I’m really hard on cords. While I like the braided cord I would like to see the 90 degree head because that’s the spot that always breaks on me. Besides that it’s a good charging cord if you’re not a chronic cord neck breaker like I am.
I particularly like the led at the micro-usb end as my use involves removing and reinserting in low light and it is useful to know the orientation of the cable. This is particularly so for usb type cables and particularly the micro. This may or may not be to all tastes as the permanent light on could possibly be annoying but in many cases it’s usefulness outweighs that. It’s also good to know that there is power at the end of the cable when inserting into a device. I rather like it, others may have mixed feelings towards that but on the whole the cable looks strong, isn’t overly stiff and the end bend sleeves look proportionate to the usb’s. Nice!

El cable es muy resistente y flexible, est trenzado y protegido y da buenas sensaciones. La carcasa de plstico que envuelve los conectores no est mal e incluye un LED bastante til aunque es mejorable ya que siempre est encendido, podra encenderse slo cuando el mvil est en carga.
Me gusta bastante la longitud de los cables (2 metros) y, adems, incluyen una brida de velcro con la que recoger el sobrante, todo un acierto.

At the time of this review these 2 micro usb charging cables are 5.99. They seem good quality and sturdy enough to hold up for daily usage. They charge consistently. Overall really good price.
Prodotto scadente. Dopo una settimana e mezza di utilizzo i piccoli dentini della micro usb che servono per non farlo scappare dalla sede di ricarica si sono rotti. Non vale neanche quei pochi euro che costa.

The USP of these USB-A to Micro-USB cables is the little LED in the Micro-USB connectors to show when current is flowing. But there is more to them than just that, they are a very useful length of 2m and they are made from a very tough feeling braided cable. The connectors are good quality as well.
With so many products moving over to USB-C it can seem that micro-USB is being somewhat overlooked, but these cables show that there is life in that format.

Estos cables funcionan correctamente, de longitud larga con 2 m no tendrs problemas de longitud entre el cargador y el dispositivo normalmente, los conectores entran bien sin holguras, y el grosor es algo superior a otros cables de este estilo, aguantan 2,4 A de carga, con una flexibilidad suficiente.
En pruebas carga correctamente el mvil, y transfiere datos si fuera necesario con buena velocidad, la nica pega que le veo es que el led que lleva es slo una indicacin de que est alimentado el cable, realmente no indica carga del dispositivo, pues este led verde se ilumina aunque no pongas ningn dispositivo en el conector micro USB, por lo que no le veo ninguna utilidad salvo la esttica.
Al ser 2 cables tienen una buena relacin precio-calidad.

This is the heaviest braiding I have felt on a cable before, feel like it will last..
Both end of the cable, usbA and micro usb are reinforced with substantial plastic that bends ever so slightly.
The micro usb connection has a green led that lights up when plugged in under power.

Charging at the speed I’d expect and the cables themselves feel very durable. I like that it had a LED light to show that power is going through cable and it’s a helpful reminder that you left the charger on went not in use.
When I saw these charging cables were available for me to order, I knew I just had to get them. This is owed to the fact that they have small USB charging LED indicators. I have already got USB-C cables from another brand that has similar LEDs, but they were more expensive and only supported charging (made for laptops), with no data transfer. I have not seen this before on other cables. Nor have I ever had anything from this brand before so I was keen to give them a go.
The unboxing experience was simple and minimal. Not much to it other than both cables coming tightly packed in some generic plastic packaging that you would find in a phone shop. Simply open the top, and they are out. No fancy cardboard box and most importantly, no recyclable materials. I have bought other cables for less that came in better packaging.
The cables are made from durable materials and feel quite high quality. They’re made of some sturdy braided material (I am guessing nylon). This helps the cables to be more resistant to damage, ripping and snapping. I have found that this braiding, whilst offering a longer lifetime, can be a little restrictive. This is because the cables’ sturdiness/stiffness can make them not as bendy, but this is a minor inconvenience.
The cables are also more useful as they are longer than the standard ones that came with my device. Most devices only come with 1-metre-long cables (I have no idea why). But this can be a huge pain in the rear if you want to use your device whilst charging. At 2 metres, these cables ensure you will not need to be near a plug socket.
As for charging, the speeds were on par with the original plug and cable I got with my phone. But, when paired with a faster-charging plug, I was able to take advantage of that Fast Charging. I got to about 50% charge in around 45-50 minutes from 7% — that is extremely handy when needing to top-up when leaving to go out.
The connector ends have built-in smart chips that detect what current should be delivered to your devices to stop them from overheating. These chips monitor factors like the charging power, current and voltage. Then in the event of an issue, the chip automatically adjusts to avoid damage to your battery/device in case of a potentially hazardous problem.
The charging indicators are simply genius, and I have experienced this from another brand that uses them. Once you get used to them, you cannot go back to regular cables. The main reason these would come in handy is when you are looking for your phone in the dark, the LED illuminates, helping you find your device. Another reason they are so handy is that it helps you to see if your devices are still on charge without having to go to the device physically. This is useful when for example, the cable is tugged and the connector end from the plug disconnects, so the phone that you thought was charging, has not charged. This saves a lot of headaches and ensures that your device is charged all the time.
My only gripe is to do with the data transfer speeds. With a maximum data transfer rate of only 480 Mbps, these USB 2.0 cables if used for transferring data, will feel much slower than USB 3.0. But this isn’t the cable or the manufacturer’s fault. The original Micro USB port only supported USB 2.0 speeds, it is not possible to get USB 3.0 speeds on a micro USB port unless you have a device which uses the “newer” USB 3.0 Micro-B port like the Samsung Galaxy Note 3. The Micro-USB port also doesn’t support PD (Power Delivery) as you get with USB-C ports, it only supports Qualcomm Quick Charge so please be aware of that.
In my opinion, for two cables of this quality that cost just under 10 at 7.99, these are excellent value for money and I would highly recommend them given the build quality and the cool LED light.

