I had a hard time finding a longer prusik, but New Doar came through. So far, the cord runs smooth and has been able to handle the heat generated when descending.
Knot tying was a little tough until the cord wore in bit but it is doing fine now.
I have used this to tie several different hitch knots while in a tree, I haven’t had great luck using a Blake hitch with it but a prusic hitch works great. It’s a little stiff at first but loosens up with use.
