How to connect this watch with your phone?
1. Install the “KeepHealth” app by scanning the QR code in the instruction manual or the QR code attached to the watch (swipe on the main interface of the watch).
2. Open the downloaded app and follow the prompts to complete the setup.
3. Turn on the Bluetooth of the phone, and the Android phone user should turn on the GPS.
4. In the device section of the APP, select Add Device, and then click Model Q23.
5. The watch will be connected successfully. After turning on Bluetooth, the watch will automatically connect.

A nice watch. Fantastic battery life. I’ve been using it for almost two weeks now, and the battery level is around 45% at the moment. Accuracy really isn’t one of its strongest points, I find, but , I guess, for the price, you can’t have it all . It’s a shame it doesn’t sync with Google Fit, but otherwise, not a bad investment.
I love this watch. The design is absolutely looking awesome. Its shows accurate results and helping me to track my KCAL level day by day. I really mentioned about the battery life, I can use more than 3 days. Really love this. Higly recommend.
The watch seems really good for 20, I’m very impressed, I don’t think the heart rate monitor is to accurate as I play squash and it never gets over 114bpm. Just wondering how long the watch strap will last as there has been reports of it breaking. You don’t get notifications through WhatsApp either but overall very impressed for a good priced watch.
Fits perfectly works well with my iPhone use it 24/7 . Works amazing at the gym . Easy to set up as well
Easy to use, I mainly wanted it to monitor calories burnt throughout the day and it does just that as well as steps and overall observations
Got this for my mum for christmas mainly as it had a large face that she could see clearly. She loves it. Had quite a few features for the price. Very good buy.

This is an extremely good and affordable watch. It is smart in every sense; namely in look and performance. Very easy to setup and to use. The application is user friendly and allowance full control of the watch parameters. the watch faces available are excellent and diverse. It is ideal for fitness monitoring. Excellent value for money.

Got it the next day after purchase and loved it from the first moment l opened it. Nice design and feels comfy when on arm. Also very feminine and not too massive or too small. Long baterry life which is super good and is one of the main priorities for me. So once its charged can forget abt ir for 2-3days. I’ve used Apple Watch for years that accidentally broke. After reading all the reviews I decided to give this watch a try. Surprisingly this watch is as accurate as Apple Watch. I use Watch to keep an eye on my physical activity. Battery life is amazing too. Highly recommend.
A great smart watch, I bought it to check my sleep and as a step counter. The other bits are a bonus, easy to set up and use and very accurate.
It’s easy to use and has some great apps such as the fitness apps.
What an outstanding amazing watch
Bought for my 11 year old son as a birthday present and he is over the moon with it and I am so Impressed I’m considering buying when for myself for work. It’s got all the same Features as my much more expensive garmin watch at a fraction of the price would highly recommend to anybody.
So said i would update what can i say about the after sales team contacted them with the issues without any hesitation they contacted me and sent me another watch followed up with several emails to make sure all was ok and I am one happy customer new watch sent out no issues. Just on the watch it is one of the best I have seen for the money my daughter is sport mad and uses it all the time plus the battery life is excellent so glad a stayed with this and not bought a over expensive watch. I don’t think I’d recommend for a child or anyone that isn’t interested in monitoring steps, sleep or wellbeing. But then again, for someone that just wants to use it to know the time it’s great for that too as it doesn’t die half way through the day!
I used Amazon prime as it was free next day delivery, come on time! Couldn’t fault it!
I myself own a fitbit versa, and I honestly did not expect for this watch to be anything close to the versa given its price however I am very surprised! I have brought this for my neice as a gift and whilst setting it up I’ve notice how similar it is to the fitbit but at a fraction of the cost, ofc fitbit naturally feels bit more durable but if I’m honest this is perfect for younger teens etc a very good way to see if they can look after them before diving into buying something more exspensive.
I liked the way it came in the box, made it look like a much more expensive present.
It also came almost fully charged, so she could wear it straight away and was really easy to pair to her phone using the app.
I’ve got fitness bands for my boys before but this watch is so much more, it has all the usual functions, like exercise, steps, sleep and phone notifications, but it also can be used as a torch, stop watch, timer, alarm, tells you the weather and even has a calculator!
The touch screen is great and really clear, with a choice of faces and overall we’re very happy with it, especially for the price.
So good I’ve bought 2 of these, one for me and one for my hubby for Christmas.
Does exactly what it says on the description, plus side you can personalise it with your photograph.

Very happy with my purchase so far, a lot of functionality included at a very reasonable price. Love the ability to change the watch face and some really nice options to choose.
Bought this smart watch due to the review and cheap in price. I amazed as it is work perfectly and quite accurately.Also the screen size is 1.69″HD with changeable display. You can get the notification and pick the call also. You get 24/7 heart rate monitor plus automatically tract your sleep modes which I like most. This watch comes with useful tools like Alarm clock,timer, stop, calculator and etc. Lastly strap is comfortable also. I think why we need to pay extra if we get cheaper and useful smart watch like this.
I’ve had this watch for around 10 days and worn it for the 10 days and am pleased with its performance I wanted to give it a good test to make sure it wasn’t one of these flash in the pan watches. It Connects easily to the Bluetooth once you download the App and the battery life is great ( 3 Days). It’s a great fitness watch and let’s you know when you have a MSG, call or what’s app. You can’t read the message or answer the call which is a pity but you wouldn’t expect a top smart watch for the price. All in all highly recommend.
However, on opening the packaging and seeing the watch, my opinion changed straight away.
The first thing I noticed was the quality, the face of the watch it excellent and feels great. Not anything like the cheaper ones I have tried before. The watch itself feels great to touch. A lot nicer than the one I have at the moment.
I set up the app on my phone very easily and connected to bluetooth.
I wanted a watch that checks my sleep, which it does and also how many calories I have burned for the day. It does that too.
And what a lovely surprise when I discovered I could easily put my own personalised picture on the screen of the watch.
If you don’t want that, there are loads of lovely faces to choose from.
It also can get notifications from social media and news, weather and also WhatsApp, and emails.
The battery life on this watch is very good.
I could go on even more how much I really love this watch.
I can’t believe how much I paid for it.
Don’t be put off by the price.
What a bargain.
