Enjoy Personal Space Anywhere: Low, mid, and high frequency noises are individually targeted by the 3-stage noise cancelling system. Hybrid active noise cancelling reduces low-frequency sounds like airplane engines and traffic noise by up to 98%. The other 2 stages filter out mid and high frequency noises such as crying babies and barking dogs.
Ideal for Long-Haul Flights and Traveling: Up to 50 hours of playtime in noise cancelling mode will easily cover a vacation, an around-the-world flight, or weeks of commutes. In normal mode, you’ll get up to 65 hours of listening, and if you run out of power mid-journey, a 5-minute fast charge gives you 4 hours of playtime.
Tailored Noise Cancelling Response: Adaptive noise cancelling detects external noises around you and automatically adjusts to different tailored modes. It switches to maximum level on flights or trains, reduces wind noise when you’re outdoors, and switches to a lower, comfortable level indoors.
Highly-Detailed Sound: Experience sound with new levels of detail thanks to Space Q45 Bluetooth headphones’ innovative double-layer diaphragm drivers. Bass is extended for extra punch, vocals are rich, and treble is crisp—allowing every layer of the song to shine through.
Hi-Res Wireless Sound: LDAC mode transmits up to 3× more data than standard Bluetooth codecs for a stunning high-resolution experience, even when using Space Q45 Bluetooth headphones in wireless mode.
Secure and Well-Fitting: Space Q45 noise cancelling headphones are packed with comfort-enhancing details. The aluminum alloy hinges flex to fit the shape of your head, and the cushioned headband has a seamless sliding design for easy extension. To fit ears of different sizes, the ear cups have a wider diameter, plus bouncy-soft cushioning for hours and hours of comfort.
soundcore App: Choose from 22 EQ presets, select a suitable level of noise cancelling and transparency, set volume level limits, customize the controls, and more.
Customized Transparency: Space Q45 noise cancelling headphones also has Talk mode, allowing you to speak to people in your vicinity with ease, while the 5 levels of transparency in the app allow you to choose how much of your surroundings you let in.

Excellent fit, encloses my entire ear comfortably which helps a lot with passive noise cancelling. The different sound profiles are great out of the box and can be adjusted as well as adding your own profile. The ANC is on a par in my opinion with the Sony xm3 headphones, probably not as good as the newer xm4’s or xm5’s. Having said that, the ANC is very effective overall and for the price, is definitely worth it. I would certainly buy these again.
I was looking around for wireless headphones for a while now.
I was debating to go Bose again or the soundcore space q45.
I think I made right decision going for soundcore space q45 – after setting up the headphone with new firmware and went through app setting up hearID sound I never had music so crisp and the bass is amazing. (I do recommend going into quite room to set it up)
I think it beats most competition market the value and quality of them.
They are really comfortable around the ear’s and the head, the headphones feel expensive.
The real test will be when I go away abroad to see if it cancel aircraft sounds.
Ignore the bad reviews about the headphones- I would totally recommend to buy this.
I’ve never bought such expensive headphones, I’m impressed.
My friend bought some Bose ones and I loved them but can’t justify 300 plus so thought I’d gamble on the soundcore ones. I personally can’t really tell the difference but not tried them back to back.
Only gripe is my head is small and these are slightly too big at its smallest adjustment. Other than that I love them.
In the limited time I had these they seemed very good at their main jobs, though I didn’t wear them out in the real world. Unfortunately they just seemed too bulky and heavy for me, especially for travelling by plane where space is quite important. I’m looking for something more compact.
Easy to set up, there is an app available but not a necessity. Very little sound leakage, and when charged they last several days so ideal for long trips. Sound is very good and they are comfortable to wear.
absolutely saved my life! living in a very busy area (think trucks and road works) the handy noise cancellation really helped a lot. I have worn these headphones everyday (at least 7/8 hours as i use it for work too) for a while and they are still in perfect conditions . My ears have been cushioned and the head band fit perfectly. Last but not least, the sound! I really enjoed the crispy sound and, more importantly, the fact that with the app you download, you can adapt the sound to your own earing and the type of music you listen to. I love opera and these headphoens give an impeccable sound for this type of music. well worth buying!
