Easy to fit and does the job very well. Extends the battery life significantly and no problems so far after using for a couple of months. Very comfortable. Would recommend.
I’m saying ‘no complaints’ because my 10 year old has none about this…whatever it is? I actually have no clue. He wanted it with his birthday money and I bought it. That’s it.
my niece got the quest 2 for Christmas from her parents so i got this to go with it and she loves that she can play for longer i found it easy to install and it really is more comfortable than the original strap.
Had a couple of long sessions with friends in shack pavlov over the last week and the extended battery life was a god send, so not only good for stopping the Q2 deforming your face permanently like a bulldog but also for longer fun.
I am so happy with this headset and the power pack is a plus. It is easy to attach and very comfortable on. It feels sturdy, unlike my previous headset that was more expensive and easily broken. I am very pleased with this buy.
Sons occulus was starting to run low on battery very quickly, this has solved that problem. Previously he was down to about 2 hours gametime, with this battery pack it’s now about 4-6 depending on what he is playing. Easy to set up, he sorted it himself and hes 12.
All of those reviews are not lying, Beat Saber sessions go from 90 minutes to well over 3-4 hours. It levels the weight out around your head so it is more comfortable and none of us get any head/neck pain from using the MQ2 for extended periods of time.
The extend game time allows for the whole family to get a really good turn and the straps are really easy to adjust and the whole unit just like the MQ2 is easy to wash/clean.
Would strongly recommend this product.
It is a great head strap with battery, my son is very pleased with it, we have avoided the drama at home cause battery life would ran out too quickly before. Now he is able to charge and use it for a lot longer than before. Never heard a complaint, always happy . I can definitely recommend this oculus head strap for longevity and quality. We had it for 3-4months now and is still in great condition.
I’ve had this for a few months and I LOVE it, it’s super comfortable and for the price, it’s a real bargain, it extends gameplay for at least 2 hours, it works wonders!
My son got this as part of his birthday present! He absolutely loves his Oculus Quest and the ‘Oculus Quest 2 Headstrap’ gives him extra time using it. I would definitely recommend purchasing one of these in addition to the Oculus.
Brilliant product. Very comfortable and light weight, and has a actually good power bank. Decently difficult to set up though would recommend putting a video somewhere showing how to set up the head strap. None the less 5/5 would definitely buy again.
The product does exactly what it is supposed to do.
I have brought other models but they are poor quality in comparison and have not lived up to the needs of the VR head set
The adjustable features are great and easy to use.
Amazing smiple and easy to use product. As brilliant as the oculus 2 is the battery life isn’t all that, especially when two young brothers are sharing it. Simply attach this external battery pack to the back of the headset and get far for gaming time without the need to charge. Highly recommended
The headstrap is very comfortable to wear and was really easy to set up.
Dad and son who have very different head sizes can easily adjust the headstrap when swapping over gameplay with ease.
It’s that lightweight that you wouldn’t even notice carrying any additional weight compared to just the normal out of the box headstrap.
The cable doesn’t interfere or get in the way at all.
Love the fact that the battery extends game play far longer than our ability to play- it’s a big bonus when sharing the Oculus amongst different family members!
Not sure how long it takes to charge as we now do it overnight but since game play now lasts more than enough time, it works brilliantly.
The colour matches perfectly against the Oculus headset.

Not sure whether plugging 2 power sources in speeds up the charging process? I. E (one into the Oculus and the other into the headstrap) maybe this info is already in a faq.

Not only does the battery add several extra hours of play time, it also evens out the weight of the front-heavy Quest 2. It is now a lot more comfortable to wear for longer periods of time.
The strap that goes over the top of your head is also a lot better than the one the Quest 2 comes with originally adding to the comfort.
All in all, really happy with this product.
I spend quite a bit of time looking for an elite strap and battery pack and finally decided on this one and I’m not disappointed. The battery is a good size and shapes perfectly to your head and is really comfortable. The straps are very easily adjusted to fit all head types with enough strength in the velcro to hold the oculus firm without any worry of them coming loose.
The battery that comes installed in the oculus is far too small and of your want to be in VR for a decent length of time, then you’ll need a battery pack and I highly recommend this one 🙂

Once it’s fitted and adjusted correctly to your head it is incredibly comfortable and counterbalances the weight of the headset on the face very well indeed. I would suggest fully charging the headset and the built in battery within the strap before play for best results, then just plug the chord from the strap battery into the charging point of the headset, switch on and away you go.
The battery in the strap drains first as it keeps putting charge into the headset battery and once it’s depleted the power then begins to drain from the headset battery. I reckon based on my limited usage so far that play time could be extended to a comfortable 3-4 hours using this.
