The Yoga mat is of a very good length and the material its made up is extremely soft and comfortable to sit on . The mat is bit thick as well.
Pros – Good length , soft material
Cons – As the material is very soft it might not be suitable for exercises where the personal need bit of less thickness as it might effect the balance
A great non slip , lightweight gym mat. We are currently using it for yoga. The foam is nice and thick and is perfect.

I have only used this mat indoors so far, as it’s winter and too wet and cold to use it outside at the moment. Although I plan on doing so in the summer months.
I lay it on the wooden floor in my living room and it offers great support when I do my stretching pre and post workout.
The grip is very good, and it barely moves when I am using it. Which allows me to carry on as normal without holding back, worrying I’m going to slip any second.
The cushioning on the mat feels good and gives me the support I need. Especially on my knees when I’m kneeling on it.
The material of it makes it very easy for me to wipe clean too.
When I am done and I’ve given it a wipe down, I simply roll it back up and carry it to the garage where I store it, using the handle it comes with. It’s also quite light, so it’s easy to carry if you need to walk with it for a few minutes. To the gym from a car park for example.
I think it’s very good for someone like me that needs a basic mat.
This mat is thicker than my old mat – but much comfier on the floor. It is a bit bulkier than others – but it’s worth the bulk for the comfort.
We only use it at home – but if u take it to classes something to be aware of.
Been used a fair few times – and no complaints from me or the hubby when working out.

This exercises mat is just the right thickness it’s not too thick that you lose your balance but also you don’t hurt your knees when exercising
It’s easy to carry and lightweight and comes with an elasticated handle it’s easy to clean with a damp cloth
It’s seems to have a good non slip grip on the back and I have been using for a while doing full body workouts and no slips
I have purchased others that say they are non slip but slip after a few weeks
– Has a very strong chemical smell when first taking it out of the package and would probably last for weeks

– Bigger than the typical mats as it’s not just for yoga
– Protects against bacteria build up which is always nice for products like this that will most definitely end covered in sweat and dead skin as time goes by

The GoZone Exercise Mat is 24″ wide by 68″ long and 0.5″ thick, very lightweight and is supplied with a carry strap which wraps around the rolled-up mat making it easy to transport.
The mat has a non-slip backing which creates a very stable platform on which to perform exercises when the mat is placed on slippery surfaces such as varnished wooden floors.
At 0.5″ thick the Nitrile Butadiene Rubber material the mat is made from effectively absorbs shocks and cushions pressure points so is ideal for holding prolonged yoga positions.
According to the blurb the material has been impregnated with a natural active ingredient which blocks the growth of bacteria and reduces harmful odour . Although I have no way of confirming this I can say that after several uses I have not noticed any unpleasant odours or build-up of mold.
Should the mat get soiled from use on dirty floors or outdoors a quick wipe down with a damp cloth will remove light stains. Heavier soiling such as ingrained mud and grass stains can be removed with a sponge and warm soapy water. The mat dries quickly.
As well as exercise the mat is ideal for hard-core campers who wish to travel light and is a lot more comfortable than some of the polythene camping mats available.
I like the GoZone Exercise Mat and I would like to see it made available in a selection of colours, however I think that the 21.99 asking price at the time of review is on the expensive side. . 4 stars.
I needed a new exercise mat so I decided to give this a try. It’s a plain black mat with the branding on the bottom of the mat. It comes with a carry strap so it’s handy to take with you to your class or to use at home.
The mat is really good quality and quite thick too. It’s very comfortable for knees and elbows too which is awesome! I’ve used the mat for both HIIT and yoga. It’s great for both. It’s also really lightweight considering the thickness!
The mat doesn’t slip when you’re sweaty from HIIT and it stays firm on the floor in awkward yoga positions too. It is very easy to clean and after a workout I simply wipe it down. If I am really sweating, I use a little soapy water and they go over it again with fresh. Cleans with easy.
This is a great mat at a great price. I think it’s better than some mainstream branded exercise mats too. Highly recommend
This mat is decent value for money. It is 1cm thick foam, almost twice as thick as my existing 6mm thick mat. However, this foam is much spongier, meaning it ends up compressing down to about the same thickness when in use. It’s comfortable and makes the floor much softer, so it does its job fine.
One thing to note – as this is an American product made in China but designed to be sold in the US, the packaging has a rather scary California Prop 65 warning that states “This product contains chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer and reproductive or developmental harm.” I’ve had a few products with this similar warning on it, so please read up on it if it concerns you.
I struggle when exercising on one knee with most exercise mats but the cushioning on this one is great, no discomfort so far. Despite the additional cushioning the mat still provides good support when stretching or balancing. The only minor criticism is that it seems to retain creases (see picture). Although this is only aesthetic at the moment I do wonder how durable the mat will be.
Thks is a non slip mat for workouts and absorbs sound and supports jumps etc whilst cushioning your feet. There is a slight smell but it has gone off after I started using it. It’s designed in USA and feels like a good workout accessory.
This is a great exercise mat. I use it for yoga and Pilates. It is comfy but not so thick that it is difficult to keep the poses on. It is a nice length and rolls up easily. Very pleased with it.
Have used loads of yoga mats in the past, but this is by far the best. Its just that little bit thicker and so is that extra bit more comfortable to lay on when I do my daily back exercises. Its also a liitle longer than a lot of mats. More man size! It doesn’t slip about on the floor (carpeted or hard floor… and I don’t slip on it either. Easy to roll up.. and when unrolled it lays perferctly flat. Just the job.
A thick, durable and wide yoga mat that’s perfect for my needs. It arrived nicely rolled and wrapped in a transparent sling bag, with a black strap.
This yoga mat is super comfortable to use, it’s a good size and has the right thickness. It’s odourless, and has strong resistance, with a good non-slip design.
I have weak knees and wrists, so it’s really important that the mat has a good anti-slip feature so my knees don’t move involuntarily during the exercise, which this mat has.
In short, I would certainly recommend this yoga mat as it’s a good quality mat that does the job, is durable and for 21.99 (at the time of writing), it offers a good value for money.
Thicker than the kind of exercise mat I am used to, which is not necessarily a bad thing, it does make it much more comfortable. However storage/ travel wise- it is much bulkier than a typical yoga mat when rolled up so worth bearing that in mind.
This yoga mat is very well made, it is thicker than your normal yoga mat. The size is good, my husband uses it and he’s 6ft. It comes well presented and would make a nice gift. It folds up easily and has its own carry handle. It also has a non slip texture great if you like to plank!
This mat is lightweight and easy to carry around, especially using the strap provided. It is spongy and would definitely make a hard floor surface more comfortable, although I suspect you wouldn’t want to sleep using it as your only form of padding. I hope this, and my photos, are helpful.
This is thicker (than say a yoga mat) exercise mat.
It’s a reasonable size being approximately 2 feet by 5 and half feet long.
It’s light to carry, and has a strap for that purpose, and is comparably to sports bag when rolled, length ways, but then is 2 feet “long” roll.
The product description notes the mat is resistant to bacterial growth, which with perspiration and skin leaving the body during exercise is a good idea. To that end the mat can be wiped down with warm soapy water.
This mat is then useful for yoga, stretching and floor based body weight exercises, and I thought provided a better than average cushioning effect on a hard floor.
I am impressed by the thickness of this yoga mat, I had my previous yoga mat for over 10 years and never thought it was a problem until I got this which is about 3-4 times as thick, what a difference!
It’s a good size, comfy and non slip.
I particularly like the handy carry handle it comes with.

