Well made quality product. Easy to charge with a power bank (we have numerous) and maintains charge really well. The repellent tablets are approximately 10 for 30, each last 6 – 8 hours. It’s probably a more expensive way to keep the bugs away but effective and therefore worth the investment for me.

My partner is going to be so happy with this handy little device. He loves spending time wild camping and hiking on the moors, unfortunately, he also appears to be very popular with the local wildlife, namely the mosquitos. He came home after a three-day camp and was covered with bites, hundreds of bites, everywhere.

This gadget will hopefully be the perfect thing for his camping trips. The device is well-made and feels strong and sturdy. It is powered via USB-C it is not rechargeable, this is not a problem for my partner as most of the power banks we own have a USB-C out port. It weighs next to nothing, at only 48 grams and is very small. Thanks to the hanging ring on the top, it can be attached to his backpack, clothes or hung from one of the connectors in his tent.

You will need to purchase the repellent pads as it does not come with them, but they are readily available on Amazon, so this is not a problem. The device uses 2 pads, one at the front and one at the back.

The device has two settings, one for camping and one for hiking. The camping settings has a smaller range and a longer run time, at around 15 hours and 10 feet. The hiking mode will run for around 7.5 hours and has a radius of about 30 feet, which should keep all the nasty mosquitos far enough away to protect you and whoever else you are walking with.

Overall, I am very happy with this mosquito repellent. My partner obviously hasn’t had the opportunity to try it out yet, it not being the season where mosquitos are a problem, but if he reports back anything negative come spring or summer, I will update my review.

I wish I read more about the product because it doesn’t come with special sheets, but that’s my mistake.

I really like how compact it is, and I’ve ordered the sheets to use on my hikes this summer.

My husband often goes camping while fishing abroad and complains of Mosquitos. This handy little device can be hung from your tent and has two modes: outdoor mode and camp mode – camp mode having a 10-foot range and outdoor, 30 feet. To change between the modes you just click. The red indicator shows that you’re in outdoor mode – which is a handy distinguisher between the two modes.

I loved that you can also switch between it being double-sided or single-sided repellent according to the situation (and how heavy the insect number is!)

You can use plenty of options to power this device, if you’re a regular camper or outdoor sportsman you’ll already have everything needed, but if not, the easiest way to power it would be a power bank and USB cable. This will add weight to the device if you’re hanging it.

It is also reassuringly waterproof, which is essential, but also means it will survive adverse weather conditions.

Now on to the negatives: it doesn’t include the mosquito repellent pads/refill tablets. So don’t forget to purchase these. I felt you should get at least one with it and find it quite irritating when you can’t use something straight out of the box. It does say so in the product description, but they could be missed.

Overall, a good bit of kit. Will be out to good use next summer. Recommended.

So the product itself is well made, super easy to open and use. Although I was under the impression there’s a battery but you will need to charge it via a power bank. It states you can charge it through a phone but I can’t find any USB C to C cables in the pile of cables I have. If I can find one I’ll update if it does or not. Not exactly what you want to be doing if you’re out hiking or camping though.
Plastics feel super durable and strong. It doesn’t feel cheap.
The clip is sturdy and takes a bit of force to undo so should be harder to loose. One button function for on/off.
I don’t have any real concerns at the moment but I can’t give it 5 stars due to not being the right conditions.
Once we’ve got them and I’m out for a hike I’ll use this and see what happens.

Hi, we go camping a lot so this is a must, it’s just a shame for the price they haven’t included some to use, we have similar items as always get loads of bugs when camping and wife and kids are not a fan it’s a small lightweight item, you will need it plugged into something to use the heating element from it , like usb power or while out walking something like a powerbank

Very practical as long as you have somewhere to power supply it if you are out and about.
It doesn’t work on its own without the cable or any other type C cable of power.
I thought I could charge it and take it with me but you need a power bank or something else.
Nevertheless is not bad, is a very practical small device you can have with you.
You can add 2 tablets to work at the same time so it would be even stronger.
Very easy to use, just a click or two clicks depending on how strong you want it.

We were thinking of moving to the Marsh. Moskito repellant are crucial there otherwise you’ll be eaten alive in this area.

This little electric mosquito repellant is great.

You need to add a repellant mat from the same company to make it work. The device is powered with an usb cable, you need to have a poeerbank at hand.

It works like a charm and little vampires don’t stand a chance.

    Great gadget against little vampires
