These work just fine, the heavier weights can be a bit hard on the hands at first but if you are working out regularly, you’ll get used to it as you’ll build calluses.
Bought for my son who wanted to strengthen his grip for rugby.

Very good quality, but the figures (150,200,250lb) are all wrong. I measured on my own scale and got about 35, 42, 49kg. So if that is OK for you, buy them! The quality is very good. For me, they are perfect.
The product is great. They are quite a bit harder to close than i thought but if you have the streanght, this is a good product.
Der 250er ist kaum zu bewegen und ich bezweifle stark dass auch eine starke Person mit Iron Grip das Ding zu bekommt…
Der 150er ist jedoch super fr den Anfang, hat genau die richtige Strke fr Anfnger die paar Monate damit einsteigen wollen. Mal sehen ob ich es bis lvl 3 schaffe XD
Material ist fr 30 angemessen, Stahlfeder mit Alu-Griffen.
Etwas klein fr sehr groe Hnde, aber man kann es benutzen.

Very decent quality and worth the price. Easy to use and helps to keep my hands/wrists in good shape, strengthening fingers and hands. The quality is fine, and the paint job is great. The handles are comfortable to grip and the springs provide good resistance. The set comes with a few different strength levels, so you can gradually increase the difficulty as your muscles get stronger. Overall, a decent purchase.
