I recently hurt my hip and so have been doing a range of rehab exercises as instructed by my physio.

As these exercises have progressed, my physio suggested that I increase resistance by introducing some of these bands.

This set is useful as you get three different strengths of resistance and it’s easy to recognise which is which as they are colour coded (black: heavy, orange: medium, grey: light).

There is a very noticeable difference in the strength of the bands when you try to push/pull against the resistance.

The quality seems very good. They’re smooth against the skin and seem durable.

Overall, a nice set of resistance bands.

I got these bands for my wife who has hurt her shoulder and has been given physio exercises that needed bands as one of the exercises.
These three bands are different colours which easily identify which band is has the strongest resistance. You can double or triple up the bands if required but best to use individually to get the best out of the band.
    Highly recommend.

Great quality looped resistance bands, nice and durable too.

We’ve had a few pieces of fitness equipment from this brand now and they’ve all been good so I would recommend them.

These bands come in a set of three with different resistance levels. They’re great for home workouts and my daughter also likes to use them for a flexibility stretch called the needle – she’s on her own with that one but she says they work very well!

At 9.99 for the set of three, I’d recommend.

These bands come boxed and with a full instruction sheet for working various parts of the body without the use of expensive equipment or heavy weights. They are silicone free, seamless and come in three different strengths and are easy to use.
I am at the moment receiving physiotherapy for pressure on my sciatic nerve, the latest exercise that my physio gave me was to twist a towel and loop it round my foot and stretch the muscles in my leg. As I only have small hands and my towels are thick I found this very difficult, I saw these bands as great alternative. As there is no stretch in towels I uses the one with the most resistance and it works perfectly. As exercise equipment is usually expensive, i think that this is a fair price.

    Works well for my requirements

I’ve been doing shoulder exercises as prescribed by my physiotherapist to improve my posture.
These bands have helped immensely and work great on my 6’6″ frame.
The resistance is spot on and it’s doing wonders for my muscles.

I have enjoyed using them for my workout at home to increase my strength, good quality but slightly smaller than I expected could do bigger bands for leg exercises.

These are the short resistance bands. They are absolutely fine. I’ve been using resistance bands as part of my exercise regime for ages, I mainly use this type for squats and arms.

These three bands are colour-coded according to their resistance to stretch – and this works well in use, allowing one to quickly move up or down to match one’s capabilities for different exercises.
The pack includes an information sheet on some of the exercises which are possible, which give a good starting point for those who haven’t used tension bands for work-outs before.
In use, I initially found the bands a little ‘tacky’, causing them to snag on the skin when released – but I suspect that was just their newness and me over-stretching them. After a couple of days of intensive use the bands are now quite comfortable and very easy to incorporate into one’s work-outs.
I cannot comment on the longevity of these bands at this stage – they are perhaps a little thinner than another set I have used but I don’t envisage these being any less durable.
These are a good buy to incorporate into your exercise regime at any level.

strong and comfortable resistance bands. they come as a set of 3 with strengths light, medium and strong. they smell a bit funny probably due to the manufacturing process, but after a little use the smell dissipates. they are good bands.

Incopertated yesterday as part of my workout and found them quite beneficial and got quite a sweat up. Good for cardio and fat loss.

Ordered these as I was looking for some fairly strong resistance bands. These are not bad for the price, quite durable and easily used as they are loops and wide enough to avoid sliding around too much, but the actual level of resistance even on the strongest of the three is a little less than I was after. They don’t feel quite as good on the skin as a set of fabric ones I also have, which is possibly to be expected given their elastic nature. The big difference in the colour is quite useful however, in order to tell the different strengths apart at a glance. Useful as a travel set perhaps.

It’s like having weights and gym equipment in the house without having to deal with heavyweight things which take up a lot of space and can cause damage when dropped.

    Nitpicky stuff:
    – not good if you have leg hair (but also a good excuse to shave it) – when stretching the bands tug on leg hair
    – I have sensitive skin, and got a bit itchy, my flatmates were fine
    – Couldn’t figure out how to shorten the bands, they’re perfect for big movements but are a bit loose for smaller movements (big movements being holding the band with your leg and doing bicep curls, small movements being putting them around your thighs and opening and closing your thighs)

The intended use of the bands is mainly for my wife as she loves to work out with them and they do their job very well.

The Bands come in 3 different colors and resistance levels, which is great to slowly increasing the resistance during training or over time and makes it very helpful for workouts at home.

Unfortunately as a bit a bigger person like myself I can not use it, they are to small for it. If you are a female or average-built person though, they will fit very well and do a great job.

The 3 resistance levels, depending how much you used them before might come in very handy, my wife uses the medium ( orange ) one and is happy with it and can later upgrade to the heavy resistance ( black ). But if you are an absolute beginner you will appreciate the light one ( white ) for sure.

Well made but a bit too small for bigger people

My husband and I recently joined a gym and attend Pilates classes. We are trying to build strength and flexibility as we get older. We were looking for a set of resistance bands to use at home in between classes. These are ideal, appear to be good quality and come in 3 strengths. They are the “loop” variety, but can be used for a range of exercise. There are some suggestions in the box. It is reassuring that the company also supply other fitness equipment. We would recommend these.

These are basic exercise resistance bands, but better quality than expected. You get different resistance levels from light to heavy. I liked the material is non-slip and gentle to the skin – I didn’t experience any itching as I have done with other brands.

Overall, good tension choice and quality. Recommended.
