Overall a fine heater used to add extra heat in specific spaces in winter months
Gets the job done! Heats up my bedroom perfectly! Great quality! Money well spent!
For a little heater, this warms a room quickly. I used it in a room 1211.
This portable heater has been a great product during this winter. It is very easy to use, lightweight and compact. Fits in any space. Powerful, great heat output. Safe and secure to use around children and pets. Remote control works perfectly. Modern design and nice colour.
Excellent product as my first concern is safety.
Good choice, also heating is fast and not too noisy.
Choices offered are useful.
Very nice and efficient heating. The heat output from this small unit is very impressive and it’s fairly cheap to run compared to larger heaters, with plenty of safety features to prevent worrying. The remote is very basic and simple to use and the design looks good as well. Top quality item.
Quality product that generates heat well. Not too big, so can support you in the office. Overall I would recommend the product as it works well and does the job really good.
This little heater gives out even heat in a hurry! I am usually working at home alone and don’t need to heat the entire house while no one else is around. This unit warms up the entire room quickly and is easy to stick behind the door when I’m not using it to get it out of the way.
A stylish and compact heater that offers immediate heat; very useful in these frosty days! It looks great in my room and it’s fairly easy to use.
It’s decently built and feels very secure; does not move about or look unstable at any time. It rotates which is a great feature that I’ve only previously seen in fans, not heaters. Easy and light to move about. The remote is a great addition!
Perfect for small spaces or if you just want to heat up one room rather than the entire house.
Sent to my sister whose water heater broke, she had no heat during a below zero week in the northeast. She said within 5 minutes her bedroom went from below 30 to 65 degrees. She now calls this Mike Tyson, as the little unit packs a big punch
This is just the best heater I’ve ever owned and I’ve owned a fair few! Its supposed to be cheap with energy use ‘so people have said’ 🙂 but I love the fact it has a remote, you can have it standing still or moving, it distributes heat lovely and doesn’t smell funny when its on. I love the LED menu on the top and I like that it will go cool if it hits the desired temp (whatever you’ve input). You can also put it on a timer to shut off. I love this so much im going to buy another one again soon for my upstairs bedroom! This heats up quite a big space for a small heater! I like that you have different settings, so you can have it like a normal fan blowing cool air , or warm air or hot air. Lovely, would reccomend! I hope I’m able to get another soon because I’m really happy with it. *it also has a cool function that if it was to get knocked over for any reason at all it will automatically shut off* I won’t have that problem though, but its a good feature, its quite sturdy and shouldn’t be knocked where it is. Its a must have. So easy to use. 10/10
I got this to warm my garage gym and after running it for an hour the space is definitely warmer. I tried to use it in my living room but since it’s pretty open it didn’t really warm up much. It’s small and doesn’t blow that far but it really did work for the garage even though I didn’t think it would. Happy with the purchase!
Easy to use. Make the room warm in few minutes
Great little heater. Using it in my home office, works really well! Warms the room very quickly. It’s easy to use, runs fairly quietly and effective. Nice and neat too.
Used this a fair few time this last few weeks now the weather is getting colder.
With only me home during the day I don’t like the heating on just for me.
I wasn’t expecting much from this – as it isn’t that big. But surprisingly it belts the heat out.
Takes about 10 mins to warm a medium size room – has a temp gauge on the top.
I love it when get in for a cold dog walk – turn that on and soon warm ur cockles standing/sitting next to it.
Has a safety tip feature in case u have clumsy animals like me, I can confirm it does shut off when tipped.
No complaints and does exactly what it says.
Heats up dastardly and does the job of heating the room perfectly
Before I review this product. The Amazon tracking and delivery note online said; “product handed to customer” the product was left on my front doorstep in full view of the world passing by.
The product. Light, smart and quiet. The remote control and heater controls are easy to understand and use. I placed it in the kitchen to set-up. Set it at 20. The kitchen warmed to 20 in about 12 minutes. Not a bad bit of kit.
