t actually able to figure out what the word said!
The wheels are white and slim, they’re attached via silver, metal brackets which the instructions say you can adjust – haven’t tried.
I’ve had a go at tentatively rolling around my dinning room and the skateboard rolled smoothly across the floor – luckily not dumping me off!
This seems like a great beginner skateboard and I’m very happy with it.
Well made complete skateboard deck – slight issue with the fact they had plastic wrapped it and then screwed the trucks on – I have a t-tool and just removed them, removed the plastic and reput them back on but for some people this might be more difficult if they havent for the tool.
Wheel and bearings are fine – decent enough duro for most surface types – pretty grippy which beginners will appreciate. Trucks were a little loose for my preference and so I tightened them but I couldnt tighten them as much as I would like and they were still a tad too loose for comfort for me – I would have thought most beginners would prefer tighter trucks to help them learn board control better but that could just be me.
Grip is good, design is okay a bit blah nothing exciting but fine.
Overall a decent beginner complete skateboard suitable for kids, teens and adults under the 100kg weight limit who are looking to try skateboarding but dont want to pay for an expensive set up.
Value – you can get similar complete boards for around 25 so its a little towards the higher end in my opinion but still decent enough for the quality
This skateboard is ideal for beginners, insofar as the components are pitched right at the point where it is good enough to learn and gauge interest without having to make a massive investment in quality components.
There are a few minor areas that I think that could have made this a higher rated review, but overall it’s a good value product.
This is a matter of preference, but in my case smoother bearings would have been appreciated for more rolling distance. This is only my preference and for beginners there is a fine balance to be made between more rolling distance and better control. I think the correct choice was made for the target audience here.
Lastly someone decided that mounting the trucks on top of the plastic packaging of the deck was a good idea. It is not!
he Caroma skateboard fills its purpose of being a skateboard for beginners, as an affordable option with high quality parts. The wheels and the bearings on the skateboard are very smooth and make for a great journey on all sorts of surfaces. The skateboard arrived in immaculate condition and was packaged professionally, although had some shrink rap applied which got stuck under some of the screws. The board itself is rather large and made out of high quality wood, as well as the design on the back being glossy and coated to prevent wear and tear. For the price point i believe it is a very solid option for anyone looking for a skateboard which can last them a while. The wheels of the board are held in place with high quality, oiled trunks which is sure to keep the wheels going for long.
I’m not a massive fan of this board. Actually the board is fine it’s the trucks I have issue with. They just feel incredibly cheap and don’t tighten up well enough for my liking, I feel like I’m about to brake something if I tighten them up to much. I have been skateboarding for years so know what a good setup feels like and this is not great. It would be a good starter board that you want to just get a feel for it etc. I have done a few tricks on it and it’s fine for the price, it pops well and the grips decent, it’s just not something anyone that skates a lot would want to stick with long term.
A great skateboard straight out of the box and is pretty much ready to go – just need to remove some cellophane! It is a tough maple board with a black emery sandpaper top with a patterned sticker bottom that is bright and fun. The wheels are high rebound grooved PU wheels that are quite and fast. Though for beginners, this board could also be used by those who aren’t so new to skateboarding. It has nice u-shaped ends that help you master tricks including many types of flips. Overall, it is a nice, beginners skateboard and one that many will love. It is just shy of 40 but that’s what I’d expect to pay for a board of this quality and as my nephew loves it, I can only recommend this.
Beginner board it maybe but it looks and feels great in hand and feet.
For the younger under 10s and older young teens this is a good start. It travels well and feels stable and durable. At the price a no brainer.
Being a novice to skateboarding I found this board to have a slightly intimidating freedom of movement and flex that the uninitiated might need to watch out for. The board is tough, well-sized and tightly made, with the bound wood layers standing up to a high load and decent amount of bashing without difficulty or signs of weakness.
The impressive sturdiness is a real strong point, although I did find the tilt on leaning a bit too strong for a newbie and plenty of patience is required to get the hang of just how freely it rolls and slants. That, however, is also a strength as once mastered it can clearly be an excellent board, and for the price it’s pretty impressive.
