Comfortable and feels well made. Small enough to have lying around to just grab when you’re making tea etc! Good price in my opinion.
These padded hand grips arrived well packaged.
Got these to help with strengthing my grip as one hand feels a little weak when trying to open bottles, jars etc. The hand grips are small which I like, have good resistance for me and are light weight. They fit into my hands nicely, they feel comfortable with the foam padding. They do make a clicking noise each time you press them but doesn’t bother me. Would be good for older people with week hands or wrists. As the resistance isn’t overly strong i don’t think they would be much good for strong men with big hands.
My son loves them. He’s started lifting weights and it hurts his wrists and forearms so he was looking for something to help strengthen those areas when he’s not working out.
These hand strengtheners are very comfortable to grip, a lot better than my other all plastic hand strengthener due to the foam sponged handles, they are also easy to grip and my hands don’t slide at all. I have small female hands, and I find them very easy to use; although, challenging due to the muscle weakness that I have.
They’re good quality and appear durable (I’ve only had them for about 4 weeks), I just wish that they had a counter like my other one does.
You can really feel your muscles working when using these. You get 2 so you can either give one to someone else or do both hands at the same time. You can use it any time as well even if youre just watching tv or sat down they are really good.

A good product for training and anti stress. I always carry it with me, using my hands for my work, I do a couple of minutes of warm up before starting. Very useful in moments of nervousness, help to release stress. Good material and comfortable grip.
These replaced a 20yr old set of hand grips that had lost their foam handles and were down to bare plastic. Click when closed and a bit squeaky like my previous set but do the job. Decent level of resistance and comfy to use.

These hand grip strengthens are a good size, I would say ideal for small to medium hands as they just fit in my husbands hands. The power in the springs are good enough to produce some good tension to build muscle or tone in your hands. They are ideal to take out with you as they are quite light. The padding on them is also good and comfy to use.

The foam covered handles are comfortable and easy to hold. They are a bit smaller than others I have owned but still fit neatly in the hand. Good level of resistance and ease of movement, however they can get a bit “sticky” at points and need to be released for a moment before trying again but not a major issue.
I got these for my son who saw them and wanted them. He said they are good easy to hold and work well.

These are soft and don’t pull the skin on your hands too much.
My 16yr old son nicked them and uses them constantly and he says they are enough to challenge your hands but not too much that they are too stiff and you struggle after a few squeezes.
Got these to strengthen my hands as I have fibromyalgia, there very good, hard to use but that maybe because I have little strength in my hands at the moment. Very happy with them
This is another Christmas present I ordered for my daughter’s boyfriend (who’s into power lifting). I’ve not tried them out but imagine they will work as intended. I do wonder however how durable the foam on the handles will prove to be over time
I like that there’s one for each hand. Easier to work out evenly without having to switch over. It is easy to use, my friends 12 year old said it was easy, but with my hands, they did struggle. Not in a bad way, I’m getting older and my grip isn’t as strong as it used to be, also arthritis is setting in. I can squeeze easily but the skin on the fingers and the palms do hurt, I guess from the friction from the grip. You can hold it upward or downward for a comfortable grip. Doesn’t have a different, just easier on the palms to hold. I ordered this because I wanted to build up my finger strength, like how people can hold a note on a string instrument. I do advise, when using these, take off and rings as I feel like they slightly restrict the movement of the fingers.
Soft to your hands, easy to use, durable…so far so good. Worth the value

Nicely packed, the packaging is made in a cleaver way to showcase it in case it’s hanging in a shop somewhere.
Anyway, using the product:
Its got a nice feel to it, not too big to put you off, very light that you can carry with you travelling, so far all good.
The 1-star less was because when I used it few times to press in and out it felt on some presses that the locking ring was a little jamming (slightly) although I could still press but it gives a slight unpleasant feeling to it, sadly it’s not one of those you oil and problem-solved.
Overall a very good product, I would certainly use it and recommend it for sure.
My partner who is a regular exerciser and gym goer tried this. It is impressively durable and strong, unlike some you can buy which weaken or break very quickly. He can feel the effects of using this item already so it does work.
Good grip strengtheners. Nice foam covered handle making them easier and more comfortable to squeeze. They do sometimes click at the top, but it’s not a massive issue. Still fantastic quality.

I was quite impressed with the manufacture and quality of material used in the manufacture of this pair of hand exercise and grips as that is mainly what you would use them for
The tension of the grips is quite powerful and they have a good soft sponge handle that feels good in your hand when you are using them, the tension in the spring is just about right and working one in each hand helps both your hands and wrists get the same amount of exercise ant the same time ,
On the whole a good quality product and well worth the price

I have an old RSI so I am hoping that I might be able to use these to strengthen my wrists to relieve some of the discomfort I get from time to time.
These grip strengtheners are tensioned so that both my partner and I can use them comfortably. They fit into the hand comfortably and the foam padding prevents any discomfort.
They are neat and small enough to put into a pocket if one wished to carry them around to use throughout the day. They would be ideal to take on a walk too.
The one and only downside for me is that owing to the metal tab that encloses both arms of the spring, they are quite noisy in use. This is a small point but is noticeable.
They appear reasonable value for money to me.
These grip strengtheners are very simply constructed, essentially just a pair of foam grips wrapped around a metal wire spring with no bells or whistles provided or required; this is to their advantage as there is no need for an fiddling or setup before use (I just snipped through the plastic tie fastener which attached them to the packaging and they were free to start using straight away). They also take up very little space and weigh very little, so are convenient to store and potentially carry around for anyone wanting to use them on the go.
A couple of minor complaints are that the foam of the grips feels a little cheap (although not surprising given the price point and it certainly does the job), and that the metal collar that reins in the two ends of the wire spring is free to ride up and down as you use them resulting in a regular clinking noise on every release as it contacts the spring’s coil. It would be possible to mitigate this easily enough by wrapping the coil or the collar in something (a shoelace, paracord, tape etc.) but if you and those around you don’t mind the noise or you use them while wearing headphones it isn’t a big issue.
The grip feels to be made of good quality materials. One of them is a bit more squeaky. They both work well and you can use them both at the same time which means you know you are doing the same amount without counting.
