This company has great customer service. I had two issues in the beginning with my S9 scooter and they immediately emailed back and took care of the problem both times.
I love my scooter. I don’t like to ride a bike. But I always wanted to go the bike path . Now I’m able to go. Enjoy the nature without having to work. I have weak lungs .but this I can still get out and about and breath in the fresh air and experience the wild life.
A great scooter for such a price, wheels that you don’t need to worry about, you feel safe on almost any surface. Full charge in about 4 hours, enough for long and comfortable drive in Toronto. The more I drive it, the more satisfied I am with the vehicle. I don’t think you will find anything better in the same price range, and one of the most important reasons to stick with this brand is the incredible customer support, they answer every day, they have spare parts for whatever repairs you need, and they even cover the cost of repairs or part replacement. I personally thank Luna.
I really like this product budget friendly, easy to handle main thing about this company is service they will react very well to our problems i recently got issue with my cycle i contacted (Jessica) she is the best she handled my problem very well. I respect for her passion towards her work. She is the best.
I purchased this scooter for my daughter .I also needed to replace the accelerator so I contacted them to get the new part. Jessica got back to me letting me know that they were shipping the new part to me. Just after few days and getting the new part I was able to replace it and now the scooter is working fine.
Cruising on my new electric scooter has been a game-changer! The battery life is epic, lasting for miles without charging anxiety. The app is my new best friend, tracking rides, showing my speed, and even letting me lock the scooter with a tap. Plus, the suspension? It’s a dream, smoothing out bumps like butter. This scooter is pure joy and convenience, I highly recommend it!
When making a decision to purchase a product, having customer service that stands behind the product is extremely critical, Insiwheel is a company that stands behind their products! I would recommend this product to anyone.
The scooter started giving me problem not even a month after having it. The rear fender started making noise because it became loose. The kickstand just randomly broke off. The app needs to be redesigned. The scooter doesn’t work in cold temperatures, it won’t even turn on. While my brother has a different brand that works fine in minus temps. The hand brake makes a screeching noise and the electronic brake barely stops the scooter. You don’t feel the power of the scooter after a couple weeks. And when I fold the scooter it gets stuck on the hook and won’t let me release it. My advice is to not buy this scooter because there are many better brands and this scooter seems for children. I use this scooter to get around college and it is really disappointing for it to give me all these problems. The customer service is really great. They helped me with all of my problems and solved them, I am satisfied with their service.
This is a great scooter everything is well made the only thing is the max speed is not accurate, i way 105 kg max speed is 17mph for me thats when battery is fully charged.
I’m writing this review after using 3 months. This is good scooter in this price range. After 2 months, charger was not working but when contacted seller, they immediately shipped me new charger. Thank you for prompt help.
I’m love this scooter is very nice and value for the money I’m using this every day and I’m very happy, even went I need help the costumer service help my right away thank you for the good product.
Updated: the pole snapped, BUT customer service was great and sent me a new pole at no cost. I still love the scooter. This scooter is great for getting around town. The ride is smooth with the suspension and it has enough power to get up steep hills.
I bought this scooter for me, after 1 month usage i bought second for my wife. I like this model. motor is powerfull, battery is very long – i can ride for a few weekends without charging.
Easy to fold, great box.
I like to admit great support. i had some issues – and i got new parts very quickly from a supplier. It very important to have support and service for that kind of stuff. i can recommend this scooter model and shop.
Muy liviano carga rapido durabilidad bateria. . No me gustaron las llantas no son de aire solo ahi q tener micho cuidado por el agarre o pasar algun objeto no es el mismo agarre o rebote…..
The scooter works as advertised, speed and battery. At the beginning it wouldn’t reach the top sped and contacted customer service and they fixed the issue with an update.
I had a problem with the controller and I’m waiting to hear back from customer service, but they have been answering my emails, so that’s helpful.
I didn’t think it was going to be as amazing as it is, I love my new scooter. I am a bigger guy and it still Flys. I highly recommend this product!!!
The top speed is exaggerated, I’m a slim guy and I get 18-19 mph on average. 20 mph maybe on a slight downhill with a tailwind.
The shock absorbers help, especially with the solid tires. The shocks are stiff, bumps in the pavement are not a smooth ride, but better than eScooters I’ve tried from friends without shocks. I was wary about pneumatic tires, I’ve heard stories about them getting flats and being stranded. The solid tires are a bumpier ride, but they won’t blow out and the shocks help.
