It’s fun took a bit of getting used to but. When you get it you will love it. Still need more practice at doing different things but I’ll get there

i had heard so much about these i decided to try for myself. once i got used to using this properly (no good at hula hoop) excellent and very sturdy.
I was sceptical when I got this item so I decided to wait and see before giving a review. During Covid, my Weight ballooned with no change to lifestyle or diet. Thought maybe menopause great! . But no, bloods were fine. I work in a healthcare environment and work long hours 12/13 a day. Don’t have time for gyms and can’t do too much strenuous exercise due to an old back injury. I saw videos of this hoop and sure why not ? I went all out and started with the Weight fully extended. Once you get your rhythm you are off flying. For me it’s 80s dance music. As I said, I was skeptical but 20 minutes in and that’s when the sweating happens . After 5 days of using this hoop, I have already lost 1 LINK. This has given me the motivation to continue as I have seen some results. I definitely recommend. Happy customer!
I have used this product for under a year and in every use I noticed it was getting harder to use. From the picture you can see the wheels are eroding. Spare parts cannot be bought, the size is not compatible. So I am left with a piece of kit I can not longer use. I would suggest wd 40 if you have bought recently
Came well presented in the box, very easy to add and take links off, this is my first fitness hoop. It does make noise but quiet enough to watch TV to and earphones mute it too. I found this pretty comfortable with and without a top under it. I wear it to fit snug so it does leave some printing but it’s not at all painful (I’d suggest wearing a top unless you want to feel your tiny body hairs pulled out). It says to try and tighten your stomach muscles whilst you do it which I have been doing and you can definitely feel it afterwards.
Takes a little getting used to the movement but I haven’t had to stop start much and I just swing it straight away to get going again.
I’d definitely recommend this product to anyone looking for a fitness hoop, it’s exactly as described and fingers cross I keep the motivation up for it to help me get fit and toned.
I bought this product to try and trim my hips and waist. A very study set of plastic links, some already set up. About 10 extra links included. My waist measurement is 37″ and I used an extra 4. Pre filled with sand and very easy to assemble. Took me a week to get the hang of finding my rhythm. No issues at all. One thing I would have liked but didn’t know about is a counter to count how many spins you do. Doesn’t spoil anything for me as I set a timer, but could have been used in competition with others.
Love this use daily 15mins and improve my time each week. If like me your fat or sitting down most the day lunch break 15 mins gets the juices flowing.

So far great product works as it should, packaging and contents all good, only had few days easy to connect, easy to use, fun and can do half an hour.

I’m so glad I bought this hoop. It is quite noisy but strangely I find the noise relaxing. I had an issue in the first week of using but dropped the seller an email & it was resolved extremely quickly & exceeded my expectations. After using for only one week I can already see a difference & I’ve been able to remove one link
I loved this product, as it is sturdy and well designed.
I tried a cheaper version of this product, but found it didn’t work as well and was very noisy!
I would recommend this product, if trying to tone ur waistline and slim down.
The price of this product is a bit pricey, but well worth the money.
I chose Swivel Pro because their prices are reasonable, the hoop looked very sturdy and comfortable, which i can vouch for, it absolutely is. It doesnt dig in or pinch as ive seen others do. Its also very easy to clip together!
Today was my first day using it, so still yet to get the gist of the movements so it doesnt keep stopping but im so excited to start this journey and i cant wait to see results.
I bought the extra pack of links (5) and swivel pro actually contacted me to let me know the price had gone down and told me to cancel my order and reorder for the lower price! I absolutely love this hoop it’s easy to use, it’s very sturdy and easy to assemble, I have been using this hoop 5-6 days a week, I haven’t found any exercise I like doing until I found this hoop, I would 100% recommend
It’s not totally silent but it’s not as loud as others out there.
One of the little springs has broken after 3 uses but luckily I’ve got a few links spare.
Don’t exaggerate your movements too much – small movements and slow and steady rather than too fast.
I check the weight and string before each use for signs of wear and tear. Also I cover up the TV incase the weight comes off mid air as some of the reviews said!
It works your stomach especially if you squat while spinning, and it’s a fun way to exercise to music.
Would recommend giving it a try if you find it hard to go to the gym etc it’s a good starting point!
Good product but if you use for to long at at time you do get a little sore but it dose advice 30 mins only
With five minutes of watching I was off spinning and after another two days, I am now on 40 minutes non stop and going very fast. I now have to get the hang of going the other way.
I very rarely leave reviews on Amazon but I absolutely love this piece of equipment. It seems well made, easy to put together amd has now become part of my daily exercise routine.
My waist is already looking better. Don’t hesitate to buy it, it’s great fun.
Like many people before me, I discovered this exercise piece from watching TikTok of all things. I really love the idea of dancing myself fit again, so I was pretty excited to receive my smart hula hoop!
It arrived promptly, and was displayed in a gorgeous sturdy box.packaging that suggests quality and good enough for a fun present for someone who is on a health kick perhaps?!?
The assembly was pretty straight forward and I was delighted that I didn’t even need all the links.made me feel skinny when I’m not haha!
It’s a simple enough set of instructions and really easy to put together.
Now the not so good bits.when you use this hula hoop, you can’t really be in the same room as anyone else as the noise it produces is beyond loud.headphones and music for yourself is ideal too.
I found that the actual mechanism and the weight tended to jam a lot as it went around. At first I thought this was just due to technique but looking at the links, I found little cracks, scratches and misalignment of some pieces that I suspect it’s catching on. The plastic material is thin in places and I wondered if it was a design fault, quality issue or just a random bad one I received?! It’s usable even with this fault but pretty frustrating to have to stop and start constantly. Not what I expected given the lovely packaging it came in and for the money I’ve paid.
In summary, it really is a fun piece of exercise equipment and I can understand the hype around itbut be prepared for the noise and possibly quality issues with this product.
