When DESTEK say they stand behind their product and go the extra mile for customer satisfaction, they really do. Awesome bunch of people . I had a problem with my order and rather contact DESTEK, I just returned it and was refunded. But afterwards, DESTEK contacted me by email and wanted to know how they could have made my experience better. I explained the issue I had, they resolved it easily and quickly and have sent me out the headset again, free of charge. This is such a very rare thing in this day and age, I was left speechless. I can only give them my highest recommendation as they are a solid, ethically sound company who do actually care about their customers getting the most out of the products they sell. I recommend this company and this product.

The goggles are comfortable, but the nose protector keeps getting in the way ifyou do not make sure it is all the way out and tucked out of of the way until you get the headset on. The description claims it will not fit the iPhone 13 Pro Max, but it does fit it easily. It holds the phone in place ok too. There are some games that are good, I played one that is a space type of game, but you have to ‘point and shoot’ by moving your head. This isn’t a problem, but it limits the good games available. I am returning mine due to the fact that the remote won’t work in game mode, but will work in volume control, media player too. The product itself is really good and comfy to wear.

The strap is fully adjustable so it fits my head and my kids, the two glasses are moveable so we could always find a suitable positions to see things clearly.
The weight is not bad, lighter than I expected, but with the plastic construction, unless this is dropped from a height, I don’t see it broken any time soon.
The VR experience is really great, we don’t play any complicated games so haven’t tested this with remote control compatible games, but just with simple YouTube VR videos, this is sufficient fun and the remote can control volumes.

I have tested it to be sure everything is working, and I can say I am pleased with it.Device is made of plastic but it feels stronger than it looks, holds phone secure – in my case it is an iphone7 plus,adjustablestraps and lenses and it comes with a remote….Image is very realistic so don’t look at horror :-).

I was looking for something that gets the experience of a VR but which is user friendly also. Found this product to be very much what i wanted. It attaches to my iphone 11 pro . The visuals are clear and lens are adjustable. The straps are easily adjustable for kids also. My kids found it comfortable to wear and not too heavy aswell.