Other eScooters have a stronger electronic induction brake too. The hand brake will stop you flat, but the induction brakes will slow you down and push some energy back into the battery, but won’t stop you quickly if someone pulls in front of you.
It’s a very quiet ride, sometimes some road grit will get in the motor and make a bit of noise, but so far it’s always worked its way out for me after a couple days with no decrease in speed, just a bit of noise.
My handlebar bag broke its zipper about a month in. I asked customer support if I could buy a new one and they said the part was out of stock, but then credited me enough to buy a new one from Amazon, and I bought a clamp-on basket instead, which is even better than the zip bag.
Overall, it’s a great price for a good scooter for me in sea-level Florida. There are more expensive ones with more bells and whistles (although this does come with a bell, hah), but it has been a reliable, green, and free parking transport for me in the city over the last few months. I’ve saved a lot on Ubers and unintentional parking tickets.
If the smoothness of the ride could be imagined as the amount of gaussian blur applied to a photo, my entry-level evercross scooter would be 0% blurred, and the isinwheel S9MAX would only be 10% blurred. That’s only a marginal difference, i.e. you will still feel every bump and crevice in the road or sidewalk, just ever so slightly duller.
Some other points to consider:
-The electronic brake is basically like a “decelerator”, it just slows you down rather than braking.
-The motor decreases to 25km/h after the battery drops down to three bars; acceleration also becomes slower.
-The locking mechanism via app only works with the scooter left turned on.
-The scooter makes a very audible beeping noise when turning it off.
-Tires are really prone to skidding when braking just somewhat abruptly.
I would have returned this scooter in hopes of buying a better one, but unfortunately it got stolen. Was really tempted to give it one star, but ultimately being impartial is more important.
Overall, I’d rate it as just a decent scooter. It’s not bad nor is it outstanding. Will get the job done and won’t disappoint you, just as long as you don’t expect good suspension.
This scooter is fast reliable a little ruff on certain sidewalks but the more you ride it the smoother it gets or I’m getting used to it great speed cruise control works great also got lots of compliments how nice it looks all in all I love it great buy for me I’m 176 LB so it’s perfec
Now my friends want one too. We tried other scooters, but after some research on my end, determined this was the best bang for your buck, and I wasn’t wrong. I’m about 220 lbs and get around flat areas just fine. I won’t make it up decently graded hills without having to kick occasionally (as I expect for this price), but my lighter friends will make it up no problem!
The scooter works very well, however, we had a malfunction when the scooter post snapped while my son was riding it. It was within the warranty, and the company repaired the scooter at no cost and was very easy to communicate with! Would highly recommend.
For me the scooter is perfect for me. It fits all my criteria topknots.
The service department is one of the best I have worked with. My questions were answered the very nexted day. They are very friendly and very professional. A little about the ride, it is perfect it almost floats over the bumps. This makes the ride a pleasure.
The scooter does not reach 20MPH regardless of the level of charge. It will not get you 20 Miles in distance either. Doesn’t handle hills very well. But still very fun and gets me where I need to go within a 3-5 mile radius
If you’re a first-time scooter buyer and plan on riding primarily on flat surfaces, this scooter is a fantastic option. It’s a joy to ride, reacts instantly to commands, and the battery life is as good as advertised. It also comes with a regenerative braking system, which means you get some energy back when you’re coasting downhill. It’s a neat feature that helps extend the scooter’s range.
This scooter comes with two modes: Comfort and Sport. Comfort mode gives you slower acceleration and top speed but extends your battery life, while Sport mode ramps up the speed but uses the battery faster.
From my experience, I managed to hit 17mph on a flat road, but your mileage may vary based on factors like your weight and the incline of the road.
For the price, this scooter is a sound investment. Do note that the handle isn’t extendable, so taller folks might find it a bit uncomfortable. And if you’re heavier or live in a hilly area, you might want to consider a more powerful model, perhaps with dual motors. This scooter’s front-wheel drive does make it easier to steer, but it’s a bit slower on the acceleration and climbing hills.