Recently, I saw the power depleting before my eyes on my Android tablet during the night, I hadn’t realised that the USB A end of the cable had been pulled partially out of the charger. When I came across these 2m cables with LED indicators at the micro USB end, I thought how useful that is!
The two 2 metre cable came well packaged and appear to be well made, the braiding and the longer ‘boot’ from the connectors should ensure these cables will last a while, they are quite robust. If I have need of any more micro USB cables I would certainly consider buying these cables.
When I saw these charging cables were up for review, I was immediately drawn to the fact they had little USB charging LED indicators — I haven’t seen this before, so I was keen to give them a try. Here’s what I thought of them.
Materials
Made from durable materials, these wires feel pretty indestructible. The braided material gives a little flexibility, but they had that reassuring rigidness and tell you that these will last a long time.
Length
One of the things I am always on the lookout for is nice and long charging cables. We are always reading or watching something in bed and like to keep the power topped up at the same time. These are just over 2 metres long, which is perfect for me.
Charging
The charging speed was good. Paired with a faster charging plug and it was lightning! I got about 50% in just under 30 minutes from dead — that’s pretty good going for me.
LED charging indicator
The charging indicators are genius — mainly for when you’re looking for your phone in the dark. They look quite cool too, so that helps.
Safety
These wires have built-in safety features that detect what current should be delivered to your devices to stop them from overheating. I only use charging cables with this feature now as I had a bad experience with the older types in the past.

La bonne chose ce sujet est qu’il est quip d’une petite lumire LED qui indique quand il est connect au chargeur.
J’aimerais que la lumire change de couleur une fois la charge termine, mais ce n’est pas le cas.
J’ai beaucoup d’appareils qui ont besoin d’un port micro USB pour les charger et les cbles sont courts et s’effilochent rapidement.
J’avais donc besoin de ces cbles car ils sont longs et durables et se chargent rapidement.

Obviously you are reading this because you are considering purchasing some charging / data transfer cables. Well, I can say these are good cables with only one let down and that is the USB A interface.
The USB A interface is USB A 2.0 which basically means the cables won’t support the fastest of charges. Modern phones, tablets etc. can easily handle 100w of energy so they can be charged rapidly if the power source and the cable also support it. With a good USB power adapter and a good cable an up to date Smart Phone can be fully charged within one hour whereas using these cables will slow that time down, a lot.
As for the data transfer, USB 2.0 is outdated and slow in data transfer so the interfaces really need an upgrade to at least USB 3.1 for faster transfer of data.
Overall, the quality of the braided cable is good, the plugs and interfaces are good and they do have a LED light to show when the cable is running energy through it so they aren’t bad cables at all. There is only one area that needs improvement and that is in the interfaces as they really should be upgraded to at least USB 3.1 to allow for faster charging / faster data transfer.
I am recommending these cables as they are reasonably priced for what they deliver and the overall quality is good thus they are good value.

Good quality braided cables, connectors feel and look durable as well as the cable braid. Cables come with Velcro cable tie which is a great bonus for keeping them tidy, cables are a great length especially when i need to charge my controller, led indicator is nice showing that the cable is currently working.

Great quality cables. Come packaged well and include velcro straps to keep coiled for storage. The led light at the micro usb end is handy to know that the cable is plugged in and receiving power. Great set at a great price. I have so many device at home that I can’t have too many cables. HUGE plus for me is the led indicator because countless times I leave something “charging” while the power socket is off… 100% recommend.

Led power indicators are handy, and data transfer / charging speed seems good.
Extra-Long USB cables are really useful in a few key situations – such as:
[1] charging your pone on your bedside table overnight (so the charger and its irritating green light stays on the floor out of sight)
[2] bringing a data-connection out from a port on the rear of a computer to the desk in front
[3] using a device hand-held to make calls while it also charges at the same time
[4] connecting a phone to a car’s USB port – especially when that socket is hidden at the back of a glove box or deep in the compartment between the from two seats.
But long cables are no good if they don’t work, or are frail. So I have tested and tested them for you!
I crushed the cables and the plugs on each end with a 5kg load for a day to simulate the problem of being left at the bottom of my work bag. Then I wound and unwound them a dozen times to see if that would fracture the copper core wires.
I checked data transfer by moving an MP4 file from phone to laptop and back – this worked without data loss. I checked charging with laptop to phone and plug-in charger to phone. The cables worked just fine in all tests. I checked both to see if there was any inconsistency.
The covering of the cable is a hard plastic braid, and the plugs are much bigger in size and toughness compared with the cable that came with my phone. I didn’t have to take the phone out of is shockproof plastic skin to make a good connection. The cables wind up well, despite the armoured braid coating – and they have a Velcro fastener that holds them in a 6-inch long shape, good for putting away.
So while I have never heard of an accessory brand called “SooPii” until this last week when I was asked to test them – their products seem to be pretty good quality – and certainly fit for my purpose. Recommended Product.

These are decent size cables for my partners pda which have this connection. One for home and one for in his vehicle. I like the fact I can tidy the strap with the velcro tie

When plugged into an outlet there is a green led which lights up on the Micro USB end of the cable – makes it easy to find in the dark if you’re like me and plug in your devices last thing before sleeping.
These are a great length, I hate short charging cables.
