This 6mm indoor mat is reasonable for yoga or other exercise. It’s got a bit of a chemical smell at first which takes a while to go, so not great to have in a bedroom. But otherwise it’s a decent value mat.

This GoZone – Yoga Exercise Mat -is said to be 6mm Thick – Non-Slip it appears to live up to the description. In addition, the mat feels comfortable to use bear footed whilst doing exercise including jumping up and down and other exercises

I love the fact that it is soft. Gives a memory foam type of feeling. It’s also long and easy to transport due to being light weight.

    Great non-slip ma

I have mild arthritis in my knees and since I have been working from home about 2 years ago, it has made me move less as I spend a lot of time sitting in front of a PC most of the time.

It might be a psychological thing as I find this mat motivates me to get up and exercise and do yoga to strengthen my knees.

It’s really important that the mat has a good anti-slip feature so my knees don’t move involuntarily during the exercise, which this mat has.

It’s also comfortable to use, the thickness and the size are just right for me.

In short, a nice lightweight and durable yoga mat that’s perfect for my needs.

Lively pattern on 6mm non slip cushion surface, this light yoga mat can be rolled in to a compact size within it’s own length, and provides reasonable cushioning on a hard floor for one to do yoga, stretch or other floor based exercises.

Approx. 0.7 metre wide by 1.7 metres long, this two feet by over five and a half feet long.

Cleaning is a simple wipe down with a mild detergent.

If I was to find fault, the lack of purpose made carry strap, other wise one has to fabricate something from what I have to hand to tie this when rolled, however rolling it was okay to do.

In conclusion, provided a softer and stable surface that was good to grip when working out.

    Handy yoga mat.

This yoga mat is an absolute delight. It is perfect for home workouts or at the gym. I use it to do home workouts, yoga workouts and Pilates. The surface of the yoga mat is very comfortable so it helps while you’re doing the different postures of yoga.

It is also non-slippery so if you’re using it on a hard surface such as laminate or tiles, it won’t slip. It comes in two different colours. I’ve gone for the grey one. I’m very pleased with this yoga mat. The only thing I would say is that it’s priced at 21.99, which I do think is slightly overpriced. But other than that it’s a thick yoga mat, which would make your workout very comfortable and the mat is really good quality so will last a long time.

I like the pattern, very nice print and doesn’t look like it will deteriorate quickly.

The video shows it next to my plain green yoga matters sticky mat which is a few pounds more expensive, also available on Amazon.co.uk

The mats are the same width but this mat is a little shorter. Actually looking on the website, the yoga matters mat is now only 72 inches long which is slightly shorter than mine, maybe they have been cutting back..

This mat 6mm thick so slightly more cushioning than the one beside it.

The measurements are not shown properly on the advert, they are
    172cm long / 68 inches ( 5 foot 8.5 inches )
    61.5cm wide / 24″ ( 2 foot )
    0.6cm thick / .25 inch

It has some grip, the cushioning is good, the pattern is nice, a good value mat.

I would suggest if you are taller than 6ft you would be better with a longer mat to help transition from down dog and up to warrior poses. There are many exercises that involve laying down full length on the mat so choose one with enough space for you..

Reasonable grip, a little short for me

My wife and the kids like to do a little yoga in front of an instructional video in the front room. This is no fun on a wooden floor, so any mat has to have some spring to it. This GoZone version is great, it is nice and thick. It is the standard large size, suitable for an adult, but you can also use it width ways for a couple of small children.

The rubber is well formed and not too smelly. My family likes the design as it was different enough so that my partner can tell which is theirs if they do group Yoga or Pilates. Once unfurled it can be rolled up again, but the pack does not come with anyway to keep it closed so we had to use a cord that we already had lying around.

This yoga mat is decent quality and quality made as expected, fairly finished with positive design.
Comfortable starter mat with anti slip feature in decent price .