This is definitely a starter deck and not intended for intensive use. However, for that purpose it is excellent. The wheels and trucks were very tight when it came out of the box so we spent a little time loosening and adjusting them but it wasn’t long before it was road ready and my neice was able to take her first attempts at finding her balance. This is a very affordable entry level deck that will start many children off on the path of skating.
Now I’m no skateboard expert but having handled a few before before this one it feels every bit as quality as some of the more expensive branded ones.
My beginner is happy and then do am I.
This ‘Caroma Skateboard for Beginner’ is precisely that. The build quality and parts used are perfect for a beginner interested in the sport without having to commit to much money for higher quality parts. The wooden deck seems to be made from high-quality wood with good-quality grit tape. The design on the bottom is vibrant in colour like the pictures show and seems to be holding up well after moderate usage for the last month.
The wheels and bearings and OK to get you started but won’t provide you with a smooth/fast ride without some adjustment of the bolts. The trucks also needed some tightening as they were fairly loose but for 40 this is to be expected. Overall to get you started this is exactly what you need, it provides a good base and can be upgraded in the future if you really enjoy skating. Perfect for practising ollies and kickflips.
This standard size skateboard is absolutely perfect for beginners as it’s quite sturdy, make sure you also use safety gear pads etc
The top of the board has a grip texture which is a must for beginners and stops any sliding.
This board also has the shock so bin axles the wheels are really good and it’s a great board to try skateboarding with
My 7 year old son adores his new board and found this one easy to manoeuvre are much more sturdy for him. I’m not going to lie I’ve even had a go and found it lots of fun mainly my child laughing at me failing off
Great sport all the family can get involved i
As a budget, entry-level skateboard, you can’t really go wrong with this one.
The wooden deck is solid, takes my 14-stone frame without issue, and has a reassuring amount of grip. The surface is plain, but the underside has a nice pattern, and there is a range of options. Everything is attached nicely and with a good amount of attention to detail.
The wheels are smooth on both rough and smooth surfaces, and it balances and turns well.
At 40 you can find cheaper alternatives but whether they are any better I couldn’t say, a more ‘professional’ beginner board would set you back around 70+ so on that basis I thing this one offers good value for money and allows you try skateboarding without shelling out a great deal.
That being said, at the time of writing this review, Caroma has an individual listing for the Type9 version at just 13.99, which is exactly the same as the Type9 39.99 model here.
I haven’t been on a skateboard since I was 13, but I recently had a go on an electric one at a house party it inspired me to give it another go.
I gave my mate who wanted to learn with me. So far she’s gotten on pretty well with it however another friend of ours who skates regularly recommended for her to swap the wheels out.
A great starter skateboard. Came tightly packed and was put to use straightaway. My son found the board easy to use helping him to concentrate on his body position etc. The underboard graphics are attractive but would have liked to have some graphic on the top as well.
Overall, a good buy and value for money.
I dipped my toe in and out of learning to skateboard a good 15 years ago, but not enough to hold any of that skill with me today, so this is a really nice skateboard to get back on to and practice once again! It’s made of good materials and put together well. It rides as well as I’d expect it to (excusing the falls along the way) and is at a reasonable price point too. Look forward to getting better with this board!
This attractive skateboard comes ready to go out of the box. It feels solid and it’s an ideal design for a beginner. At nearly 40 it’s possibly a bit expensive for a skateboard that a beginner will grow out of it.
This is great for beginners at a decent price and you get a sturdy board with a good amount of grip.
It’s great for getting used to your balance and weight distribution and you could definitely learn a few tricks with it.
The design is really cool as well.
I am a newbie when it comes to skateboarding. This is my first board that I have board and not sure really what to expect.
The product comes in full cardboard packaging.
THe board itself comes fully assemble so no additional handling is required.
It has many designs to choose from of which many are funky and cool.
The top is layered with coarse sandpaper for grip, and the base is laminated for the shiney finish.
Wheels are smooth and controlling the direction seems pretty easy to.
Overall a nice experience on this new board of mine.
P.S. after falling over a few times, the board still functions, just with some scrapes on the edges.
This skateboard seems very robust and my nephew absolutely loves it. It is very well designed and seems as though it will last too, so I’m delighted with it.
