The old ones were about two years old. I thought I would try changing the battery in the solar panel I had for the outside solar lights and it worked! I had my lights shining brightly again that night.
These work well in toys, fairy lights, wireless keyboards and things that require lower power. But I specifically ordered these for my solar powered garden lights. They have worked beautifully and I havent needed to recharge them yet after around 3-4 weeks usage.
The HENREEPOW Ni-MH AA Rechargeable Batteries arrive in a plastic wrap with no additional packaging. These are a 600mAh batteries so do not have huge capacity and will only really be useful for low power draw devices or perhaps battery powered lighting. Usefully since there are 12 in the pack we can cycle around them for recharging as needed.
My daughter uses these for her room — she has small Star Wars fairy type LED lights around the top of her bed and dresser and these do that job perfectly. I had a charger ready to do which I’ve given her and she charges a batch of 4 up around every 4-5 days, and keeps cycling through them. The listing says they can be charged around 500 times, so it should keep her going until she tires of the lights or they stop working!
At 12.99 (plus a 10% discount at the time of this review) they are not bad value for specific low power draw devices/lights but anything above that and you need higher capacity.
I’ve always preferred to use rechargeable batteries as opposed to disposable ones, so I was glad to receive this 12-pack battery pack. Rechargeable batteries always have a higher upfront cost, but the savings are made over time, as long you cycle them properly and onl charge them just before you need them.
The AA batteries fit in any suitable battery recharger unit that can charge Ni-MH batteries, which all modern units should do — I’ve never seen or found one that doesn’t. According to the manufacturer they can be recharged up to 500 times which, depending on what you are going to use them for, should last several years.
I mostly use them for lighting some LED packs, and even leaving them on (cos I forget to turn them off) they last several days. I have underside LED lighting on my TV unit and they lasted for five days before I eventually had to replace them. They obviously give off a brighter light the newer the recharge, but even after a couple of days the light was visible and noticeable.
Cheap and cheerful rechargeables . they hold their charge well so far and they dont take ages to recharge when drained. good for battery powered light’s i’ve found and they work well in wireless keyboards as well.
I’ve had to recently change the batteries in many of my old solar lights that still use AA rechargeables due to the old ones being a bit weather beaten and rusty.
The new batteries worked a treat and last longer than the original ones ever did, so that’s perfect for us now we get less sunlight during the day. I recommend making sure they get a full charge first before use, though.
If you are like me and need a bunch of AA batteries every year for all these fairy lights then this package is pretty good value for money in my opinion.
Although keep in mind that they are only 600mAh so for me that is enough to keep one set of fairy lights that require three AA batteries bright enough for about 3 evenings, then they need charging again. But I much rather prefer charging these than keep on buying ones that you only get one-time use out of and then have to be disposed of.
For what they are they fine.
They AA 600mah batteries, do not expect them to work as long as a 2000mah between charges.
In regards to price though, I have seen some 2000mah at a similar price so while I am fine with these if a 2000mah (pack of 12) is available at the same price or a tiny bit more, I would just go for the bigger mah.
But a set of 600mah AA batteries, great for kids toys, clocks and such like.
These batteries are 600 mAH so not really for heavy usage but rather for things like solar lights, kids toys etc.
So far they’re working well but if anything changes I’ll update the review.
I do think they’re quite expensive at 14 but they are rechargeable.
There’s little to add as they’re just batteries but I’m happy with them!

I was in the market for some rechargeable batteries, but the ones in local shops were so expensive.
I use these batteries to power my Xbox controller.
Quick to charge, last a good while.
Having multiple means I never have to worry about losing power during a gaming session, even if I forgot to put the last pair on charge.
Not had any issues with recharging, all batteries working as intended.

This product simply exceeded my expectations. I replaced the batteries of my solar garden lights and the batteries were already pre-charged and lasted 2 hours. The next day I let them fully charge and the results were amazing! You can use it on every device that needs batteries and saves money in the long run!
This is the 3rd day using these batteries and I’m very happy with this product. Very good value for 12 batteries!!! Please note: comes without a charger!
I can’t confirm anything about exact capacity in mAh – note that 600mAh is very much on the low side as rechargeables go (you can see figures like 2500mAh for the best quality ones), so you will need to take this into account when deciding whether these are suitable for your desired usage, i.e. they are for devices drawing low power – but I can at least confirm that these are putting out 1.2V as expected. They come pre-charged, and will charge in a recharger suitable for Ni-MH batteries. They do what rechargeable batteries do, in a nutshell. Just be aware of that low capacity.
Ordered for my solar lights as after a couple of years the batteries are failing.
They work well and are holding their charge.
I got some batteries for our home as a lot of the stuff in the house was running low of batteries, so I thought I’d try the rechargeable batteries this time.
Rechargeable batteries often disappoint, both in capacity promised, and ability to hold their charge.
But I came across these ones and the price was quiet good
Surprisingly, these were great batteries, perfect when you have things that use a lot of batteries so it is too expensive to keep buying more disposable ones.
They have a good capacity I have found so last a long time before needing to be recharged.
They came precharged which is great as you always need batteries when you don’t have any on hand so they can be used straight away.

I recieved 12 HENREEPOW rechargeable AA batteries, they came packaged in cellophane as in review pic above.
I do the power is quite low even tho the description says high capacity which they are not…. These are only suitable for things like led outdoor solar lighting…a clock ….remote…ect.
These are OK if you don’t needs loads of power.
OK quality.
Easy to use.

Good AA Rechargeable Batteries, good performance 1.2-volt 600mAh, very safe while charging I was monitoring the charging incase of fire, can be charged using a standard charging units or via solar cell lights.

his is a set of 12 aa rechargeable batteries, each of them has a capacity of 600mah, pretty low capacity for aa batteries (aa batteries are usually over 1500mah), so they’re relatively lighter, just weight 15g while usually aa batteries weight over 20g
ordered it for my kids toys use, as kids electric toys need so many batteries to run and these batteries save loads of money than using alkaline batteries
because of the low capacity, it’s good for low powered toys like toy piano, sound and vision toy, walkie talkie, etc; i still use it for some toys with low power motor, like bubble makers or remote control toy, but i need to recharge after each use to prevent run out of battery while playing
anyway, they’re budgeted battery that i can get more number of battery with same cost, for toys use i believe it’s fine

…having to charge them before you use them. These come pre-charged and therefore can be used straight out of the pack – though remember, that each is only charged to around 30% of it’s total capacity.. Still, it gets you out of a tight space if these are all you have to hand. Very good!