I finally took the plunge and bought this as I’ve been struggling with in ear products falling out randomly and not keeping their charge.
I researched and found this product, so I thought it was worth giving it a go as the price is not too cheap but also doesn’t break the bank.
I was immediately impressed by the noise cancelling settings. A lot of background is erased immediately and you can adjust how much is reduced which is good safety wise.
The headset is comfortable and easily adjusted. I was impressed at how easy it is to connect to my iPhone/TV once paired.
I also like the equaliser settings for certain genres of music and how you can make bespoke settings based on your preferences, or just go with the flow with the preset ones.
Charging is so quick. I like how as little as a 5 minute charge can give you enough power to keep you going for 4 hours.
Only drawbacks are; the headset could be smaller head friendly as I don’t think I’d be able to run with them on as they are not tight enough to stay secure.
The product out of the box was very nice, tried the sound and noise cancelling and was impressed. However, the ear cup material makes my head very sweaty and so it is faux leather or some poor material. It was disappointing on a quite expensive product. If I felt I could return them I would, but I don’t have a good reason. They work and are not defective. To those of us who are free sweating, beware.
I had an old pair of JVC headphones that basically slowly disintegrated although they still worked. I spent ages looking for a pair of new noise cancelling headphones. In the end I chose these but was still a bit worried particularly as every single pair seemed to have at least some 1 star reviews.
I was just so pleased with these, please note I am not a hi – fi expert but this is just how I found them
Packaging: ignoring the Amazon packaging the case these came in feels really good quality with an inner that fits the folded headphones (took me a while to work out the folding bit)
The headphones themselves felt really good quality. I think a bit of care is needed when folding them in and out as the whole construction is plastic.
Sound Quality: again I am not an expert I can honestly say I thought the sound quality was just brilliant. I had my partner listen to the start of ‘I would do anything for you’ and she agreed how good the sound was
Wi-Fi – I am rubbish at the IT stuff but it connected to both my fire HD and iPad easily. Also the noise reduction mode seems to make a major difference, although I haven’t used them on an aircraft yet.
So maybe I am easily please (and I did buy on Prime day) buy I am really impressed with these and probably wouldn’t want to pay any extra an the quality is as good as I need. Can’t really comment on how long they will last as I haven’t used them for that long. So as far as I am concerned to date, I am well impressed.
Nice quality headphones with noise cancellation that actually works. The app also has nice user experience. Headphones slightly larger than expected but that’s probably because I’m used to tiny ear buds. Overall happy with purchase and will be able to watch and listen to movies on plane!
All I needed for wireless listening on long plane flight. Comfortable and noise cancelling worked well for me.
They are a little bulky in the hand luggage but worth it.
Bought this as needed something to wear on workouts etc. plus it was in Sales. After using it for over 2 weeks, this is a serious contender to premium brands. it may need a few tweaks which can be fixed in software updates. however considering the price, battery, and quality. I am impressed.
For the price I paid (130 at time of purchase), I am overall very pleased with the Q45’s.
– The claimed battery life meets their claims (of 50+ hours etc).
– I wear glasses and the comfort is ok/good after three hours continuous wearing
This is my first set of N/C Headphones so I can’t compare n/c abilities etc but can confirm that during professional (work) use for phone calls that all callers have said that the sound quality of voice on their end was good and that the inbuilt n/c microphones were effective — tested by trying them ‘backwards’ I.e mics now pointing to the rear of head – and the person on the other end could now hear a lot of background noise and very, very little of my voice (slow day at the office) and I can also confirm that the headphone’s Microphone(s) *do* work when using a 4-Pin wired connection to (eg) an Android headphone socket as does a subset of the Noise Cancelling (music in) capabilities. Not sure what would work in case of totally flat headphone battery though.
Overall – the ‘listening to music with them’ sound quality of the Q45’s is good (although for some reason needs –it to be kept in n/c mode for it to sound even half-way decent). Not sure why but doesn’t matter because the sound quality of them in this mode is good even when rated against closed-cup wired over-ear headphones. With them I did honestly hear ‘new things’ on old albums/songs.