Perfect for quickly heating up a room. I finish work quite late so no point putting on the gas central heating takes a couple of hours to feel the heat. This little heater warms the room in about ten minutes which means I can enjoy a cuppa and be cosy before bed
This is a decent size heater that not only looks nice, with smart functions but also heats up a room quickly without having to leave it on for hours at a time. You won’t have to wait for it to warm up because as soon as its switched on it is heating up the room.
It is simple to use, includes a remote (which doesn’t need to be relied on because the controls are on the heater as well.
The LED display is clear and easy to reach on the top. A timer can be set, with 3 modes of heating including an ECO mode. It is quiet, and sturdy with oscillating option, not at all bulky and lightweight to move to different rooms with a carry handle on the top.
All in all a really efficient heater for not just small rooms.
Absolutely amazing little fire. Heat output absolutely amazing. I’ve now purchased 4 units— I’m impressed
This little heater is fantastic. The heat output is surprisingly good, the central heating is no longer on, this sufficiently heats the sitting and dining room.
I’ve bought more for the bedroom.
Heating bills have been slashed.
I really like like this little heater.
I use my office/craftroom all day every day, and while everyone else is out of the house and I see no reason to heat an entire house.
So this space heaters ideal for keeping warm and not maxing out the energy bill.
It is a low energy heater with three settings.
It also rotates so the entire room gets warmed – and its quite a large room.
It has a sturdy base that helps prevent tipping over and has a safety cut out.
Recommended
Great piece of kit.
Warms room up quickly.
Has digital settings that you can play around with.
Was easy to set up.
Comes with a remote control.
Moves around on base, so can warm up the area quickly.
I would personally supervise any kids that were near it.
Seems like decent quality.
Using this in my office – it heats up reasonably quickly and heats the room up faster than the heaters I’ve used previously. It’s not a huge room, but it is cold in there first thing in the mornings and evening time. The thermostat works well to hold the required temp. I like how the heat is directed outwards and up slightly, as it feels much more effective that way and not heating the floor! The remote covers the functions well, although as the controls etc are on the top of the heater, I can’t see what I’ve changed or if the remote signal has worked – no big drama though. Overall it’s a decent heater.
This little heater is awesome. It warms up the living room quickly in the mornings and I like all the futures it has like the different temperature settings, high and low speed options and timer.
Not a noisy unit and has safety features, auto shut off in case it gets knocked over. It comes with a remote which is very handy. The base is sturdy and it sits well even on carpeting. Nice and compact size makes it easy to store when not in use.
Overall we are pleased with the performance of this product. Heats a large room very nicely. Takes up minimal space and is easy to use. Would recommend.
Paris Rhne Space Heater. This is brilliant. I felt the heat straight away. Plus easy to use. Comes with Remote Control. Definitely recommend.
59.99 at time of review. 5*.
This heater is simple to use and warms rapidly. As required, the temperature may be changed.
The heater comes in a stout cardboard box and is protected by customised polystyrene blocks. It is good build quality, and a neat size. Standing about forty cms tall and with a footprint of nineteen cms, it fits unobtrusively into a small area or even sits on a desk. The cable (about one and a half metres long) plugs into a standard power point. There is an on/off switch at the base of the heater, on the back.
The controls are on the top of the heater and there is also a remote controller. The panel is easy to read and clearly understood. There are two heat setting, an oscillations button and a timer. You can set the thermostat and when the air is the chosen temperature, the heating element switches off but the oscillation continues to circulate the warm air. I find the heater’s fan to be quiet and it doesn’t disturb me at my work.
The heater warms up very quickly and makes an almost immediate difference to my room. I don’t have central heating and this heater is superior in every way to an oil-filled radiator. It is light enough to move about and the built-in safety device means it swtches off automatically if there is any tilt or knock-over. The present costs, so far as I can calculate, are around seventy pence/hour on high heat. That’s actually too warm for me and I’m happy with the lower temperature.
It’s a super little heater, efficient, pretty and (for these times) economical. It’s a reasonable price, too.
What a great heater! Very impressed by how quick it heats up a room. Can all be controlled via the included remote control. The visual thermostat on the display is good letting you know the rooms temperature also gives you the set temperature. My wife’s used this working from home instead of having the central heating on. Also has a safety switch on the base, should it fall over it’ll cut off. Happy with product.
