This works just as well as the Netgear and TP Link equivalents for nearly half the cost. I really like that this does not use power brick and you can plug an IEC cable directly into it. I am currently using it to power 3 PTZ cameras

Forty quid it’s a bargain, I’ve not fully loaded it but it runs 3 access points without breaking a sweat but I’m not running it in an enclosed space. I would have liked vlan but my APs handle that.

Easy to set up for either PoE or non-PoE devices. Good price, good quality.

Works straight out of the box, pretty much like any other hub to be fair, but where this one wins is it’s such good value, mains straight into the back so no annoying power supply. Incredibly well made with POE, so perfect for cctv It’s solidly made, very well packed and finally incredibly good value for money at around 18 quid for the 4 port what more could you ask for, so far so good thank you

There is not a lot to say about this other than it does what it is supposed to and was very simple to set up.

It has been in use without any issues at all for around 8 weeks. If I needed another one I would not hesitate in buying one.

Set up with Unifi protect cameras. All four plugged in and working fine with no issues. All connecting at the highest speed possible. Three more cameras to install before I can sign off on this forever but it’s working well so far. The only funny is the slots in the back are clearly designed on hang it upright so the network sockets are on the left. Best to keep that in mind if installing hung against a wall in an outside cupboard as mine is.

This PoE Switch is very impressive. I use it for 8 CCTV cameras. the switch is connected to the NVR LAN port via a Cat 6 ethernet cable. the images are much clearer and video much more stable and fast compared to connecting cameras directly to the NVR Ethernet ports. The casing is solid metal and very strong and well built. connections are firm and the indicator lights and switches well defined. its very reliable and has the possibility of enhancing transmission range or setting individualization of channel transmissions. i am happy an impressed with this and have no regret purchasing it.

I bought this to hook up a Power Over Ethernet camera and it has worked well so far.

Used for providing POE to a video doorbell, bought a cheapo as only using it for one port/connection. Does the job perfectly.

This seems to be really good quality, I bought it because it has 2 uplink ports and 8 PoE ports. works as advertised

Ideal home use switch for PoE IP phones, cameras and Wifi access points. No support for VLANs, so not aimed for the corporate market.
I only use it for my work IP phone, as I do not own PoE security cameras or WiFi Points, but these will likely come as prices drop.
I had the device for a few weeks now, and have not had any networking issues, so hopefully they will becas robustvas my netgear switches have been. I would have stuck with Netgear, but this unit was on offer making it 40% cheaper and provided more power overall for future use.

I got this to power up some raspberry pi’s via poe hats. Works well, speeds are good and no dropouts.

Build quality is nice and it’s packed with features for the price. Absolute bargain. The SFP port puts this switch above all others in this range. I’ve been running several of these switches for a while now, I’m more than happy with the performance. They stream 4k video feeds from my CCTV cameras to my 10GBe network with no issues. The units stay cool and the data stream is clean. They perform just as well as my QNAP and Cisco switches.

Love the gigabit uplinking coupled with the POE. Works great for my home security cameras and for exiting the Wi-Fi with my BT whole home discs.

Cost effective little poe, had good data values from testing and is full metal construction unlike tp links newer models which are fully plastic! Came very well packaged and not had a problem with it since installed!

For the money its very good. Using for CCTV on a cable run of about 250M, we have left it set at the standard settings and it works. The cameras that are on this POW switch are connected to a Network NVR, and for remote mobile monitoring via its LAN ports. Would you believe that the cameras fed from this Goalake switch are better that the cameras that plug directly into the CAMERAS own NVR?

Have had this installed for around 4 weeks now powering 4 x 4k camera’s, 100% recording.
Very well packaged including UK power cord and instructions.
Have had no issues so far with speed, dropping the connection or powering concerns.
Does exactly what it says it does would recommend.

Works as it should - no issues