Hope that Helps.
Yeah they are a good set of headphones the noise cancelling is top notch sound quality is good too, not the best but still decent. You go into your own world when you listen to music with them.
My cheap pair of headphones broke at the headband after a year of use, so was looking for a decent pair for under 100.
I looked on Google for some reviews and the higher price point brand options were of course recommended. However, I did spot that soundcore was mentioned on some sites, so investigated the best model for price.
These came out on top and so I bought the Q45 model.
I’m definitely impressed and haven’t yet used all the bells and whistles.
My only criticism is the fact its not easy / intuitive to use the buttons. It might just be that time and constant use is needed in order to get familiar with this.
I found it hard to see if the headphones were still on after the device it was paired with is turned off.
Took time to get used to how to turn them on and off.
You cant charge these and use simultaneously, according to the instructions, so that’s something I’ll miss as could do that with my prior pair, but it’s not a deal breaker.
The plus point regarding charging when low battery is that 5 minute charge gives a 4 hour use at standard. If you use the adaptive noise cancelling options rather than fully standard noise cancelling, the battery life reduces accordingly.
I cant comment on the adaptive part so much as I’ve not used it, still working out what the buttons do, still getting to know what’s what so I can press them whilst the headphones are on.
However, I’m old and takes me time to get used to new tech. I’m finding it hard to understand instruction, but it’s not a reflection on these headphones, that’s just my own experience compared to the ease of use with prior (cheaper) pair.
I’ll update my review once I’ve gotten used to them.
Ended up returning as they just weren’t too comfy for me and the sound quality was just average. Will spend more to get a better pai
my girlfriend ordered these for me to replace my old ones that gave up on me. i use these both wired for gaming with a mod mic and wireless for music when out the house skating, or otherwise traveling somewhere.
first off comfort, i have a big head these headphones are very comfy however the headband adjusts too easily for my taste and i’d prefer more clamping force for a better seal.
so the promise is that these headphones will punch above their price range going by other reviews and the price and i agree, my previous serious entry into the bluetooth headphone marked where a very nice pair of b&o beoplay h4, at first i wasn’t sure as the highs and mids sounded slightly off and the low rumble i like was absent tried tweaking equalisers and then i found that it was actually the seal against my ears i found that if i tilt the headband forward towards my forehead this completely fixes the issue and further tweaking the eq playing with the other feature’s i can say they keep up in most cases, the highs are crisp the mids are certainly there and the bass is both punchy and with bass boost mode can get rather rumbly i do wish that the bass boost feature could be tweaked however not a big issue as it doesn’t sound too overpowering and again the highs and mids are still there. the battery is incredible so good in fact i’m not sure when i last topped them off and they’ve got a good 70% left i don’t use noise cancelation outside of seeing what its like so i wouldn’t like to comment on the performance of that as really i was underwhelmed but then i don’t know what to expect.
all in all i’m very impressed they tick all the right boxes and keep up with a pair of headphones that cost 110 more on an end of the line amazon sale with around 100 already knocked off you really can’t ask for more at the price poi
These are comfortable and easy to use. Have just used them on a flight and the noise cancellation was excellent – I could hear my music very well, plus any announcements but no chatter from round about and the music was not drowned out by the engine noise. Delivery couldn’t have been quicker – I’m delighted.
My previous pair, what is a pair of Bose headphones after reading some good reviews about the sound-core headphones I thought why not give them a try my Bose headphones were incredibly good all around they just didn’t have sound cancelling facility.
I have to say I’m not disappointed with the set I deliver exactly what I want to sound cancelling option really is incredibly good.
Definitely worth trying them
I love the sound quality and triple option noise cancelling and the 50 hour battery life. Accompanied with the great price, fantastic.
Two things knocking a star off. 1. A bit too heavy and 2. They can slip off my peanut head. So made for big heads, haha. But all in all both probs solved with a little skull cap and I love these phones
Firstly, the noise cancellation:
It’s excellent. Even on normal mode, most sounds are reduced in volume, but this is further reduced with noise cancellation mode on.
