I was apprehensive about this e-bike. Best money I every spent. Joy to ride did 12 miles on my first day.
Ordered 12th May, estimated delivery 7th June, actually delivered 17th May.
Fantastic, fast service. Sent construction video and supporting documents via WhatsApp. Day before delivery.
You can put this together in 45mins easily. Battery was also 3/4 charged.
The bike arrived ok and was not to difficult to assemble, size was great for me and I’m nearly 6ft it would suit someone smaller or taller. Have been out along the canal tow path 3 times now and found that it rode well. I was kept well informed about the delivery and instructions.
Delivery should have seen 3-4 weeks but it arrived in a week. Well impressed. Very pleased with the bike and look forward to getting out on it a lot more.
I purchased this bike for leisure purposes and I am well pleased with it. Initially I was advised that the delivery date would be 23rd March but it actually arrived on 1st March! In terms of building the bike and despite what was said in the reviews, it was a relatively easy task. Because of the early delivery and the relative easy build, I managed to get a 10 mile ride in before the snow ame. During my maiden ride the bike performed really well and the pure electric mode certainly made me smile. For the money it was spot on!
Good bike but did have to take to a bike shop as had problems with connectors so electric motor wouldn’t work. And suppliers customer service only sent videos in Chinese.
The bike took longer to put together than planned as the instructions were not brilliant but well worth the effort.
The instructions were generic in places and did not fit my model. I spent an age hunting for mud guard brackets as described only to find this model does not have them. Thought I had accidentally thrown them out.
Once I got to grips with reading the limited instructions along with working things out for myself all went well.
Now on the road I really love the bike. Brilliant assisted electric support riding and full electric mode is great.
Love that the battery disconnects to be able to charge it indoors in more suitable temperatures as recommended.
Once over the build stage I have nothing but praise for this model.
The bike came very fast and earlier than had been stated. i had watched and read about similar bikes and knew it was the right specification for me . I did have a problem with the bike but received all the help and assistance necessary in the follow up. I’ve used home made electric bikes for many years in it’s way this is the best although it’s clearly not ‘German’.
So pleased with this bike I bought for my son , the delivery was souped quick came a lot sooner than the estimated date on order and the company were really helpful with the queries I had , I would recommend this company it was a pleasure buying from them .
This is a good, strong bike but is rather heavy. Even without power it rides well, but due to the weight I wouldn’t want to ride unpowered for long or up much of an incline. The one criticism I have is that the thumb throttle is quite literally a pain to use and I can’t see an easy way to change it for a better one.
This bike is GREAT, the assistance on hills is amazing, you can just go so much further.
I would throughly recommend this bike, I was worried, as a lot of e-bikes I’ve read reviews on have had technical issues, but this has been great. I am 192cm tall and I am still very comfortable cycling. No problems at all and arrived in 2 weeks ! Perfect !
Really lovely looking bike and very easy to use . I love that you can put it on full electric when your tired .Would ride it every day it so fun but nobody would ride past the car in the rain . Rode it 5 days last week but only rode it twice this week, can’t wait for summe
