Summary
A good sound for the size and simple controls with Bluetooth connectivity and wire free operation. With its’ IPX7 rating I feel config=dent to use it outdoors too.
Set up
Simple and ready to go within seconds of charging it for the first time. The lighting effect around the edge of the unit is quite cute in that it follows the music or there are alternative lighting modes if desired. There are few options for music quality, bass or limited bass but not the most important feature for me on the beach or around the pool.
Sound quality
Always important for me, but when outdoors the bass and high frequencies are largely lost, so not really an issue on this unit. It performs well indoors, whilst not overly being muffled due to the IP (water and dustproofing) rating.
Looks
It looks and feels solid and well put together. The controls on the unit for volume, power and lighting – plus the bass enhancement are intuitive and crisp in operation. The power charging and TF card sockets are tucked behind a rubber feel plug.
Music Options
Bluetooth offers me enough variety via the various apps that I have, but nice to know there is a memory card option in case I cannot find what I want on line – or I do not have any phone signal.
Value for money
At the time of writing, this is on offer at around 36. I think this is very good value given the build quality and lighting effect.
Omg this is brilliant! Listening to a classical music app on my phone and the sound is just terrific. You won’t be disappointed. Will upload video after Beethoven’s 5th Symphony. Really happy I got this!! Tickled pink, green, blue, purple! Lovely led lights!

This is an excellent speaker. Connects easy to your phone/device via Bluetooth.
The sound quality is great and it puts out a surprising amount of bass when you activate “bass mode”
It also has a cool led strip around the edge with different modes that react to the music. You can also turn it off if you are not in the mood for a light show. Also has a loop on one side so you can hang it up or clip it to a belt or bag etc.

This is a very good little bluetooth speaker. It’s much more powerful than you would think such a small body to be able to pack and the sound quality is pretty good too. It supports SD cards, so you can load it up with music and leave it to its own devices, or bluetooth it to your phone or computer. There is no aux-in cable though. It’s small enough to easily carry around with you, but still loud enough to pack a punch. Build quality is good, and it feels like it can take some abuse with no issue. Battery life is awesome and it’s a great festival speaker.
The only thing I’m disappointed with is that it doesn’t remember the light pattern you select, and you need to re-choose it each time. Really pleased.