P.S. This is especially useful, if you suffer from overwhelming (at times) sensory issues, such as with some people on the Autistic spectrum who may have sensory overstimulation. (Yes, including me too).
I previously owned another pair of 50 noise cancelling headphones, but the reduction on these are much more superior.
Note: You’ll still be able to hear louder sounds, such as planes and cars, but this is reduced from 100% volume to (roughly) 40%.
The advertising about sounds being reduced by upto 98% is false.
The fit:
The adjustment isn’t as tight as I would like, as it can sometimes slip off, even on the tightest adjustment. This could have been addressed with further testing on people of varying head sizes, prior to starting production.
Hopefully updated models in the future will rectify this.
Modes: Transparency for hearing conversations and/or the environment, whilst simultaneously, listening to your music.
Normal as a middle ground. Not too transparent that you can hear everything, but not to as further reduced as the last setting.
Noise cancelling.
In this mode, you’ll find it harder to hear conversations, hence why transparency mode exists, but you will be able to noise the reduction in sound from noise intense sources.
It doesn’t actually “cancel” the noise though.
Merely reduce it’s volume.
You WILL still hear loud noises, including if you’re right next to them, but just not as loud as they normally would be.
Settings:
You can set your headphones to turn off on their own after 30 minutes, for example, of no usage to save on battery life.
The headphones also have a dedicated App, you can download to experiment with a sound setting that suits you, e.g. more bass sounds.
I bought these ahead of a business trip to Germany. Both planes on the way out had a crying baby a couple of rows away from me, but thanks to these, I barely even noticed them.
They’re comfortable, even for several hours of wearing. The noise isolation is good, and the actice cancellation is great. The audio quality is more than good enough for me, and I happily use them for music, audiobooks and podcasts.
I can’t speak to the battery life claims, since The longest that I’ve ever used them without topping up the charge was around 8 hours, though they still reported over 80% charge at that point, so I’d say that the claims are at least close to accurate.
All in all, I’d recommend them to anyone who was after a pair of noice cancelling headphones in this pricerange.
I expected a lot from these, I have their (soundcore) X10 sports buds and a tube speaker, they never let me down on quality.
I doubt an audiophile could tell the difference between these and the more expensive competition, they sound as god as the XM5 from Sony, apparently the anc isn’t as good but it’s not like it’s not good enough having tried it, It is absolutely fine, but not what I wanted the headphones for, I wanted them for sound, and they are awesome. The bass is rich and clean, ultra bass heads would go for the Skullcandy evos etc, but these deliver more than adequate bass, I turned the bass up function on, literally shook my eyeballs when I was reading listening to a sub bass playlist on spotify to try them out.
Mids, high end, absolutely perfect. The only headphones I haven’t tried to compare are the B&W PX8, Q45’s sounded as good to my ears as the PX7, you would have to be very fussy to go for those over these, I could hear a difference but they were no better.
It seems with the other brands you will be paying for the name. Unless you want to fork out nearly 1000 for Bathys or other audiophile sets which may sound a little better, I doubt they would sound 800 better but each to their own

As a person who likes peace and quiet while at home,Anker Q45 Headphones are a necessity for me,just like my other Anker Q30 that I use for the bedroom.
I purchased The Silent Q45 for the up to 98% Noise cancelling feature IE the ability to tone down Voices.
At this time i have not fully tested this ability, all i can say is i am pleased with the results so far and the Quality is excellent, as for the Quality of sound all i can say is that i’m no expert but i have no complaints on that score.
This review is from someone who will usually buy the cheapest, but my quality of life has to come first and price second.
Hope this helps as its my Genuine opinion.
I have been really impressed with the headphones. The general feel is high quality and sound quality impressive.
My only complaint is the style of the headband means that over time they can get a bit uncomfortable.
As an observation. The headband itself. Even when on the smallest setting is actually quite big. They fit me. But when my wife tried them, even on the smallest setting, were quite big so the band didn’t even touch her head. So, something to consider before purchasing.
