This is going on my tandem which was a 7 speed and I’m converting to a 9, I know these work well as I have a bike with the same Shimano shifter fitted and it works well, no negatives with this I’m happy.

This was available cheaper elsewhere but needed quickly and was not disappointed.
Replaced a seized SRAM grip twist mechanism and much prefer the lever type of changer now.