Good value at current price of around 40.
A great value skateboard, my daughter and I have had a lot of fun with these. The board is easy to control, well balanced and easy to adjust. I ordered a different design of the same board for my daughter – her’s had a strong drift to the left caused by a defect in the bushings, I have resolved this by turning the bushing so it it more even, but I probably should get new bushings. Mine, on the other hand was well balanced right from the start. I have not yet done myself any serious damage by falling off.
This is a great board for beginners that want to get into skateboarding. The build of the board feels robust and durable which will hopefully last a long time and take some damage with repeated falls.
The design on the bottom is really nice to look at, the top has the non slip surface, I wish this had been left plain with no logo on and it would have really made the skateboard look great, but it works well anyway. It arrives ready to go straight out of the box which is great that you can get going straight away.
This is a great beginners skateboard. It really sounds really safe and sturdy. It’s really well made. Great quality. Great for kids starting out. Really good value for money.
I think this board is a great starting point for someone interested in starting skateboarding.
It’s very well made, looks great and it’s sturdy.
I think it’s really good value.
I ordered this for my grandson who is only five but he has been wanting to ride on one of these for a good long time now so when I saw this one I thought it would be ideal and I wasn’t disappointed.
On opening, this skateboard looks to be very well made and feels very safe and sturdy. I went for the type 10 which is a monotone design and I thought looked very cool, luckily for me my grandson agrees, lol.
Before giving this to him I wanted to just make sure that it was going to be safe so I balanced on it myself putting my feet over the axles as I’m not a lightweight but it held up with no problems at all, I didn’t want to chance riding it as I felt that would be pushing my luck but when looking at the platform it seems to be made from a ply type of wood which is very strong but still allows for movement. At each end it has a kick plate which is shaped into the platform, my grandson isn’t ready for such tricks yet but he does use it to flip the board up for carrying it which he learnt to do himself. The two axles are rigid and have rubber spacers builtin that will help absorb small bumps and stones keeping the rider more stable and the wheels spin very freely and fairly quietly.
Overall and for the price (39.99 at the time of writing) this is a very nice skateboard which feels safe for any child to learn their skills and stunts before maybe moving on to something much more expensive.
my grandson has been using this for a few weeks and so far he loves it and has managed to ride it without a single fall or crash much to the delight of us all, lol.
Recommended.
This is a pretty decent skateboard for the price. it does match up to the product photos and description. It has been in use for a couple of weeks now and it is still holding up without any obvious problems.
This was perfect for beginners, it’s a 79cm board made from Maplewood. A great graphic design on the base. My son has never been in a board and it was a bit daunting but he felt safe on it because he feet were able to be on it firmly. It has a non slip surface which also helped. The wheels turned smoothly. Overall a great price for a solid board to learn on.
Caroma Skateboard 79cm.
This is a good quality beginners skateboard. The board is well made and feels solid. The design is really modern and trendy too. My grandson absolutely loves it.
This skateboard is ideal for beginners. I chose this one for my younger son to stop him wanting to use his older brothers more expensive boards.
It is quite basic and that is reflected in the price.
It is a good idea to practise stopping before getting too adventurous, and my older son spent a good deal of time showing him how to stop, using the foot to slow it down, the heel, and turning the board from horizontal to vertical and using the wheels themselves. (I have no idea) There is no need for the board itself to touch the ground, he says.
It is nice to see them both off to the skate park with their boards.
The board comes ready assembled for use, in a strong packing box.
The wheels have good bearings and flow well I’m told and there is no drag.
Recommended
It’s very strong and I got it for my 5 year old daughter and she loves it and it’s easy for her to use and it’s big enough and strong enough, even I can use it and I’m classed as a obese adult.
Overall good quality and looks great, the only negative is the plastic was difficult to get off.
This skateboards is great for beginners and my daughter really likes this one! It’s strong and sturdy and glides well on its wheels. We like that it’s easy to use and is a great size as my daughter can stand on it easily. I like that it’s a safe board to use, it’s non slip and secure. The design is pretty cool and I feel it’s very durable and good quality. It’s easy for me to clean and it’s nice and lightweight and portable too. We’ve not had any issues with it anyway and my daughter is really pleased with it! I think the value for money is excellent and I highly recommend it. It’s also very giftable and would make a great present for a loved one!