For me, a yoga mat is all about thickness. The thin ones—you may as well not bother. It’s not the thickest yoga mat I’ve tried, but it’s not far off. The design is attractive. It’s easy to roll up and store. They don’t provide you with an elastic carry strap. It’s fine to use indoors, but not so convenient to carry about. It’s over 20 quid, a little on the expensive side, but it looks good quality.

It’s good quality and so soft yoga mat. Easy to fold up and store. Really like the design and material of this mat.

Got this for my daughter who has been doing yoga for a while now, she usually just does it on the laminate floor, now she can workout in style and comfort, great length and nice width too, not overly thick but is nice to use, comfortable ,very durable, really easy to wipe clean, rolls up well. Could do with a pouch to keep in to make it easier to carry about and store, so that it doesn’t unroll, the pattern design and colour of it.

This is a nice basic yoga mat. It is non-slippery and comfortable to work on.

I am using mine at home on a carpeted surface and it allows me a comfortable and less slippery surface to exercise on.

I like the look of the mat as it is attractive – creamy colour with arrow-like design.

I wish it had a strap to put around it when rolled as it would keep it neater.

I have another yoga mat that is thicker and I have a strap that holds it rolled and also doubles as a yoga strap. This one I keep in the car for my yoga and pilates classes at the gym.

This new one is great for home and I just use a resistance strap to hold it rolled up.

I’ve been impressed with this mat which I’ve used for yoga over the last few days, it has a good length, is very thick and soft to use and it rolls up well too. The non slip surface is a real nice feature too as it creates more stability when using it to perform moves and positions. Overall, a great mat – recommended!

This yoga mat is perfect for taking with me to the gym so I can go to the workout classes such as yoga and body balance. I like the pattern on the mat and felt like it stood out in the classes.

The mat is a good thickness and felt comfortable to kneel on for my stretches.

At the end of the class I found the mat was easy to wipe down and roll up. It would however be handy if it came with a strap to hold it together.

What is so great about this mat is the thickness. I recently started yoga again and I am 63. My wood floors are too hard and most mats are too thin. This mat thankfully has enough cushion so I do not feel the hard floor while exercising. I would definately recommend to anyone looking for a thicker ma

My daughter has just started doing Yoga again (online classes) and her previous cat eat her Yoga mat! He suffered from pica (so basically eat anything and everything – sofas included).

Her bedroom is shades of grey, so this will look lovely rolled up in the corner, in the grey yoga bag she already has. I am going to get double brownie points because this is so nice. She will probably be doing the classes in her bedroom so this mat will be plenty thick enough, even if it squishes over time because she will have the carpet underneath it. I bought her boyfriend, a darts mat, so they both have a mat! How sweet.

I’m sure for true devotees this mat won’t be a high enough quality cork, rubber with a cotton lining were out of my price range. She tends to dip in and out of exercise because she pulls so many shifts, so this will be more than adequate for her needs. Her last one was literally falling to pieces even before the cat took aim.

So a great medium thick, reasonably priced Yoga mat for an amateur Yoga lover.

A lovely looking yoga mat ordered as a pressie

Really pleased with this as is a very decent length (+longer than most) and good support with very comfortable 6mm of mat which is super soft but offers good sup[port – great price for the size and quality to would recommend as like the design too.

This yoga mat is good quality, very nicely made, love the design.
Not the very thick, but comfortable.
I love it that it doesn’t slip.
    Goood value for money.

Being 6mm thick it is squishy and plushy for sensitive knees. No aching back and sore limbs after workout sessions.

The Colour scheme is aesthetically pleasing and the chevron pattern reminds me of a runway which makes me smile every time I unfold it. My own runway to take off.

Good length for deep lunges and stretches.

It stays firmly fixed to a range of surfaces such as carpet, wooden floors and vinyl tiles.

Very good grip for hands even when palms get sweaty.

It is quite malleable and easy to fold up.

The only thing I would love to add is a strap or bag for easier carrying.