Meguo A15Pro has 20W speakers with clear sound and DSP Technology. However, to my preference maximum sound is not super loud and it lacks a little bit of bass.
However, considering the price you can buy this little speaker it is worth getting it.
Other features that this speaker includes hands-free calls, 24 hours playtime, Bluetooth v5.0, LED light and a type C charging port.
I’d say you will not be able to pull out the full 24 hours but it will last long enough to cover your whole day listening to music through this speaker.
There is a button for extra bass effect but again saying, for my preference, it is not as good as I like it.
After all, for just under 30 you will get a nicely designed, good build quality and portable Bluetooth speaker.
The Meguo 20W portable stereo Bluetooth speaker is a small portable unit that delivers better sound than its size would suggest. It has a carrying strap, a carabiner, a USB type C charging socket, a TransFlash socket and an RGB light display around the speaker grille.
The speaker has 6 buttons on the top, these comprise the On/Off button, the volume +/- buttons, the Play/Pause button, a bass boost button and the RGB LED light button.
A long press on the power button will toggle the On/Off state, a short press will switch between Bluetooth and the TransFlash card.
A short press on one of the volume buttons will increase or decrease the volume whereas a long press will skip to the next or previous track depending upon which button is pressed.
A short press on the play button will pause the music while a long press will disconnect Bluetooth.
A short press on the bass button will alter the sound profile whereas a long press will allow you to create true wireless stereo (TWS) if you have 2 of these portable speakers, each long press toggles the TWS state.
A long press on the light button will toggle the RGB lights on or off, short presses change the RGB mode, it should be noted that the RGB lights are automatically enabled when the speaker is powered on.
The Speaker charges at around 1.5A so it should take between 3-4 hours to fully charge, while charging there is a small red LED illuminated near the charging socket plus there is a red glow on part of the RGB LED band around the speakers, these are all extinguished when it is fully charged.
Bluetooth pairing is easy, the speaker will power up into pairing mode if it has not already been paired, if it has then you will need to disconnect it from your device’s Bluetooth menu before you can pair it with a new device.
Personally, I found the sound to be quite good considering the size of the unit, it is never going to replace full size speakers but it sounds fairly balanced over the midrange and high frequencies, obviously the bass is limited due to the speaker size but it is much better than you would get from a phone.
It does have a bass effect button but it is quite subdued, it tends to reduce the highs slightly and give a very small boost to the lows, I quite like it though.
The speaker plays content from TransFlash cards without issues, it will play songs from folders but it will convert the contents of several folders into one long virtual playlist.
I made a call when my phone was connected to the speaker, I was able to hear the person at the other end of the phone but they reported that my voice was not very loud, so you need to be close to the speaker in order to hold a conversation.
I am not that interested in the light show but it may appeal to party goers, I like the fact that the speaker is easy to carry, it has a long playtime and it is has some protection from water. I have been using this speaker while listening to YouTube videos, mainly spoken word but also some music and it sounds great.
This portable speaker is quite compact but quite heavy, which is what you would expect of a speaker if you want decent sound.
With respect to sound, which is the most important thing with a speaker, it is not great but OK. It is quite loud although up at the top end of the volume it does get a bit distorted. High frequencies are good. Mid range get a little lost and bass is not great but OK for such a small speaker. You can press a button on the top to enhance the bass but, to be honest, I really couldn’t tell much difference. It was a bit more bassy but not thumping. However, for the size of the speaker the sound is decent.
Other buttons on the top let you turn the speaker on and off, increase or decrease volume and select next or previous tracks (by long pressing the volume buttons). When turned on the speaker goes into pairing mode and it appeared immediately in my Bluetooth list. On selection it paired instantly.
There is one more button that lets you change the light effect. These are very good. There is a light bar around the circumference of the front of the speaker and it can have different light effects, some in time with the music and some that fade from one colour to the next.
At one end of the speaker is a rubber cap that fits quite tightly, which is good for keeping it waterproof. Under this cap is a USB-C charging port along with an LED to indicate when it is charged, and a Micro SD card slot so you can play music from a card rather than wirelessly if preferred.
This is a good value speaker with a lot of features for the price.
I ordered this speaker for my grandson to use. The sound quality is absolutely fine – you’ll get a better quality from a decent sound system and speakers, but that set up is not portable. My grandson can use this indoors or in the garden. It doesn’t matter if it gets a bit wet, although I wouldn’t submerge it in water, no point in pushing your luck.
I love that you can run the speaker with or without the lights. Obviously with the lights on the battery run time will be reduced, but they don’t seem to draw too much power. To be fair, if it was for me, I don’t think I’d use the lights at all but they are a bit of fun.
The speaker seems to pair up with pretty much any bluetooth enabled device quite easily. My grandson (11 years old) declined the offer of help and sorted it himself very quickly. The volume is sufficiently loud to be heard all around the garden (sorry neighbours) and is more than loud enough indoors.

This pretty wireless speaking is what I am look for. It’s easy to carry around and easy to use. The sound quality is absolutely fabulous. And you can adjust it as well. The lights are very beautiful at night when play some music. It’s worth to try it.

This is a great little speaker that packs a impressive punch. Sound quality is good, much better than expected, and the lights on the product work very well pulsing to the beat of the music. I have used it in the shower, and apart from the slight decrease in quality as the grill was splashed with water (filling the grill holes with water) it worked well so i can vouch for the waterproof feature.

I’m impressed with this speaker – It’s small but mighty. I was expecting a lightweight and cheap feeling speaker, but it’s far from it. It’s reassuringly heavy with a premium feel and solid construction.
Sound quality is great, considering the size of the speaker. It’s clear with good mid-range and treble. Bass could perhaps be better, but that’s always the story with these small speakers. Volume-wise, this goes very loud without distortion, but it’s by no means loud enough for a rowdy party (I use the much larger DOSS 60W speaker for that). Overall sound quality is superior to my Anker Soundcore Mini and just behind the Sony SRS SB12.
The lighting around the edge of the speaker may appear gimmicky to some, but I think it looks great. There are various lighting modes to choose from, creating that cool party vibe.
I’ve got nothing but praise for this speaker. It’s compact, well made, and sounds great!

Cons:
Sound quality is only OK. It suffers from the same problem a lot of bluetooth speakers do in that it sounds quite muffled. Treble and high frequencies get smooshed in favour of volume. There’s no crispness, sizzle or crash from hi-hats or cymbals. Just a mushy hiss.
“Bass mode” honestly did nothing when I tried it
RGB options are somewhat limited. You either get epilepsy mode or boring breathing modes. Does time nicely to music though.