Very happy with the sound quality. I bought these so I could listen to flac and lossless audio.
However, I was surprised that the Q20 which is less than half the price has better noise cancelling then these. Having said that, the Q20 does not have wind cancelling hence the reason I returned them, the Q45 does.
Nice case as well!
I have been using these headphones for over a month and I’m very impressed with the overall sound quality.
Straight out of the box they sound very neutral with a fairly good, but not deep bass, and a clear detailed treble. I had reservations about the midrange which tended to sound rather hollow with not a lot of depth to vocals.
Connecting them to the Android app made a lot of difference. Adding a fair bit more bass and treble to give them a more V shaped sound produced a lot more depth to vocals and improved the bass response, although punch in the bass is still lacking. That’s not to say they are bass light but you’ll only get deep bass when it’s present in the recording which is how it should be. These are definitely not headphones for bassheads but for people that enjoy a more natural musical sound. See my EQ settings in the picture above.
There is a very noticeable EQ shift when you activate the ANC and this also adds fullness to the sound. It’s not an ideal situation but it’s very necessary to have the ANC activated at all times to achieve the best sound quality. The ANC is actually quite good and does reduce external noise quite noticeably, especially low frequency noise.
Using my EQ settings the sound is very very good producing a good bass response when necessary with a clear open midrange and treble. I was very impressed by the open sound stage which is transparent detailed and quite spacious making it easy to pick out individual instruments and producing clear and accurate vocals. This only applies to the custom EQ setting which sounds better than any of the presets available. There is a ‘bass up’ setting which is best left alone, it produces an artificially enhanced bass which sounds unnatural and masks the higher frequencies and fine details and just sounds completely wrong.
The usual retail price is 139.99 but I have seen them 40 cheaper and at that price they are definitely a best buy and I can definitely recommend them for their openess and detail but beware, play poor recordings and they’ll be unforgiving, play good recordings and you won’t be disappointed, especially if you use the LDAC codec to play FLAC and WAV files with lossless audio.
Pros: NC is good and figuring out the little extras like being linked to two devices via BT is fab, good protective case for when not in use, full charge lasts forever!good volume as well.
Star lost- Cons: doesn’t seem that sturdy- I’ve been using about a week intermittently- earphone ‘leather’ is breaking down & paint is coming off metal on headband bit. They are small defects but even at the sale price (just under 100)that I paid -I’m not too happy or impressed with how quickly these defects have become apparent given full retail price is much higher. Disappointing on that fro
I’m a big Soundcore/Anker fan, so I upgraded to the Space Q45 (left) from the Life Q20 Holiday Edition (right – with hard case).
I have to say, the Q45 headphones are awesome! I’m particularly enjoying the equaliser functionality of the Soundcore app, and being able to connect to multiple devices at once. It was very easy to tailor these to my own hearing with the in-app sound test. While I bought these on sale for 98, the Q45 are also extremely good value at 140.
I have a couple of small issues with them, though, which is why I’ve knocked my rating down to 4 stars:
1. Size – I have a relatively small head and ears, so my Q20 were a perfect fit, and the Q45… aren’t. I’m not going to return the Q45 as the size is alright – just! They would fit me better if they were smaller, however I imagine they would fit most people well.
2. Hard case – Anker, what happened? The case (left) feels a lot less solid than my Q20 case (right), and the smooth finish looks like a dirt and fingerprint magnet. It’s also a smaller case for a bigger pair of headphones, so they barely fit inside it. It practically has to be forced down on the headphones to be zipped up, and I’m a bit worried I might damage them.
These issues are very small, so I won’t be returning them – they sound amazing and fit alright. I’ll keep an eye out for anything slightly smaller, though – perhaps I’ll also replace the hard case with a third-party one.
Update 25 April 2023
A further update. I have to unreservedly apologise to the company. I am in the middle of moving home and I picked up the wrong package that I last reported on because I opened the first package so carefully l didn’t realise that I had picked up the original package and not the second one. Even when I made this mistake the company was polite and were willing to send me another replacement and had a few questions to ask me regarding the replacement package headphone, which I’m glad they did as it was then I realise my mistake. Because of their excellent customer support and care. I am upgrading my review. I have already apologised to the company for my mistake on the resent headphones and my review. Please ignore the previous review. I’m leaving the review trail in so you have a full picture of their service.