This is a great lighweight but durable exercise mat. It has a soft surface and during two gym visits for LBT classes, it was perfect when undertaking core exercises, providing excellent comfort for my hands and back. It’s OK for yoga sessions but the inexperienced may find the cushioning too soft when holding / trying to hold certain positions during longer sessions, like I did. It’s easy to wipe clean (a damp cloth sprayed with disinfectant) and roll-up and it has a non-slip underside and carry handle.
I’ve been impressed with this mat which I’ve used for yoga over the last few days, it has a good length, is very thick and soft to use and it rolls up well too. The non slip surface is a real nice feature too as it creates more stability when using it to perform moves and positions. The handy carry strap is a very welcome addition too meaning the mat is easy to transport and store.Overall, a great mat – recommended!

This is a great yoga Mat to have because it’s thick and very long for a Mat, I’ve bought a fair few Mat’s in the past and they haven’t been this thick and comfy to exercise on. I have bad knees and this helps a treat, it’s big enough for everything I need it for. It’s good quality and the padding doesn’t go dodgy after a while using it like other ones I’ve had has done……the actual size is 172 cm by 60 cm and its 1cm thick. Its cheap for what it is and it’s well worth the price. 100% recommend and would buy again.

I work out daily, and my exercise regimen contains advanced HIIT routines. I have absolutely destroyed my elbows, and the skin looks like scales . Therefore, I ordered this mat immediately, hoping to finally relieve my elbows, knees and lower back.
The mat arrived neatly rolled and packed, with an elasticated strap accessory for easy transport and compact storing. I am delighted with the quality, thickness, and size. It is rather accommodating for me as I am only 5`3“. The thickness is perfect, and my elbows felt in heaven during training. As I tend to sweat more during cardio, I am thrilled that the mat does not permit bacterial growth or subsequent odour through its micro fresh technology. It was also easily cleaned; I used a wet wipe at the end of my workout. I train in the bedroom during the winter, where I have hardwood floors. The photo shows the mat rolled out onto the bedroom floor. I can attest that it does not slip while exercising, even during cardio. It keeps you safely on the ground and ensures good grip/ adhesion to the floor.
The mat is lightweight and easy to transport due to its strap accessory. It has become my trusted buddy while exercising, and I hope it will last a long time. I can only recommend this gym mat, as it greatly impacted my comfort and pain during exercise.
My partner is really happy with this as it’s a good length and provides really good support is a lot thicker than most at 1cm but still very soft and really comfortable plus stays put with no slippage at all so is great for workouts and yoga great price for the size and quality to would recommend.
