I’ve use plenty of lifting straps. Almost all of them were very good. Tried this style on a whim. These are great. I still use the other style of straps for certain exercises, but for some exercises, these are far superior. I absolutely love the straps!!!

Vielleicht noch anzumerken. Die Lifting Straps sind wahrscheinlich eher fr normal bis kleinere Handgelenke.
Good quality and I have smaller hands and wrists so good fit with no excess slack. These don’t work with dumbbells though. I use the regular straps for dumbbells and these figure 8 ones for barbell training. No more losing grip when lifting heavy deadlifts. Happy with purchase

Was really struggling with fatigue in my forearms whilst training- due to small hands and recused grip! . These are great at relieving the issue and have helped me lift heavier more consistently. My PT has me order some others for another client struggling with similar issue.
I’m a ~64kg female lifting standard studio bars, these straps are a good fit for me, maybe with a little room to handle larger wrists but not by much.
Id say overall great product but maybe a little bulky. These straps seem to be good quality and easy to use. They were my first ever straps iv bought and were very easy to use but sometimes the thickness of them got in the way. Great product for newbie gym goers.

Had a course of radiotherapy due. At test run told to keep fingers intertwined high on chest for about an hour, each treatment. Tricky to do as the boredom makes you relax and hands would lower. Considered fluffy handcuffs from Anne Summers but thought might be considered inappropriate. Found these. Strong, very well made and wide enough to be comfortable for a considerable amount of time. Well pleased.
