Decided to buy unbranded cartridges for my printer and am delighted with the quality of print – would recommend.
I didn’t realise I was ordering a non-Canon ink pack as the description and picture looked so close to the real Canon product, however my mistake so I kept it and have put the first cartridge in my printer. Result ? Looks fine, just like a Canon one would (I’m using the text cartridge only so far).
Five points all round ? No, I found the difference between the peel off pieces and pull of part different enough to wonder if I’d got off all the pieces you need to peel. It didn’t appear to click into place and light the LED on the ink “sledge” when installed. I did think it wasn’t going to work as a result – so I’m subtracting a point. Fortunately it does work when printing – now I’m aware of the differences it should be a smooth installation for the remaining cartridges as and when they are required.
This multi-pack of 5 (pgblack, black, cyan, yellow and magenta) is currently priced at 29.69 and what value for money this is.
These XL ink cartridges will last me a good while.
Although these are not the originals you can’t even tell the difference, the quality there is when printing out is absolutely fantastic.
They were very easy to install too.
I am very satisfied with this product and will be recommending.
Only thing I would pick up on is the packaging they arrived in, it could be stronger and better, saying that it didn’t effect the use.
These are excellent to save money, ideal for offices, work, schools and your home.
A fraction of the cost of the manufacturer cartridge and does the job just as well.
It is light easy set up and print quality for photos is surprisingly good. I got it to print documents. Then did a few photos and was surprised at how good they were.
These cartridges are great, they are just as good quality as the canon but at a much affordable price.

I have a Canon MG5650 printer and live in an ink-heavy household. My partner is a school teacher who regularly prints in bulk and in full colour. I use the printer for work presentations and other job-related documents. My high school-aged daughter relies heavily on the printer for homework and entertainment. My four-year-old daughter enjoys colouring and painting on printed photos as well. Original Canon multipack ink cartridges can cost between 38 and 50, but do not include the PGBK ink cartridge. Although this includes all five replacement cartridges, I would expect the price to be lower given that they are aftermarket. Nonetheless, the ink cartridges are completely interchangeable, and the print quality is on par with the original.

I am very pleased with these print cartridges they print really well easy to install they do the same job as the Originals but a lot cheaper fantastic
What irks me the most about these of brand inks is that they arrive in completely different packaging as advertised so they purposely mislead with picture as close as original as possible. Now quality of print is great and installation is a breeze. Lines are vivid and clear, no smudges or imperfections. Great product, just wish it wasn’t using misleading pictures.

This is only a minor quibble as I knew these were non-genuine cartridges but the pictures in the Amazon description do not match the packaging that they came in. The description shows what is obviously a Canon genuine cartridge pack that has been photo-shopped to remove the brand name. The cartridges come in a less durable cardboard box with the cartridges individually wrapped in small sealed bags.
There are 5 cartridges in the pack, 550 XL Black and 551 XL Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Note that there isn’t a grey cartridge in this set, not sure if this is an oversight or if some of the supported printers don’t have the grey cartridges, mine does.
Other than this the cartridges look identical to genuine items, they are clearly marked with each colour type and they have the plastic print head protector and ink reservoir seal tape correctly applied.
The dimensions are also identical to genuine articles so they should fit your printer fine.
I’m not a big fan of compatible inks as I’ve had some bad experiences in the past albeit on older less advanced equipment. With my current printer I’ve only ever used genuine inks, I’m hoping these give comparable results as they are significantly less than genuine parts which is important in these austere times.
Verdict: I will hold judgement on print quality until I have had chance to use some of these cartridges but they look like they are of a much higher standard than other cartridges I’ve used in the past. Good packaging and accurate dimensions.
It will be interesting to see if the printer accepts them as they are chipped.

Decent ink that gets the job done. This ink doesn’t claim to be officially branded but the packaging is entirely different to the one pictured in the listing. This is disappointing and odd at the same time but it doesn’t change the quality of the ink itself.
Each ink cartridge is plastic wrapped for freshness so they don’t dry out. You get 1 full set (5 inks in total) for your Canon printer. These fit well in my Canon Pixma 5750 and prints looked fine. I’ll add that the quality of the paper you use makes a difference I’m the result too, not just the ink itself.
I like them though I find the price a bit steep and not the greatest value for money. However, these are good and they work so I have no qualms. Worth giving a try if you’re looking for new inks.

It tries to appear from Canon. Easy to install. Printing is fine – no issues. Bit over priced. I use other cheaper but just as good compatible inks.

Good quality ink cartridges, you’re getting 5x cartridges, 1xYellow, 1x Magenta, 1x Cyan, 1x Black and 1x PGBlack. They work fine with my printer and I’ve had no problems. The prints come out vibrant and the ink colour is full. I haven’t printed enough to know how long they will last, but it states in the description that you can expect about 300 pages per ink cartridge and 500 pages per PGblack ink.
You are paying a little bit more than other similar products. But I think the ink is slightly superior so I’m happy overall.

So far, I have only installed and used 3 of the colours, but they are bright and match the quality of the ones they replaced. The cartridges are completely full of ink, so I expect them to last a while unlike originals. Overall, I am very happy and do not foresee any issues, my only other comment would be that the packaging pictured on the advert does not match the received product (see pictures attached), but this does not detract from the ability of the product to work as described.