Update 24 April 2023
They said they would send me another headphone. I didn’t ask for anything they volunteered it. I didn’t open the box immediately as I was busy. I’ve just opened the box and it was totally empty see the picture. I presume the joke is on me. I will downgrade my first marks from 3 down to 1 star because of the prank they pulled. Poor show.
I was having issues with the earphones. It seems to be made for a big headed person as it slips off your head even at its smallest setting. The Blue tooth dropped off once. The sound seem to lack oomph, I was playing some 80s RnB it just didn’t sound the same. But I admit I could hear parts of the production that I didn’t know was there so that was good. And the noise cancellation is barely noticeable it a little better than just putting the ear cups on. I think it depends on the environment you are in, In my bedroom in the silence I could hardly tell a difference but on the street it was more noticeable. I was most attracted by the battery life that appears to be good.
I often work nights in an open office that can get a bit noisy so thought I’d see what this noise cancelling malarkey was about. In a nutshell – amazing, game changing, awesome and any other clichs you can think of. It takes out 90% of the often excessive noise from my oiky mates and their phones and TV leaving me cocooned in my own little world and life changed much for the better. Its like closing a double glazed window on a noisy road, the difference it makes.
Sound quality is excellent too, I’m enjoying my music far more these days and this increases my productivity when doing what can sometimes be laborious desk work. I don’t even hear my keyboard. Build quality isn’t great though, they do feel a bit plasticky and styling is fairly bland. The phono cable is a bit short and weedy too. I did expect slightly better for the price but hopefully they will last, helped by the sturdy case they come with.
I was looking forward to these – my wife has the Soundcore Anker Q20 hybrid ANC headphones and they are amazing for the price. However, while the sound overall is better with these headphones with fantastic sound quality (hi-res sound, nice), and absolutely brilliant battery life, there are several niggles which would prompt me to return them;
– They are loose. I have a big head and they wobble around in a way that the Q20s do not. To the point where if I’m doing housework and bend down they are likely to fall off.
– Noise cancellation; not brilliant. I have the Soundcore Life A2 NC ear buds and they are streets ahead in terms of noise reduction. I have a feeling this is to do with the loose fit of the Q45s in general. Considering the Q45 are three times the cost I expected better.
– Buttons: having to press and hold a button to skip a track is cumbersome to say the least. Within the accompanying app, this doesn’t seem to be customisable which is a shame. Single press tactile buttons please!
There is plenty here to build on for the next iteration, unfortunately I think these are a bit of a step backwards on several fronts… I’ll go back to stealing my wifes’ Q20s I think!
*edit: Anker have replaced these with model Q35 which are much better. Their customer service is excellent.
I really wanted to like these, such good reviews across the board and an incredibly competitive price versus Bose or Sony so…I went for it.
If found the noice cancellation pretty mediocre to be honest, adaptive as it is it seemed more to confuse the issue as it was trying to find its feet.
Fit was a little loose for me, I have a size 56 noggin so not too small or too big but these moved around on my head a little too much which further confused the NC
I could forgive this if the sound quality was good and, with some tracks there was great range and clarity. That said, with others it was a bit ‘soupy’ with blurring across the ranges that made the whole thing seem like it was crashing into itself.
Sound however, like taste, is a personal thing and it may very well be these are just not my thing. I returned them.
A little on the build etc….they seem pretty robust and not flimsy in any way at all. the memory foam ear-ads were nice. The case too was okay although its probable you would remove the plastic insert immediately as it feels as though it wouldn’t last long and is fiddly (perhaps this is what you are supposed to do, remove it?).
Bottom line, they did feel good quality, the sound was good for some tracks but not others (spoken word too was not to my liking). The ANC I found annoying and the fit exacerbated this as it tried to keep up when moving about.
I will say, the accompanying app was pretty good.