I purchased this to use in our bedroom when we retired for the night and switch the central heating off. It heats our double bedroom quickly – in under 15 mins – and we have never felt the need to turn it on again or keep it on after that period of time. It is only November at the moment and the weather is still relatively mild but I would certainly recommend this product as it does exactly what we wanted it to do and that was to heat a single room quickly – without the need to heat our entire house using our central heating. I have no idea how much it costs to run this for 15 minutes but it surely must be less than having to turn the heating on for the whole house (at least I hope that it is.)
Remarkable warmth generator from such a relatively small heater . Stands about 18 inches high and is very neat in design. The actual heat controls are simple but don’t offer a lot of options, but as it is only used as a backup heat source this is not a problem. The publicity pictures give the impression of there being some form of glow coming from the front grill, sadly there isn’t, just a red pilot light telling you the unit is on.
A great little heater with instant heat and a couple of good safety features – it takes a double-press on the remote to turn it on, and it automatically turns off it is topples over.
At current prices it costs 70p per hour to run, so for a quick 20 minutes to take the chill off the room it is very cost effective. Better suited to smaller rooms, as are all space heaters, and I am using it in my little home office so that I don’t need the central heating at all until the rest of the family come home in the evening. And I only need to use it for 10-15 minutes quick warm-ups.
Recommended.
My unit actually arrived DOA, and I couldn’t return it for another unit, so I thought what the heck and tried to fix it myself.
Luckily after taking it completely apart, the plug that connects the touchscreen control panel to the main circuit board had just come loose, so it was an easy fix.
The unit itself is nice and compact, does a great job heating and maintaining the temperature in my 12×10 office with no radiator, and has some neat little features.
There’s an anti-tip switch on the bottom, so if it gets knocked over it just cuts the power to the unit, and I particularly like that when you turn it off, it counts down for 30 seconds blowing air over the heating element to cool it down, so it’s safe to touch.
The remote is very basic, and isn’t of much use because it doesn’t have a screen to indicate what’s happening, so unless you can see the screen on the unit itself, which you can’t unless you’re above it, it’s just as easy to use the on unit controls.
Ceramic Heater.
Nice compact heater, which provides instant radiant heat. Its quite lightweight at 1.5kg and is 42cm tall with a 19cm diameter circular base. Power Cord is ~1.5m. A rocker on/off switch is on the back.
You can control it by remote or by handy buttons on the top, and it has an oscillation (over 45 degrees), two heat settings and room temperature fan option. You can also set a target temperature and timer. It has a tilt sensor in the base, which will switch it off even at a slight inclination (20 degrees).
When you switch it off it has a handy countdown timer (for 30 seconds) before going into standby. This allows the unit to cool down, so you know to not touch it.
Power usage – high was reading 1850W (though it starts at 2200W), low was 1230W. Fan only was 4W, oscillation added 5W. You need to plug it directly into a socket and not use an extension.
As a fan for summer its probably not worth it – relatively noisy and only a gentle breeze.
Heating its very effective, still the same noise level which may be distracting when you are working, but does provide instant heat. Great if you only want to warm one room whilst keeping the central heating off.
The heater arrives in a plastic bag inside a brown cardboard box which ahs product information, The heater is held in place by polystyrene blocks. The instructions and remote come in a plastic bag. My cardboard box was quite dented but the heater was undamaged.
Really quick to warm up and electric usage acceptable. Nice and compact and easy to move around
Update. Unfortunately the next morning switched on and wouldn’t work. Had to return. Disappointed. Don’t want to risk happening again as inconvenient to pack and return to post office
A great medium sized heater – really easy to use – even if you do not read the instructions!
3 heat setting and it rotates to spread the heated air around the room quickly – i love the fact it has a thermostat you can set and when the room is heated to the temperature it turns itself off.
With the cost of energy at the minute – i have this in my bedroom so that i do not need to het upstairs and downstairs as there is only me in a 5 bedroom house now.
Love it!
