I cannot comment on its Gaming capabilities as I’ve never played a computer game (workaholic), but for normal Office work, including amateur photo editing and video editing it’s absolutely fine. If the fan ever comes on I’m not aware of it, even though it’s on the desk in front of me. I would have preferred the audio jack to be at the back, and for fewer USB sockets at the front/more of them at the back – for tidier cabling. So I’m using a powered USB hub connected to the rear, and connected the speakers to the monitor as I’m a bit fussy about cables. The tech support is excellent – I should add that the only reason I’ve had to use it was to discuss a problem which we now believe is a fault with my monitor and not with the miniPC itself. I’ve been using it for 8 hours a day every day for the past few months. No complaints – item recommended!
All works fine so far I’ve only been using it for a month or so,but so far had all the windows11 updates and a fab little system.
Easy to install, powerful and silent little machine. This had the best value for money for the specifications I was looking for. In addition the costumer support team was very quick to respond and always accommodating. Definitely suggest this mini pc.
This is my first mini pc and it is amazing, build quality is excellent, very quiet running
Excellent speed for a small machine. The graphics are excellent. I am using it mainly for office work which it excels at. Watching video’s in hi-res is no problem as the graphics are superb. Very quiet considering the size, as I was expecting a noisy fan but far from it. The SSD card is not super-fast but fast enough for what I required and it took all of 5 minutes to fit a 1 TB Crucial M SSD SATA drive thanks to the enclosed cables.
This is a great piece of kit and after a month of constant use, I am pleased I purchased this above some of the more expensive towers.
A few issues with WIFI but the Windows 11 Pro is not activated and it state the Key is missing

Service team did send me the Windows Key – that was nice and false
but WIFI card – still having issues!!!!!!

I got this and im having trouble setting uo i have a bluetooth keyboard and its connected to my tv but the keyboard wont connect so cant even get past the language choosing lol
Having no issues with this Mini PC whatsoever. Easy installation. Fast boot up, great performance and silent operation.
Great little machine. Does all I require. No noise heard from fan. I bought 2TB internal SSD at same time, this was straightforward to fit if a little fiddly.
Easy to order, delivered next day, well packaged, all seals in tact so no worries it had been out before – good start! Lovely and SMALL after my Tower PC. Works well for a bunch of programs for use as a media server like Plex, jellyfin and downloading programs. Running Ubuntu 20 on it with no issues. Audio level is okay for the power it has. Would definitely buy again if I needed anothe

Needed a new PC with plenty of grunt for work and this has been just the job. All peripherals connected with no problem and also got online very quickly. Very small size barely takes up any space. Good one!
Powerful machine that fits in the palm of your hand, the spec on this mini pc is more than capable of doing your every day tasks, spreadsheets etc, I don’t play games on on it but I think it would be quite able to cope.
Fast startup and shutdown and Windows 11Pro
Office 2021 installation was straight forward & programs load & work without any real delays. Mostly silent, but the fan does come on at times & is quiet.
Comes with healthy amount of storage but I’ll be adding an additional 2.5″ drive for local media storage.

This is a great mini PC device. It’s ideal as a Plex server or storage device. It runs very quiet and is low powered so it can happily stay connected without worry. It comes with Windows 11, but the first thing I done was to install Ubuntu server on it. There’s room inside to install a SATA 2.5 inch drive, just requires removing one screw. Overall, very pleased with it and at a great price.