Sturdy build for beginners Decks are even better, the wheels are plastic, great choice for design and style,Great product, excellent quality
This skateboard is good for beginners.
The construction is decent enough – standard ply wood with a good grip top surface. It’s ‘good to go’ once you take it out of the wrapping, though I slightly tightened the trucks. The wheels are basic but run freely and smoothly. It takes plenty of weight – I’m an average sized man.
It’s ideal for a beginner because it’s simple. You are limited in what tricks you can do with this board because of it’s design and build, so don’t buy it if that’s what you want to do, but it’s perfect for a first board to get into skating or for someone looking for a budget board for general use.
Unisex longboard skateboard for kids/teenagers. This board seems really good quality, its well made and strong and can accommodate up to 16 stone. The board is 79cm20cm12cm and decorated in a street style, vibrant, modern, graphic design. This skateboard is ready to use straight out of the box. I don’t really know much about skateboarding apart from having a skateboard in the early 80’s which I remember felt pretty basic compared to this one! I ordered this for my son along with a helmet and some protectors. He was so eager to use it and was over the moon it was ready to go when he opened it and he didn’t have to wait for his dad to build it. The wheels seem smooth whilst in use and my son seems to be able to control the board well, unlike the old rickety boards of my youth! For what I can see and feel, the parts used for this skateboard are of decent quality and robust, which is so important when your kids are using these items. My son had only used a skateboard a handful of times before I got him this board and he’s now looking like a pro! All in all, a good safe board at a reasonable price.
Buying this skateboard you will get a smooth ride with great looking board.
This skateboard is second item I had from Caroma and it seems they really spend some time to get the good quality products out to their customers.
85A PU wheels feel really smooth to touch and they are not as rough as hard plastic one. Combined with ABEC-7 bearings this makes perfect combination for smooth and reliable ride.
9 layer maple deck feels really sturdy and durable and it can definitely take a lot of beating, bumping and scratching until you need to replace it. With a little maintenance this skateboard will go long run.
Considering the price and quality build I would say that this is leaning more towards mid range skateboard than fully beginner one as I am reading from few reviews. Even if you want to replace few parts such as wheels, bearings or absorbers it can be done easily and you can still keep great board for your skateboard.
The skateboard by Caroma is solid and has a sturdy build. It is perfect for people that are new to skateboarding. The skateboard came fully assembled. I tested the board and it feels well-made and I was able to balance it easily. Additionally, the wheels are good and rotate effortlessly. The base has a cool black and white design that gives it a unique plus stylish look. All in all, this is a good beginner skateboard. I will recommend it. Perfect for adult and child.
I really like this skateboard for beginners from Caroma.
It comes pre-built, so there’s no assembly required. It’s sturdy and robust with 9 layers of maple wood in its construction. It’s suitable for adults up to 100kg.
You get a nice wide board with a grippy surface and a funky design on the underneath. Nice.
This is an ideal starter board due to it being well made, having decent components and looking great. It’s nice and manoeuvrable. The metal truck is hard wearing. The wheels are wearing in well and grippy enough. The deck has a good shape. The grip tape is tough and really rough so shoes grip well. It performs well for both cruising around and practicing tricks. It absorbs the surface well.
It arrived in good condition pretty much ready to go, only had to adjust the truck for my weight.
This is a great skateboard for youngsters looking to progress from the skinny, small boards. Mine arrived in a cardboard box which may not sound that worthy of mentioning but it is definitely handy if you wish to gift it and wrap it. Much better than trying to wrap the actual skateboard 🙂
The board is well produced with a good grippy top surface and artistic underside and which one you like is obviously up to personal taste. We got the TYPE-8 design and at first I thought it said “MOM” which I thought probably wasn’t that cool, before I realised the board was upside down and it said “WOW”, which made much more sense (not that there’s anything wrong with Mums skateboarding!).
