Firstly this is not one size fits all. I’m a chunky girl (UK size 20, mens Xl-XXL) and this will not fit on my arm.
But as I use this for cycling, it works well to have this on my right ankle to make me more visible to traffic from behind- not that they can miss my chubby arse wobbling up the road!
Its a great product, 2 flashing speeds or a solid light, rechargeable- although I haven’t had to charge it yet.
Would definitely recommend this product.
Fast delivery, very well packaged in its own box with instruction manual.
Product made with good quality material, reflects well, LED with reasonable brightness and easy adjustment via velcro.
Multi utility, being able to use it for night runs, adapt it to your bike, backpack and even your pet.
It has 3 modes, fast blinking, slow blinking and solid.
Rechargeable battery is really long lasting and easy to charge.
High visibility reflective armband for my daughter was just what I needed for her safety when riding bike after school. Its getting dark early in winter and safety comes first. Comes with usb charger and has 3 flashing modes. Charging time is fast .
I got this for my daughter to use when coming home from school after dark. The armband is fairly small so not ideal for use over a bulky winter coat, for example, and so better suited for someone running with tighter fitting clothes. She attaches this to her school bag and it is bright and definitely makes her visible. There are different settings for slower or faster flashing. The battery isn’t the best really and it is quite bulky. This is ok and I’m pleased that we have it but I’m sure that there are better alternatives out there.

Great basic reflective strap. Easy to put on and off. Ideal for the winter darker evenings!
Would recommend.
I use this on my right leg when biking, it’s a good way to make myself extra noticeable when riding my bike in the dark. it has a few flashing modes and is quite bright. i like it’s easy to charge up and the reflective band is really bright when lit up by car headlights i found.
I ordered this for my husband who runs at night along the country lanes. This is a simple easy to use arm band. It is chargeable by usb which is good as it will last all winter at least, usually they last a couple of seasons. Length wise it is plenty big enough for his arms but he doesn’t have upper arms, being a runner. Muscle bound men may find these a little on the small side.
It has a simple metal clasp that you fold the velcro through and back on itself so again for runners it is nice and easy to wear. My husband has no issues with it. It lights up well.
The only issue is that the usb charge point isn’t hidden / covered so it will be interesting to see how waterproof it is as he runs in very bad weather sometimes! I will update the review if it fails after a downpour!
Wish all people that walk during dusk hours would use these arm bands, good visibility.
This is certainly a bright visibility device and my OH has used it on his ankle for cycling. You need to be lit up like a Christmas tree at this time of year! It’s a simple and uncomplicated design which is great for charging and chucking on – it’s just Velcro around a buckle ring. Light all the way round would be better but it’s not bad at its job. Like anything electrical, especially if not a well known trusted brand,I would never leave this by itself to charge.
Fantastic little reflective armband. It’s easily adjustable, rechargeable and has very bright lights. As you can see from my photo, the lights are extremely visible in a pitch black room.
The downsides of this band are that it is quite small (I’m an average build woman and it’s quite tight on my arm when I’m wearing a jumper) and I don’t think it’s waterproof because the charging port is uncovered.
Great for joggers, hikers, dog walkers etc to remain visible in the dark but only in dry weather. Happy to recommend for people of smaller builds to use in dry weather.
This LED arm band is certainly bright and has three light settings at the simple switch of a button: fast flash, slow flash and solid light. The velcro fastens securely and the band is comfortable.
In all honesty, it reminds me of my dogs’ collars, which have exactly the same light settings. It’s a good idea if you need to be seen, such as whilst cycling, running or rowing in the dark. My daughter used to be part of a kayaking team that regularly hit the water in the dark, and this would have been absolutely ideal for that. Another use that sprang to mind was keeping this in the car in case of a breakdown.
However, the band is quite small. It fits me perfectly but would definitely not fit somebody of a large size.
This is good for adults and children alike.
Great for walks or for running.
It goes on the arm and velcros on- it is adjustable.
It has a button to hit that then makes it flash or solidly light up.
I think this is really useful – it could also be put in a car for if you broke down- making you easirrr to see.
This LED armband will certainly help make you more visible in the dark, so long as other people are able to see the illuminated area. This only covers just over 50% of the band, so I guess you have to be careful to make sure this is placed in the most visible area of your body. It has three modes, fast flash, slow flash, and permanently on. I would describe the colour as a mustardy yellow. I hope this, and my video, are helpful.
This reflective safety band can be used to give you visibility when out cycling, jogging, walking etc. It is not very long but OK to fasten with the velcro and buckle around a slim arm, wrist, ankle or on your bike or backpack.
Simply press one, two or three times for fast or slow flashing or a constant light. To recharge there is a USB cable provided but it is pretty standard so most people will have one. It comes fully charged. An almost hidden red light shows when it is charging but there is no indicator to show charge is low. A useful extra safety item now the nights are drawing in.
I bought this item to show to a few of my friends that are joggers and cyclists. As the nights are drawing in now, road safety is even more important.
The design of this arm band is quite simple, the reflective surface with hi vis surround and the illumination strip. A buckle loop and a velcro strip at each end fasten it to your arm.
To turn the light on you press the black plastic case next to the velcro strip, once for flashing, twice for slow flash and three times for steady on.
The small plastic box containing the battery and housing the on/off button has a small USB connector on the side for charging the item. This isn’t covered so water ingress might be an issue if the light is worn in rainy weather. Battery life was sufficient for 4 or 5 long runs between charges.
The size of the band seemed quite small, it certainly wouldn’t be big enough for a large man wearing a couple of layers of clothing but for use over a thin top or for a small to medium sized woman it would be a good fit for most.
Having spoken to the cyclists I know, they seemed impressed initially but after giving it a bit of thought they weren’t as positive as the joggers.
The joggers liked the simplicity and brightness of the band and it felt comfortable to wear when running. They thought that it would be good for road running where visibility is key during periods of darkness. They wanted to be able to turn it off easily when going off road as sometimes stealth is desirable when running through woods or fields.
Someone also said they thought this would be good for walkers, especially if they are up a hillside and the light is fading as it would enable them to be sighted if they get into difficulties.
Verdict: Nice simple design and operation. Question mark over weatherproofing. Size might be an issue for the musclebound among us but should fit most regular shaped bodies.
I’d say it’s a little over priced, a couple of quid less would make it more desirable hence I knocked off a star.
The arm band is a simple Velcro fastener, it’s quite small in size so is ideal for children but can also be worn lower down on a larger arm.
It has a simple push button control- one press, fast flash, two presses slow flash, three presses permanently on.
It is really bright and can be seen from far away to keep you safe.
