Easy to fit to vehicle, easy to set up on phone and tracks vehicle well. Well priced for the product and ideal for what I needed it for. Would recommend if you want a plug and track withing hard wiring
SafeTag is a great safety feature, at a very competitive price. Peace of mind for drivers, both young and old – really all drivers and passengers that someone cares about. In these days of care theft and carjackings, this seems to be a helpful vehicle recovery tool.
Product works as advertised, with easy to use website and app, supported by efficient and knowledgeable staff.

Thailand. Works great. Tracker arrived after 2 weeks from purchase. Was expecting 3 weeks delivery from Amazon so fast delivery. Super easy to Install just plug and play and pay!!. Works great with Android and Windows. Had issue with History recording correct date and time lapse. Contacted support for advice with my Issue and super fast reply and fix. After reset works great. I recommend.
Once you have identified the OBD 2 port in you car installation and setup couldn’t be simpler. I just pushed the Safe Tag Plus into the OBD port and the activated the tracker as detailed in the included installation leaflet and the tracker connected without problem and, after the drive round for calibration it started sending very accurate positioning messages. Geofencing is simple to setup and works well. Good product, does the job with a minimum of fuss.
For the price safe tag is a good bet it does everything it says on the can so you are looking for a cheap quality tracker you can not go wrong with the safe tag tracke
A car tracker needs to be reliable in all areas. Personally I am off grid in terms of mobile signal and Internet in very rural Cumbria. This tracker and app worked accurately from day 1.
Easy set up. Do a 10 minute drive to complete installation, as per instructions. Couldn’t be simpler.

So impressed with the rechargeable one I have had for past few months, I have just bought the OBD one for my other car. The customer service is exceptional if needed. Simple set up and routing details kept are more than adequate. Both cars come up on mapping screen. Well pleased all round.
After a neighbour had his car stolen, I decided to investigate trackers. Safe Tag impressed me by the comments about Customer Service, and the plug seemed the most satisfactory. I was amazed at the price, not just the initial purchase cost, but at the yearly license cost. Easy to install doesn’t really do it justice. Clear instructions meant I had it running in no time, and tracked the short journey I needed to make to activate the product. I did have to contact support to enquire about changing from monthly to annual subscription (at time of writing 4.99 to 49.99) and had a reply within a couple of hours. Very helpful and chatty. My car shows clearly on the map, and I can see where my wife has parked for her shopping. I find this product amazing, and have no hesitation in recommending it.
I’ve had a few and this is the gest by far, the user interface is great, ok a couple of tweaks so you can filter certain things but the tracking is really pin point accuracy.
If you look on their website they have more products and I will definitely by buying move.
Only issue is they should do discounts on the subscription the more you buy but to be honest its far the cheapest on the market so I can’t grumble.
Straight forward installation in vehicle and app set up. Sent wrong unit at first but replaced it within a day. Customer service is quick and responsive in taking ownership. Would ideally like to see ability to visualise separate journeys (which is in development).

Excellent piece peace of kit really simple to install, accurate to about 50 meters so much so i payed 12 months upfront, would highly recommend, some insurance company’s will will knock of a bit of your premium as well.
I was surprised by the accuracy of this device and even more so with the excellent customer services when I contacted them about settings. They responded within a couple of hours with a full response. It is very easy to install. Literally plug and play. The Company are improving their app and website in a few months and responded positively to my suggestions. It works on both mobile and website for a tablet or laptop. It provides a position and speed reading every 30 seconds. You require a subscription to get the tracker to work up front but with a seven day free trial. As you can tell I was impressed. The only negative point I can think of is that the operating instructions need to be more comprehensive as there are settings and options on it you need to know.
Very easy to set up and use….. Think I will buy one for my wife’s car.. Well worth the money.
Easy to set up. Accurate location indicated, to within a few yards, rural Sussex. Very strong signal usually indicated. Lowest observed was 30% during heavy rain with meteorological office weather warning in place.

Well what can I say. This is an amazing easy to use piece of kit. I even bought a second one. Couple of teething problems at first but had online support every step of the way. The app is easy to use the installation is literally plug it in and ready to use with in 15 mins. The app keeps you updated at all times in real time. Knowing there is some one there to help u was fantastic. Would not buy from anyone else now. Amazing tech amazing people big thumbs up from me.
The tracker is surprisingly accurate and reliable for the price, it was easy to setup and the app notifications for the geofence is exactly what I was looking for.
