These are more outdoor pickleball balls but still work well. The batteries make the balls slightly heavier. The batteries are difficult to remove once used but managed to do it after 10 mins.

    Nice balls

I used these in my youth group for a blackout night. They had so much fun. These are a lightweight plastic, but they work great with a tennis racket. They have holes in so you can add small lights into them so they can be used at night. The videos of these balls flying around in the dark is so funny

This is for a pack of four pickle balls. They are made from plastic and light up. They are good quality and aren’t cheap but none of them are.
These are now being used in a primary school where they get lots of use out of them.

These work well. They light up but are not too bright.

The batteries are replaceable – that is going to be an ongoing cost. As the batteries are so small, do not expect them to last long — the advertised time is approximately 12 hours.

I have no idea what Pickleball is, but I knew as soon as I saw these balls that my cats would love them. They are lightweight and the holes in them are perfect for the cats to be able to lift them with. They have great fun playing with them in the day, but at night they go crazy for them. You have to fit the light in them yourself which is easy enough, and they are bright enough to make the balls easily played with in the dark. Seeing my cats zip around after them, or barely seeing them and yet watching the ball go whizzing by is so funny!
As for Pickleball, well I guess if you know what that game is and you play it, then I like to think these balls will be exactly what you will need. They are the size of a tennis ball but much much lighter. I think if you were to try to play any racquet based game with them when there is any wind then the balls would easily get blown off course!

Can say it’s a good balls for that price.
Easy to use them and they have lights.
So it’s just great to play with them at late evening.
It’s 4 in set. All of them same size and same colour.
I’m very happy to have it. And surely can recommend it to all.

I had never heard of pickle ball before but asked for these as I thought they looked like my grandchildren would enjoy playing with them and particularly enjoy the novelty of playing in the dark with them.

They are plastic perforated ballas a bit like practice golf balls but they are a touch bigger than a tennis ball.

They come with four tiny batteries and the gadget to put the battery into the ball plus plugs to prevent the battery falling out.

They are quite bright when you have them in the dark but not so bright as to be blinding.

The kids loved these and the novelty of playing with them in the dark.

I’m not sure how long the batteries will last or where you buy the little batteries as I have never seen any like them so it might be a short-lived darkness activity! for our grandkids.

This has kept a group of kids with additional needs well amused.
They had lots of fun playing with them, the bright colours and holes are great for those with sensory needs, they are light enough to hold and be thrown around without doing any damage to the balls or each other.
Great item- even if I’m not using them as intended.

These are high-quality pickle balls which can be lit up for night play. This is a great idea to play tennis during winter when we have long nights.

I found it easy to place the cell in the ball for it to work and was expecting an on/off button however it seems I just need to remove the battery every time we are done playing. Also, we need to buy the Lithium Pin Batteries once the 4 provided in the box run out. The good thing is they are available on amazon however at the time of review they were 1+ a piece

Overall good quality but a bit pricy.

    Durable, bright but expensive pickleballs

If you follow the instructions and fit the batteries into the caps using the small tool and then fit this assembly into ball then it’s fairly easy to fit batteries. I tried pushing battery into cap with my fingers and it wouldn’t go. I put the battery into the ball screwed in the end cap and it worked fine. That was until I tried to change the battery and found it was stuck in the ball. I got it out eventually. If the battery is fitted in the cap FIRST it doesn’t get stuck in the ball! Lesson learnt.

The small tool supplied fits the battery in the cap AND screws the cap into and out of the ball. Backing it off slightly turns the ball off but securely retains the battery and end cap.

The balls are very nice with only the merest trace of a seam and the branding printed on. All as should be.

A search of the USAPA Approved Ball List DOES NOT SHOW THIS BALL. This doesn’t mean they wouldn’t qualify but they’re not listed yet. IMHO that’s being a bit serious and it’s perhaps worth remembering that this is intended as a LAID BACK SPORT. I think it’s a great idea and these balls are fun to match the ethos of the game.

I hope these opinions and observations are helpful.

Easy to use but a bit fiddly to remove the LED from the ball when not in use.
Comes with a very small (easy to loose) tool.

    Light up Pickleball.

I don’t want to put these down as a ‘toy’ but light them up and then put them down at night and kids love them. There is warning there are tiny parts but isn’t there with everything this day and age – and the tiny parts you screw together tightly anyway to make the light come on.

Really neat idea, tennis ball in size but with holes allows my 8 month old to pick them up and chew on them, they are hard so never any fear of them breaking bits off.
I guess an alternative until they can play pickleball themselves but they are really well built and a quality bit of kit. Can’t comment on longevity of battery, nor have i looked at cost of replacements as they are very tiny and not normal in any way so keep this in mind before buying to see if replacements are cheaply available.
