2. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone and connected with the tracker “H69” , and then the date and time of the watch will sync automatically.
Q2: Is my smartphone compatible with this fitness tracker?
This fitness tracker need to connect to the”FitCloudPro” app for use. It is compatible with iOS 8.0 and Android 6.0 or higher smart phone only, it is NOT compatible with PC, iPad or Tablets. Besides, make sure that the distance between the device and your smartphone is less than 0.5 meters when connecting. After connection, the effective distance is 10 meters.
Q3: How big is the watch and strap?
The screen 1.4inch TFT LCD clear display, and the strap can be adjusted between 5.2-8.07 inch/13.3-20.5 CM to fit your kids’ wrist well.