Nice and light to carry/move and not an eye sore either. The heat came out instantly, I was surprised at how hot it was! It rotates which is great for warming up a small space and it’s pretty quiet too! Great for keeping warm, I had a look at unit rates and as it is 2000w on todays rate it would cost around 68p her hour. Great alternative to central heating if needed to heat up just 1 space rather than the whole house!
This heater gets up to temperature very quickly. I turned it on to the highest setting and within 5 minutes it was up to 35c. The touch controls are clear and responsive and the remote is easy to use and has batteries included.
When running on the highest heat it draws around 2000 Watts. At my current electricity rate of 33p per kwh it works out to about 1p per minute. In real world use you wouldn’t run it at the highest heat for prolonged periods. You set the temperature on the display then it maintains that heat by switching the heating element off and on. When the heater is turned off and it’s pushing out warm air it draws around 3 Watts, 7 Watts if it’s oscillating back and forth.
It’s well designed and pushes the warm air up as well as out to give very good coverage. I noticed the difference in a cold room in a matter of minutes.
Good product, would recommend.
This is a sleek design that won’t look out of place in any home. It’s taller than I realised which is great as heat throws out a further distance. It’s a really good heater and made my living room which is a decent size ,warm quickly. A great way when coming in from the cold to warm up quickly whilst waiting for the central heating to do its Jon. So glad I git this.
This is the fifth heater I have tried and FINALLY found one that works! We have a screened-in porch where we put plastic sheets over the windows in the colder Illinois months. I used this to heat up the porch for a party and it kept us toasty warm in 45-degree weather. I like the fact that the temperature is adjustable – we actually had to turn it down from 95 to 80 degrees, it oscillates and has a remote control. All of the other electric ones we’ve tried have blown a fuse, but this one ran for hours with no problem. I am very happy with my purchase and definitely recommend this heater.
This has been one of the best additions to our travel trailer so far. It’s perfect for those in-between days (40-60 degrees) when you need a bit of heat. It works great either overnight, or in the morning to get our camper warmed up. It’s super quiet, and nice and compact. I would absolutely recommend this heater.
So I got this because my old heater from a few years ago died. I also had a spare and figured I would put this one in my bathroom (no one likes a freezing bathroom after shower) to replace my old one, and take old one to work. They were same wattage. Good lord was I in for a surprise. My bathroom quickly turned into an oven from this thing. It was so hot in the bathroom I couldn’t use it for such a small space. So I swapped them back. This thing pumps out the heat. It’s really nice and will cook you.
I live in a basement and this heater is perfect for your bedroom it will definitely get hot , the living room not so much though. Easy to use and weighs light .
This heater was a lifesaver for us, 1st nite out in our 35ft RV our heater went out. Since we were in CO for our granddaughters graduation we were able to send it to her address, since RV parks won’t take deliveries .Was there overnite & saved us an emergency repair call on a weekend. Kept us warm with temps down in ’20’s at nite (May), Plus we weren’t able to find any in hardware, big box stores anywhere, all sold out since it was end of season. Thank you Amazon !!!!
I wanted something small-ish yet powerful for my bathroom. I HATE getting out of a toasty shower into a cold bathroom in the winter! The space heater I had just wasn’t worth the extra electricity to run. This one, however, is awesome. I was surprised how quickly it heated up the space–especially because my bathroom has a 12-foot ceiling (do not buy a home with lofted ceilings–too hard/expensive to heat). Because it’s so awesome, it travels around the house and also spends time in my office, which is an unheated enclosed patio. I don’t have to wrap up in quilts, hats, and scarves. I would purchase this again and heartedly recommend it.
Smaller RHONE is much quieter, vibration on this unit causes plastic to reverberate and it can get annoying during hours of sleep. Overall, best to use during daylight hours unless you luck out and get a tighter assembly.
I’ve tried several space heaters from smaller ones to radiator types and some of the smaller ones glowed red hot which scared me. Most did not do an adequate job of heating. I was skeptical when I first used this little heater but that soon went away. This heater is situated in my open concept living room and it actually heats my kitchen and hallway as well! Unbelievable heat level throughout the rooms and I had to dial the heat down a bit! Worth every penny!