The brakes are super responsive, with a mechanical disk on the rear wheel. It feels secure and reduces the chances of tipping over the handlebars, making it a safer choice. The front wheel does have a brake — the regenerative kind — but it’s not strong enough to lock up the wheel and send you flying over the handlebar.
In a nutshell, for the price, this scooter offers a good balance of fun, safety, and performance. It’s a solid choice for both beginners and more seasoned riders.
I wanted to share my experience with both the product and the customer service. While there was an initial issue with the charger, I was pleasantly surprised by the vendor’s prompt response and their efforts to rectify the problem swiftly.
Upon receiving the scooter, I noticed that the charger cable was not fitting properly. Understandably, this was disappointing, as I was eager to start using my new purchase. However, I immediately contacted the vendor to report the issue. To my delight, their response was swift and proactive.
The vendor acknowledged the problem and assured me that they would rectify it promptly. Within a short span of time, they arranged for a new charging unit to be mailed to me. I appreciated their quick and efficient handling of the situation, as it demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction.
Once I received the replacement charging unit, I eagerly put it to the test. I’m happy to report that the scooter has been performing flawlessly since then. It provides a smooth and enjoyable riding experience.
In terms of design and build quality, the scooter meets my expectations. It feels sturdy and well-built. The controls are intuitive, making it easy for anyone, regardless of experience, to operate the scooter confidently.
Overall, despite the initial hiccup with the charger, I am extremely satisfied with my scooter purchase. The vendor’s exceptional customer service, responding promptly and effectively to address the issue, left a positive impression on me. Their willingness to rectify the problem without hesitation showcased their commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
When we first put the scooter together my son made it about 20 feet and we got an error 15 code. Sometimes things happen, it’s not a perfect world. I would have been extremely disappointed but the customer service was prompt. I called the service number and no one answered. I didn’t even leave a message and within 15 minutes they actually called me back. They could not diagnose or fix the problem over the phone so they contacted engineering who emailed me. I explained in email the problem and they immediately sent me out a whole new rear brake assembly with a link to a video explaining how to change it out. Once changed it now runs flawlessly. Problem solved.
I just received my scooter and first of all it was very easy to ensamble. You only need to put the 4 screws and voila. I received the scooter in the morning, and I just went around the downtown. Even with 15km/h it feels very fast.
It was very well packaged and everything was new.
I only tried once (without the app) so of I notice something I will update this post. By the moment, everything cool!
Great scooter, nice solid build quality, 500W motor is strong and the app works great. Fairly light to mount on the wall with some garage wall hangers. I knocked off a star because the front suspension is rock hard – jumping on the deck moved it 2mm. With the solid wheels this makes for a jarring ride.
Due to the weather my grandson hasn’t had an opportunity to really stretch the scooter out and test it’s range but the company keeps asking me to review it so thus the four star review. When he’s able to verify that the battery enables longer distance rides, I’ll happily upgrade the rating.
4 stars just because it DOESN’T GO OVER 17 MPH. Besides that great e scoote
Had some problems with scooter and got it handled in a timely manner.
It is an amazing little scooter. Light and reliable. Also outstanding customer service with professional manner.
Sper la scotter!, Genial dar la oportunidad a una marca nueva. La utilizo para cortar distancias del trabajo y de rodar el fin de semana por la ciudad .
Dura mucho, ms de una hora de recorrido con velocidad 8 km/h.
This scooter is absolutely fabulous . Great value for money. You can download a programme on your phone that’s turns on the lights, let’s you know battery life and much more. Best thing I’ve bought!!
Having owned and utilized an Isinwheel I9 Pro over the past 6 months, utilizing it to commute in Manhattan (NYC), the new I9 MAX offers thoughtful enhancements that cement its place as one the Best, if not the Best Commuter Escooter of 2023! Smartly, the R&D team have upgraded the wheels (10″ rubber with lager cushioning holes), front shocks, larger battery and power output (speed/distance without charge), easier stem lock, longer kickstand, electric brake, yet kept the overall design intact. Easy to put together (4 screws), manual , tools, storage bin, quick start guide included. I’ve included photos of the unboxing, and also images of the I9 Pro vs I9 Max. I’ve owned several escooters including HiBoy S2 Pro and Glion Dolly, commuting by train between NY/NJ; the Isinwheel I9 MAX is the sturdiest, lightest, fastest, most reliable, and Best Priced E-scooter on the market today!!!
