I use these to glance down at instruments while wearing sunglasses for sports etc. Work very well in that scenario.
The marketing text goes to great lengths to say that they stick without water. Indeed they do, but after a bit of use I found they lost that initial stickiness. I then stuck them with a bit of water and found it to be even better (more sticky, fewer bubbles).
The price of the bigger brand name ones of these has gone through the roof. So tried I these.
I had to remember that you don’t need water. They go on easily as long as your specs are clean [keep pressing with a soft cloth] & yes I’ve taken them off & fitted them on another pair of glasses. I wouldn’t do it too many times though.
When they get grimey I wash them gently in a chemical free soap or body wash then rinse them clean with warm water.
Everything good so fa
I tried my usual lenses (held on with water tension) on my new cycling sun glasses, but the shape did not match and they kept falling off. So tried OKH lenses and they managed to adapt and adhere better to the different lens shape, and have stayed in place for several long rides already, allowing me to see my bike computer to navigate routes through unfamiliar roads.
Used these to enable me to see my garmin whilst cycling. Fantastic result……