The trucks and wheels are great and as this uses ABEC 7 bearings you get a decent roll from them without it running away too much as you might with ABEC 9 bearings. Maybe if you are a complete novice ABEC 5 bearings would have been a better choice though for more rolling resistance, but I still think this is nicely pitched in the middle.
The only other small note is that the price does feel high when compared to other similar boards on Amazon. However if you are OK with that and are looking for the next board for someone to progress their skills, then this is a good choice.
This is a nice starter board for the beginner as an abrasive finish on the top to help with rip and a good graphic finish on the bottom it can take up to a hundred kilograms in weight priced at 40 at time of review this is not a bad price for a decent skateboard
Good combination of stiffness and flex, tight wheel bearings, sufficiently grippy footboard. Graphics OK. Should take a bit of abuse. Lots of competition so shop around
A great skateboard, high quality and amazing value for money!
First impressions do not disappoint the skateboard is packed really well and is a very nice size.
The top of the board has the abrasive finish which helps grip your trainers which is very good it also shows the eight screws which hold the wheels into place so at a later date you can change if needed.( after wear and tear).
You can see the thickness of the ply(9 layer) so good strength and the size is very good the wheels rotate quite easily and I really like the finish and the colour design of the underneath of the board very stylish.
A safety leaflet is provided which is recommended to read before you use, not sure teenagers will read this as there’s no graphics it’s just like a story which is disappointing.
Overall it’s a very nice very appealing skateboard a starter board the price is quite high at 40
Got this for my daughter and she loves it ! Nearly broke her leg at first though so definitely needs more practice but so far so good. The design is really nice, the wheels and board are built well and it seems very durable. Would recommend !
Very satisfied with this skateboard.
Well made, lovely desing and great size.
Very fast spinning and low noise.
Such skateboard suitable for different ride levels.
Price for it is great I think.
So surely can recommend it to all.
I like the simple design yet sturdiness of the board. It also works well and it’s smooth to ride. Just about right for the price.
Good budget board. Great for beginners. Not A* quality but not bad. Deck is grippy, and the design looks striking. Basic but perfectly adequate. Good soft wheels, great for learning on.
Self-lubricating bearings mean this board rolls nicely after a bit of use and the trucks are nice and smooth. The truck holes are positioned well and symmetrically. It’s nothing fancy but a great budget skateboard for beginners. The width makes it easy to turn. My 8 year old has been enjoying using it and getting the hang of corners and slopes. The decoration is good bit showed signs of wear after a couple of uses. But that will depend on how confident you are at skating.
This skateboard is great in that it is smooth to use, great quality and a fair price too.
However, on the back i could not understand why it said MOM until my husband pointed out it was WOW but i cannot unsee MOM.
40 at time of review
This arrives well packaged in a rigid box, polystyrene holders, covered in shrink wrap plastic. The board itself looks good, nicely constructed and very well finished. 100Kg may sound like a lot, but in use skateboards will have to handle a lot of abuse and extra loads due to G-Force, so as the description states, this is a great beginner board.
I’ve not been on a board in a long time, but I tool it out earlier for a quick spin, it performed well (better than me to be honest), it turned well and ran smoothly, I hope my nephew likes it (although my sister in law might not be as impressed!)
Hope my review was helpful
So, as a kid growing up in the 80’s of course I wanted a skateboard! All my friends had one.
25 years later, I find my daughter is now asking me for a skateboard?! …
I can only imagined I looked at my teenage daughter, how my mum looked at me when I was pleading with her back then!
Anyway I ordered this skateboard, and when it arrived it was very well packaged.
After removing almost all the shrink wrapping (which you can’t do easily unless you remove the wheels)… she wasn’t too fussed and got straight outside with it.
Now, as people have already stated in reviews ‘looks well made’ and ‘looks good’ …yes it does.
Definately. Looks good looks well made and daughter loves it.
Wheels are smooth and the bracket allows the board to move with your weight to manipulate turns easily.
For those people that actually remove the shrink wrap and use this board, you soon realise there is absolutely no way of stopping unless…
You fall off the board, or
You push your weight onto the back of the board.
If you control your stop, there is nothing that is protecting the underfoot of your skateboard?