I’m now just waiting on my refund and will be buying Sony….Sorry, Anker!
I got these to replace my Bose headphones. Less than half the price and similar quality. Also much more comfortable to wear for long periods.
These are not even close to the Sony M3 or M4. Noise cancelling isn’t that great and they simply are not loud enough. The battery is great though and these are decent for podcasts etc. Managed to get them for 100 on black Friday so they probably are decent for that price.
It’s mostly as it’s advertised, incredible battery life, great customisable sound quality and pretty good noise cancelling and transparency, the app is very easy to use and is a must have, it does get rather uncomfortable on the top of the head when wearing for a few hours but it stops feeling like this after about a month.
Overall great headphones and well worth the price
I like everything about this device, I am using them for hours every day. These headphones are great for me the noise cancelling is better than that of Sony xm4 they also connect to two devices at a time so I can connect my work phone and my personal phone at the same time. That way I don’t have to pick up my phone as they automatically answer. The app changes everything with LDAC on I have used these for 16 hours and still left with %40 in battery. The noise cancelling is perfect although it doesn’t block every thing out but still the best in the market. For the price I think these can go toe to toe with the most expensive Sony xm5 or the Apple airpods max. If you wear them in a truck you don’t hear nothing, in a car it’s like you are in your own world. Although the music sound cannot beat the Sony or apple they are surely close to them, with the app it cann reach the Sony’s. When making calls the other person hear you clear and you hear them clear. they are also not slow in switching devices when receiving calls. So what’s the the score in these to me ? Battery life they claim 50 hours, but to me I will confirm 21 hours with ANC on and taking calls on heavy use, Multiple connection, noise cancelling best, sound when using the app and finally the price. Cheap but going toe to toe with the most expensive headphones. Score %99. I hope this help someone there who is looking for reasonable priced headphones.
This is my first ever purchase of headphone. I took the plunge after watching too many YouTube reviews and all giving this soundcore headphone high score. I would recommend it but I would probably give better judgement if I tried the other brands.
seriously the big boys depend on brand and marketing dont fall for it.
This headphone has outshined most of the major brands with its features, such as remarkable sound, comfortable to wear, and incredible battery life, it even had physical control buttons for easy access! You can also pair up to two devices and to top it off the price was super cheap! It came with a beautiful matt black protective case and I definitely approve of it as a gift!
The new soundcore q45 space are a great pair of headphones at a bargain black Friday price at less than 100.the sound is great with the soundcore app with a lot of custom eqs to which sound you like.the headphones are really comfortable to wear and light as well.the noise cancelling is great up there with the sony and bose headphones couldn’t hear anything when walking outside in a busy street. A great pair again from soundcore a level up from the q35’s one of the best pair of headphones you can buy especially at this price range, highly recommended
Excellent quality & for the 99 I paid. Had been 139 and would have paid the 139 but luckily they got reduced.
I was a bit apprehensive ordering these headphones due to what looked like a circular shape of the ear covers but they are oval shape inside and fit nicely around my ears. They are quite heavy headphones on my head, and pressure on my head/jaw starts to build after a while (perhaps as I am female my face shape is a little different if they were tested on men?) . I cannot fault the sound quality or battery life though, brilliant.
These are the first ANC headphones I have owed (normally go for open back headphones) so cannot compare to other noise cancelling headphones.
I do however own a pair of fantastic Philips Fidelio X2HR headphones and can honestly say that the clarity of the Q45 is just as good, you can hear every detail.
The soundstage is no where near as wide, comparing to the X2HR’s, it doesn’t feel that you are in the studio with the artist, it feels that you are wearing headphones. However, I’m pleased to say the sound quality is just as good and the trebles and mids are good too (once you adjust the EQ in the app) the sound is really deep as well (especially with the Soundcore signature selected with base up) LDAC mode is available too (only on Android phones) similar to the Sony WH1000-XM5, which is a great addition as these cost 3 times more than the Q45’s
The transparency mode is great you can hear everything around you (although a bit artificial). ANC is however absolutely amazing, and the technology to do this is beyond me, it just works. Also if you double click the play/pause button on the side of the headphone it opens up hey Google, another great feature that I wasn’t aware of.