The first thing that I noticed was that the acceleration is extremely good-a fact I’ve noticed with all isinwheel scooters. The box came a little banged up but the scooter looked perfectly fine and I love the colors schemes on it. My favorite part is the fact that it has solid (non pneumatic) tires. Sure it’s going to make your ride a bit bumpier, but the shocks make it much more manageable and the ride much smoother. As someone who’s on a tight budget this scooter is amazing for its price. The assembly is super easy and the scooter is very light which is really convenient. Now I just gotta hope it lasts a while 🙂
I was sent the wrong equipment, they did reimburse me for the price difference overall nice little scoote
First off, the scooter is pretty durable. It’s not meant for bumpy terrain since it’s not an off road scooter. On flat smooth terrain I would definitely recommend it if you’re not a speed demon. The 21.7MPH limit is perfect if you’re in a busy city going to and from work, or trying to just enjoy a leisurely ride. If this is your first scooter, like it was for me, this is a great start. The company is really, REALLY helpful. They provide a lot of assistance if anything goes wrong with the scooter. They send parts and provide repair tutorials to further assist you to keep your scooter up and running. I would definitely recommend this brand specifically. Mostly for the customer service, but the scooter is definitely a good one.
Assembly went well, but the manual can be more explicit when it comes to setting up the app. All in all, a fairly good product.
Great for getting from A to B. Would highly recommend!
Also another thing I noticed, when the battery is running out the speed reduces.
I have another scooter, and battery gets lower and still maintains the speed.
With so much traffic coming back, and increasing parking costs while reducing availability, I had to look for an alternative to driving in the car in our neighborhood — mainly shopping, eating out.
Working from him, unlike other members of the family gave me the most incentive to try a personal scooter. Much better than having to go to a busy street to get a shared one. A bit of a trek.
This scooter is not that heavy at 33 lbs, and folds down nicely so it can fit in any car or even our minivan when we go camping. Quite a nice way to spend the time exploring the campsite and around it.
There is nothing hard in doing the final assembly when taken out of the package, few screws.
The app is very informative and doesn’t require sign in. But when I used the QR code my service provider flagged it as spam. Best, go to play store and search by name. Once the scooter is powered on, use the app to pair it and you are done. Looks good, rides very well, didn’t hear any screeching noises from the brakes, steering is smooth and so is the acceleration. Bottom line — works as expected.
Mine arrived with a small manufacturing defect but the seller helped resolve the issue.
Let me try to break down what makes it so fun to ride. First off, it’s fast. Not dangerously fast, but just enough where you need to make sure you’re hanging on securely if you gun it. In my opinion it’s the perfect amount of torque/acceleration. How about the ride quality though? Well, it’s built like a tank. It has beefy wheels that grip the ground even when carving a sharp turn, and a full suspension that cushions your ride. I actually took it off-roading on some grass for a bit and it was a shockingly good experience. Size-wise, it’s perfect for me, a 5′ 11″ guy, although I’d imagine it would still be great for people of all sizes. This scooter also comes stock with a rear disc brake allowing for very quick stopping. The overall ride experience is top notch.
It’s also very easy to get the hang of riding it. The throttle and brake triggers are well positioned. The foot base is plenty wide so there’s never any risk of losing your footing. I let 4 friends take it for a spin around the block and it was hilarious to see them timidly step on, press the throttle and zoom off. Each and every one had the biggest grin on their face upon returning, and 3 of the 4 wanted to purchase one for themselves.
Some other quick things to touch on: The out of the box assembly couldn’t be easier and the instructions were very clear. The claim of a 20+ mile range seems to be accurate. The built in usb charging port is very handy for charging your phone while riding. Folding the scooter down for storage is crazy simple and convenient. The headlight and taillight help me feel safe and visible while riding. Oh and I might as well mention that the S9MAX looks really fly with the black and green paint job. Very nice.
So far I have no real gripes with this scooter. If I was getting nitpicky, I’d say that the accompanying
phone app is a little dated and could use a face lift, but it still functions perfectly on my Galaxy S21 and makes it easy to see your stats and adjust scooter settings, so I can’t really complain there. Genuinely this is my favorite find of 2022 and I see myself riding it regularly for a long time. If you’re on the fence about getting this, I’d say go for it!