It was a while ago, but, I remember having an extra piece of rounded plastic which took the floors friction from the stop, and protected the underside.
So for roughly an hour my daughter was on this and the damage to the board is already is a little too much for the time spent on it.
I dont want to give this a bad review because it is a good skateboard (and also my daughter is over the moon with it) but in reality, looking at the damage already after an hour, to the wood and the laminated picture, it’s not going to be long before the boards foot edging is a mass of splinters.

My daughter used the replica skateboard with the only difference being the fascia design on the underside of the board, and it’s highly likely this is going to have the same problem…

Good quality skateboard with nice grip tape. Cool design on the rear and the wheels turn well. Ideal board for beginners given the large size.
Comes wrapped in plastic to ensure it’s pristine upon unwrapping and that was the case! Ideal gift for someone looking to start skateboarding or a little gift to yourself!
No issues whatsoever 🙂
This is the perfect starter skateboard for anyone young or even older!
It has a complete non slip top surface with raised edges front and rear and a cool graffiti design on the underside.
The wheel trucks are wide and stable and the wheels are perfect for a beginner to get the feet on.
No silly kids light up wheels to have to suffer on this one, this is much too grown up for all that nonsense!
The laminated board can carry up to 100kg happily and cope with all your best tricks without breaking.
The price at <40 (at time of review) is very good, you could spend nearly the same on a plastic board!
I would certainly recommend this board at such a great price!
Happy to help.
Got this for my friend who wants to learn to skateboard. Seems pretty sturdy overall and they liked the cool finish on the bottom. The board feels sturdy and arrived in great shape. Seems to be a good size for adults or even kids.strongly recommend short boards like this for kids, they can kick turn them easily. (note: I’ve been skateboarding for decades).
This is pretty much a full-size board. The deck is quite solid with enough flexion to absorb shock when landing on it. I felt confident that it wasn’t going to snap. There is a reasonable level of stiffness in the truck cushions which is enough for basic steering. There is a double kick on the deck and plenty of grit on the griptape and the underside dcor is quite eye catching. Wheels were moderately smooth with no grinding felt in the bearings.
For a starter board you won’t go far wrong and the price (currently 40) is not bad.
On first impressions this skateboard looks good. It is an averaged size one so perfect for teens/adults. It feels fairly sturdy and this is perfect for beginners- if you want to do any more than just standard skating ie tricks I would recommend investing in something more as this won’t cut the mustard.
I know nothing about skateboards, but my nephew has been asking for one for a while so thought this would be great for him. He’s going to be 8 and this is his first skateboard.
This seems to be a good skateboard to start with. It does look a bit big but I think that’s a good thing as it allows him to find the correct standing position.
The skateboard feels and looks good quality. The board is sturdy with a good grip to stop the feet from slipping. The wheels run smoothly and it’s easy to set the tension. A great skateboard for beginners.
Picked this up for my skater daughter and have been really impressed with the finish of this board from Caroma. The build quality is really good, the parts are all top-notch, the rubber bushes on the wheels work perfectly and make steering and tricks effective, the board itself is several layers of wood.
The artwork underneath is really clear, looks pretty cool and is well printed and lacquered – I’ve no doubt she’ll get several years out of this board.
This skateboard came really well packed in a cardboard box and looks really sturdy. The skateboard is targeted at beginners and can take load upto 100kg, its a really nice big size 79cm x 20cm x 12cm and thickness is 1.1cm and made with maple wood deck consisting of 9 layers. Looks really durable and sturdy.
It has a layer of sand paper at the top making it anti slip and waterproof, the board has print at the bottom which is really fancy and looks great.
The skateboard comes fully assembled all you have to do is take the packaging off and start using it offcourse after reading the instructions provided.

Very impressed with this skateboard, its very sturdy with solid materials and the wheels are of very high quality. Just the right amount of anti slip on the board. Perfect for beginners
This skateboard is well made and seems really good quality.
I’m so glad it came assembled and ready to use straight away.
It was larger then I thought it was going to be, so that was a nice surprise.
It does say it’s for kids and teens but my husband gave it a whirl and he enjoyed himself!