Overall, I am super impressed with the technology, features and the sound quality of these headphones I would certainly recommend these, especially for the price.
A thumbs up from me
Noise cancellation is not brilliant and it can get uncomfortable after a while if wearing glasses. However, value for money.
These headphones for the money are amazing. Some reviewers call the upgrade from the q35 to the q45 an incremental one, however with better sound, better build and features that I use more this is a significant upgrade.
Aesthetically they fit and look better on my head and the additional metal hinges provide me with more assurance of longjevity. The sound before EQ is better and clearer in my opinion and once the acoustic EQ is applied they sound wonderful, a high end sound. The ANC is great too not sure how much better than the previous model, but definitely blocks out a lot of background noise. I keep them in adaptive ANC mode and they have worked well in all areas they have been used (home office, walking to shops and watching my son play football). Have not tried the variable ANC as this does not interest me. Same for the variable transpency mode, however the talk mode is what actually led me to write this review. It is exactly what I expected for transpency mode where the volume of the music is significantly reduced and the headphones focus on voices. This means that in shops with the press of a button on the earcup I can go from having my music at its normal volume to having music at a lower volume, still playing but being able to have a conversation with the shop worker. Never feeling required to remove the headphones to hear better. Stunning feature!!
There are also fewer buttons on the headphone and they have been better placed for ease of use.
Cannot recommend them highly enough. I havent heard higher end wireless headphones as a comparison, but at a guess I dont think these are far off the more expensive brands for half the cost. Very happy with them.

I’ve heard great things, and it definitely delivered. It has great sound stage and the tactile buttons work really well (though one thing is the volume down feels a little stiff compared to the volume up, which I can live with). So overall, the feel was very premium. I did wish it had some kind of pocket or compartment for the wires in the case so I can organise my wires, at the moment I just have it floating around in the case! The wires it came with felt pretty standard, but if you have your own cables, you’ll probably use those instead and keep these as spare.
In terms of sound quality, it really surprised me. I have the Sony XM4s and compared the two (I chose a premium flagship headphones that EVERYONE I know uses as the features are similar to these, except they cost nearly three times as much). You will get similar sound quality, if not, louder sound or better bass control (it delivers exceptionally well especially with BassUp feature). Although, I find that you can’t have the sound all the way up when using BassUp, it shakes the headphones and makes the artist voices a bit less pronounced. Otherwise, these headphones are clear in sound, which has a lot of focus in mids and highs, while having a balance with a heavy bass. You can customise the sound with the Soundcore app, which is limited compared to Sony’s app, but still allows you to tune your sound the way you want it.
Summary:
Pros
+ Great balance of sound (with heavy bass)
+ Premium experience compared to other (much more expensive) flagship headphones
+ tactile button controls work satisfyingly well and very responsive
Cons
– Case and wires could be improved by having ergo features in mind
– BassUp clouds the mids/highs when turned on
– App could be developed with more features
I love these headphones, I’d definitely recommend them if you’re looking for great sound, but want to keep it budget-friendly. You won’t be disappointed
I use these headphones in a busy office environment – they cut out the background noise significantly, though not 100%.
Sound quality is just fine – I’m no audiophile so can’t really say more than that.
Battery live so far has been excellent.
The mobile app is useful, but not essential
The dual pairing with the ability to switch quickly between devices is a nice bonus.
Sound quality is great and the battery is as amazing as you would expect from a company known for their power banks. However, while the ANC is still good, it’s not as effective as it is on my Q20s (which were a lot cheaper). You do get a significant improvement in sound quality though, and the case is a big plus
Noise cancelling good, good for traveling, battery life excellent, not so many features on the headset, however volume just does not go loud enough, and for that reason I am returning them, shame really because everything else is ok
After trying these out further i was very impressed with the sounds that can be adjusted, and this helped the volume output, so have now decided to keep these as on reflection price and sound and battery ,overall performance its great value for money, and sound not to far away from the Sony noise cancelling headphones that cost a lot more