The product I received was a portable Bluetooth speaker, USB cable and instructions.
The Bluetooth speaker was easy to connect to my mobile phone and play my music stored on my phone through the speaker. You switch on the speaker (once connected to your electronic device) by holding down the power switch and to turn-off you simply press and hold the same button, a short press of the power button allows you to switch play mode. On the top of the speaker you have six buttons: (1) on/off (2) volume up/next track (3) play/pause (4) volume down/previous track (5) base button/TWS button (6) RGB LED button.
The speaker has a good sound with the added bonus of flashing-coloured lights, you can also pair the speaker to another of the same. The makers claim you can get up 24 hours at moderate volume on a 3-hours single charge, so far on one charge the speaker is still fine and playing all my music.
This is a great little speaker, small enough to take with you, ideal for picnics/travel with a good sound quality and at a good price. What’s not to like.
I like the simple layout of the buttons and is easy and fast to know which button does what.
Powering on the speaker unit, it goes into Bluetooth binding mode and connects to the phone easily. The colourful alternating lights change to the rhythm of the music and you can select a few styles. I played a dozen of my favourite tracks and the speaker performed surprisingly well. The sound is lively and energetic and the musical instruments separation and sounds real. Bass is good (on a smaller level) but not booming or impressive, even when the enhanced BASS button is depressed. This is all good when the volume button is at 80%. Any higher then the bass vibrates and becomes distorted a bit, making listening to the music not enjoyable. Apart from the bass that does not perform well at 90 to 100% volume, everything else is great.
The speaker is not too heavy and can easily fit in a coat pocket, bag or similar.
It’s reasonably priced and I think its a good speaker unless you are expecting good bass, in which case its not.
For this price range the item delivers a good sound performance. Hyper-compact and light, they are the ideal companions for outdoor parties, or even for a day at the beach.
It guarantees the stability of the connection and autonomy of reproduction.

The Bluetooth connection allows you to connect the product to the TV, as well as to the phone and PC and has a good range of action.

This IPX7 rated Bluetooth speaker is small but quite heavy. Hanging this in my shower and listen to songs with lights flashing I must say it was a pretty good experience. The battery will last weeks or months if you are only using it 15mins each time like me.
There are a few light flashing patterns you can toggle via the ‘light button’, typically strobe, breathe, rapid flashing or static.
The sound quality if very good for a small speaker. It is very loud at 20W. Bass mode gives you a bit more bass but not overly muffled the sound. Tested it on a couple of songs I use for testing speakers, as good as any Bluetooth speakers I have come across at similar price range.
This is one solidly made compact loud speaker, great one to have from hanging it in the shower to beach parties.

Firstly, it looks brill. The design is sleek and modern and those lights just add a perfect finishing touch.
You can take this anywhere with you and connect with ease.
But, perhaps best of all, and quite surprisingly, is how loud this speaker actually goes. In fact, we haven’t been able to play it at it’s highest just yet because I don’t think the neighbours would appreciate it!
This does take a short while to initially connect by Bluetooth, but once you’ve done it and it’s registered, doing so again is instant.
We all love this in our house and regularly take this out into the garden with us. With plans to use it on our next holiday, this is highly recommended if you’re after a quality portable Bluetooth speaker.
I have been very impressed with this speaker. It runs of usb charging, and a cable (but no plug end!) is included in the box. It charges up very quickly too with a full charge giving between 6 – 8 hours use which again I was impressed with. The speaker is made from a robust plastic and is very heavy and solid so is unlikely to blow over in high winds if used outside. Further to this there is a thick rubber coating around the speaker to help protect it from rain / falls. The buttons to operate are at the top, are large and very responsive so you can adjust volume, connect and switch it on/off with ease. The sound quality is also superb with a good balance between treble and bass and it connects to any Bluetooth device with ease.
Overall a superb speaker and one I would certainly reocmmend!
This has currently got a 15 pound voucher which would make it a bit of a bargain. In fact buy two and have a stereo pair! The led is quite effective if you like that sort of thing. You have to be realistic about the sound. It is very thin compared to my Sony which is about the same size. But it is half the price and it’s not terrible. Seems to hold its charge but also takes a good few hours to charge from flat. 20w gives it plenty of volume but don’t expect a lot of bass.
This is a nice, smaller speaker! The output sounds pretty good, but that’s only a small part of the story. The lights – which match the beat of the music – are fun and can be changed via one of the buttons. They can be turned off if that’s not your thing, which is a nice option. It’s light and battery life seems pretty reasonable.

The lights are too good to create mood when are in group. this can be turned of if it is not needed.
The exterior looks well and feels a good premium look.

One touch button for bass is quite handy.
Unfortunately,it doesn’t support 3.5 mm jack which I’m a great fan of.
For the price, this offers a lot when compared to many other well known competitor’s product.