It would make a great gift for a skateboard beginner. My boys love it, they’re just starting to get into skateboarding. The design is good fun and it’s sturdy. I’d happily recommend it.
This is a very nice 79cm skateboard, so it’s a good length, I think it would be suited to teens and adults rather than really small children , but it can be enjoyed by all ages really.
The 9 layer maple board is sturdy , well finished and it sits on 5 inch metal alloy trucks with smooth sounding wheels that feel smooth even when riding on a flagged pavement the wheels are not too hard and bumpy and run really smoothly.
The board feels well balanced , it’s good for cruising on or learning tricks, it’s quite a large board so that’s why I said it may not be suited to really young children but my 7yo and 9yo sons have been playing with this skateboard just for general fun and play and it’s provided them with a lot of fun and entertainment.
I was tempted to have a go myself but i am well over the 100kg recommended weight but i feel the board would take my weight it’s very well made.
It’s a really good quality skateboard, it’s sturdy , well made , well balanced , looks really pleasing on the eye and my lads love it so it gets a thumbs up from me
I wanted to start learning skateboard for the first time. This budget full skateboard is excellent for beginner. I have never skateboard before and this full kit comes fully assembled and even comes with the essential tools for any tune up. Overall the skateboard is excellent and I only need to loosen the wheels just a bit to make it more smoothly. I highly recommend this skateboard for all beginner that wants to learn how to skateboard before spending higher amount to customize a new skateboard.
This board is a lot of fun its nice simple design on top with the colorful print pattern at the bottom makes it excellent. It looks stunning. The board is just like every other board. Its got easy to adjust trucks and the wheels are great I was able to get some smooth power slides out with it. The board is a ton of fun and great to learn new tricks on. the vinyl under the board did bubble.
A good solid skateboard that supports basic balance techniques with stable footing. The wheels are quite narrow making it easier to control speed so the board will not run away from you. The board looks great and I love the graffiti effect on the flip side. Looks cool and a great board for beginners
I am generally sceptical of unknown brands but having tested this board it seems good quality and is well designed for beginners.
The construction seems good, the wheels are reasonable quality and the ride is good. A good beginners board.
My nephews love this board, they squabble over whos turn it is, it was simple to get ready for them, they started off just going up and down my garden ramp and now they have used a bit on the streets, they are going to the skate park this week which they are super excited about. They really want my dogs to get on like they see on social media but not going to happen, now they want my dogs to pull them on this kids!!!!
Good value for money, they are super happy.
Well made sturdy board, very smooth ride with a good non slip top surface, not to heavy with a nice colour design, it looks to be well made and should give hours of fun, great board at a good price.
Got this for my son, it was better than expected.
I wasn’t sure whether this suited him but when it came, he tried it and I knew this was definitely for him!
It was already assembled so there was no need to mess around with trying to get it sorted.
The light-up wheels are amazing too!
This skateboard is really good for beginners upwards.
The top is a good size with nice turned up ends and a grippy top surface to make sure your feet stay planted and with the shape of the ends its perfect for just basic skateboarding all the way up through to trick learning.
I like the bottom design as it’s a nice colourful graffiti sort of design which gives the board some real character and the style makes it suitable for boys or girls.
The wheels are nice and solid with good bearings in them to keep the noise down and can handle the shocks put through them well.
Overall, for 39.99 I think it’s a good price for a good solid board that will last well.

This skateboard is a decent size, my daughter loves it. Its bright design is very appealing.
The deck of the skateboard is solid, with no wobbling or creaking. The wheels keep traction and my daughter has been learning all sorts of tricks on it.
For a beginner this skateboard is perfect, my daughter goes up to the skateboard park and I’m informed it eats up the different level hills, she used some words I didn’t understand, but I think I understood it right.
The main thing is she’s loving this new hobby and it’s great to see her so enthusiastic.
Skateboard for Beginner,79cm Complete Skateboards,9 Layer Maple Wood Deck,Double Kick Trick Concave Standard Cruiser Sport Skateboards,4 Wheels Longboard for Kids Child Teen Girl Boy Skateboarding.
This comes well presented in its own box so it would make a great gift for the right kid.
This is a mini sized Skateboard that measures in at a 17 inch length.
It can bear a maximum weight of 120lbs.
This is exactly as the description describes, it works perfectly, the wheels run quietly and smoothly.
It has a graphic design on the base that’s attractive and courful.
This has emery paper that’s Waterproof and non slip, the feet grip well to it.
This comes fully assembled.
I can reccomend it as a good beginner Skateboard….. Our 10 year old grandson loves it, he had a similar version of a Skateboard before but he so much prefers this one.
Great durable quality at an average price.
Much as I’d like to, I can’t test this board; advanced years and arthritis is a recipe for disaster! But a teenage family member was bursting to get his hands on it. He’s a keen boarder and can do numerous tricks; turning, flipping, swerving etc.
It’s presented in a plain card box with the brand name printed on the side. The board is well packed and secured within and there’s an instruction sheet. The bonus is that no assembly is needed. Out of the box, remove the shrink film wrap from the board and it’s good to go. The plain sanded side is black and provides excellent grip. The undesired pattern is bold and seems well printed. The wheels move really freely and the tester said the board has good flex. He’s delighted with the way it runs and tells me that it’s a brilliant ride. It’s an entry level budget board, suitable for anyone up to 100kgs in weight and I reckon it’s excellent value. Very happy to recommend
This beginner’s skate board is good and strong. It has a very grippy upper surface, the ends of the board curve up as you would expect and the wheels have a rubber mount in the centre of the axel so that you can steer the board with your weight. The tension on the steering rubber can be adjusted so that you can get the steering just right for your weight. The wheels roll freely with self-lubricating bearings. In fact it’s pretty much what you would hope a good skate board to be like. Probably good for most people, not just beginners.
Delivered in its own box . This Skateboard is made from 9 layers of Maplewood measures 31 X 8 ” . The long board is made from Maple so it’s very sturdy it has a non slip black deck .and has a load capacity of 89kg max of 100kg .
The wheels are made from high elasticity 95 polyurethane with ABEC7 high speed stainless steel bearings these are on aluminium trucks .
The underside of the deck has a graffiti type colouring to it .
This board is suitable for everyone from complete novices to advanced boarders .
I love the build quality and the weight , it has the added bonus of a product commitment , if it breaks within 6 months a replacement is offered free of charge .
Not that you’d need to worry as this board is amazingly only 39.99 which I personally think is excellent value for money .
A good longboard with four wheels and a non-slip sandpaper like surface on the top. There was no assembly required – just needed removing from its box and the protective wrap taken off. Does seem well made and sure to provide hours of fun. Good quality starter.
A 79cm skateboard for a beginner, which is just what my grandson was looking for.
The board has a 9 layer maple wood base, 1cm thick and 79cm long, with an emery sandpaper covering on the top, for extra grip. The cellophane covering should be removed before use.
The underside is decorated with a modern style graphic of a face in bold bright colours.
The skateboard came fully assembled, seems robustly built, so it was good to go, straight out of the box.
I’m not into skateboarding myself, but my grandson says that it’s a great board to learn on, everything is basic, but you can start to learn tricks and stunts on it, before progressing to a more advanced board.
He’s happy to recommend it as a beginners board.
My skateboarding experience is limited – by which I mean nonexistent – and is likely to remain so! However I know an experienced skateboarded who assessed this board.
In essence they felt it was of reasonable quality. I’d assumed it was a child’s board but he pointed out that the board will carry an adult weighing up to 100 kilos – so a rather large adult. The board seems to be of a good size and quite well made and of reasonable value for money. For ‘advanced’ use it should be lighter and more robustly constructed.
In sum then, a beginners board. Four stars.
This skateboard is good for anybody starting out but it can also be used by more advanced skaters.
No setup is required as it’s already been put together and ready to go straight out of the box.
The board feels strong and sturdy with a 100kg load-bare. It has a maple deck and a good amount of grip on top.
I’d fully expect it to stand up to regular use as it seems of good quality and well made.
All in all, it’s a good skateboard, but you’re able to find a bit cheaper starter boards than the 39.99 that this was at the time of writing if you’re not looking to shell out that much.
I hope you found this review helpful.
