Which kind of TV does this digital TV aerial work with?
The antenna can only be used for digital TVs and wireless connectors, Does not work with other TVs. if you have an analogue TV, you need to buy a tv box.
How many channels can I receive?
The number of channels you can receive will be determined by what is being broadcast in your area. Channel reception will vary from location to location based on terrain(including trees, buildings, hills, and mountains).
Why are there no signals for my TV?
Please put the TV antenna beside a window or higher place. The indoor tv aerial has two polarization directions: Horizontal and Vertical. It would help if you tried placing the antenna horizontal/vertical for a better signal.
Will all the channels I receive be high Definition(HD)?
Not all. Make sure you are using a High Definition Television(HDTV) with a built-in ASTC tuner. When connecting the antenna to a third-party receiver, ensure it is capable of receiving HD. Otherwise, no HD channels can be picked up.

works very well in my bedroom, great picture it was hard to get all channels before.
Purchased for my son for use with his smart TV on freesat (no aerial avail) but he wanted to be able to receive Live TV & Catch up. It was easier to set it up on my TV (it has a signal strength indicator) just plug it in and scan. Unfortunately, I live in a bungalow in an area renown for low signal strength, I scanned twice and managed to get 54 channels after several attempts and dangling the aerial over a window catch – the first scan didn’t pick up the ITV channels but the second scan picked them up OK. Fast forward a mile or so down the road to my sons house and upstairs, he immediately picked up 143 channels out of the157 I get with an outside aerial with booster, but more importantly, he now receives Live TV. For him this was a very good purchase. It IS after all an indoor aerial which cannot really be compared with a professionally installed outside one. He’s now bought a 2nd one for his other TV. Happy days!
Good indoor aerial. Manged to get 32 TV channels and 32 radio stations. Not bad as I am in on a ground floor flat. Wear there is next to no signal. I didn’t want to spend much on an outdoor aerial. So this was a good choice.
I purposely tried a direct trial with this as i had a flat plate style indoor antenna in the bedroom that was a ok but a bit hit a miss. When this arrived it was in a miss point so left TV on being all blocky and patchy , disconnected old antenna and replaced with this just laying on the bed and instantly it worked better . Good start , i placed it out the way on top of a wardrobe nearest the window and still perfect picture no blocks. Rescanned and got some 130 channels etc (midlands area UK) and that was it been good as gold since then . Pricey but works well. I Only used USB port on TV to power it. Comes with what is required to connect to TV.
Very easy to use first class reception am very happy with it, would recommend it.
Fast delivery, Good price. Product good. Easy to install. Delighted.
First off this isn’t as big as the pictures suggest….thank goodness.
About the same size as most indoor aerials.
Works really well and picks up all the channels I need so very impressed.
Feels substantial and is well made.
Really easy to install. Good quality and works really well
Summary
I have tried this in the UK in a poor signal area and also in Europe. Both times this product excelled in picture quality and channel reception.
Mounting
There is a small plastic on the rear of the antenna which I used to secure it to a wall and then the antenna just slots onto the plate.
Cables
There is a coaxial connector and a USB cable (for power to the signal booster). I have a spare USB-A connector on the back of my TV and therefore there was no loose cables hanging about as both plugged into the rear of the TV.
Reception
I was truly astonished that even indoors this antenna matched the performance of the external antenna (on the roof) channel for channel.
Value for money
Worth every penny – especially if you are in a place temporarily and do not want to fit an external antenna.
Does what it says on the tin. All works fine 🙂
Very apprehensive getting an indoor Arial as most of them have very bad reception
This one is amazing didn’t even have to retune but after I did the picture was excellent .
FYI
The USB needs to be fitted to the USB 5v port on your TV
Cheers
I really don’t know why there are negative reviews about this aerial. It is so easy to setup and, with the aerial in the window as recommended the picture quality is good. Our local reception is OK so I don’t know how well it performs elsewhere BUT an indoor aerial is never going to be as good as an outdoor one. This is by far the best indoor one I’ve ever had. Great value. Please follow the instructions and you’ll not go far wrong. Why only 4 stars? It’s not very esthetic and getting it to stand alone without using the ( not very useful pads) is fiddly but doable.
I live in a first floor flat ,with poor reception. This product was easy to install ,with perfect viewing.
I needed it urgently and it arrived next day.
Overall good product and I’m very pleased with it.
I bought this for the tv in my bedroom as the communal areal wasn’t working very well
I am really impressed with this areal the picture is really good and it has picked up 99 channels, it is very easy to install and I think worth the money would highly recommend i
Well we have all used indoor aerials and they were sketchy.
This was a revelation. I couldn’t run cables to a smart tv for my parents so I thought give this a go.
We have put it in a window up high with the fixing plate (sticky mount) approx 4 m from the TV.
Plenty of cable to sort this
I then plugged it in to the TV and ran the channel search and they came straight up.
The picture is superb on the TV most of the time. It is a digital aerial so it does get interference from atmospherics but this is not often and can’t be helped.
My only small improvement is to the hanging clip. The aerial just pushes on and if you had children wouldn’t be strong enough nothing some glue won’t solve in time.
Parents are supper happy
When I pulled this out the packaging my heart sank because I’ve never felt anything so cheap in all of my purchases from Amazon however you can’t judge a book by its cover and I guess here it’s all about the internals as this set up had the ummpffh to give me reception on even the most difficult channels.
I was a bit confused by the description on this Aerial, it was almost as if it suggested you would be able to pickup more channels than a standard one… in practice, I found no difference in the channel list I was presented with from my previous Aerial, but that aside it does provide a very strong and crisp signal. At 30 I would say it is around the normal price for a decent powered Aerial, so I am quite happy with it.
Installation was very straightforward (the hardest part being navigating the TV menu to do the channel setup, but that’s going to vary from TV model to TV model and is outside the control of this product). Once installed the picture quality (of terrestial channels in my case) was excellent. Its certainly more convenient than an external professionaly fitted aerial and performs better than the old models I had before.
This is a great aerial its easy to install, good value and gives your tv a good quality picture, it supports 4k tvs and smart tvs, it can go upto 380 miles long range for getting a decent picture quality. its for indoor use to make it easier to connect up to your tv and get a better signal, no faffing necessary its really easy to set up and quick.
easy to install. can be screwed to wall or hung using self adhesive pads provided. works very well
I was interested to try a mini indoor TV aerial as my old (enormous) outdoor aerial, which had served me well for over thirty years got damaged recently and had to be pulled down. Rather than have another huge metal monstrosity on the roof, I was curious to see if an indoor aerial would suffice. It was quick and easy to set up. Just plugging it into the correct socket on the back of the TV, then following the onscreen channel-scan instructions. At first I just stood the receiver/aerial on the windowsill, and reception was a bit disappointing. However, fixing at the top of the window soon corrected the problem and reception was then excellent.
Oh, this is good and works where others have failed. I’ve got to admit that I didn’t have particularly high hopes, but thought it was worth a try. We live in an area where reception has been poor for a while and does seem to be getting worse. The aerial looks like a cat, and indeed, I have positioned on top of a unit that already has a couple at cat ornaments on, and it doesn’t look out of place. It is smaller than I expected it to be, at just 24cm tall. It comes with options for fitting, with a choice of screwing it to a wall or using sticky pads. It can be used indoor or outdoor and you get a generous 32′ of coax cable.
It is so simple to set up. All I did was put the USB lead and the aerial into the television, retuned it and all of the old channels reappeared. The picture quality is very good indeed.
At the time of writing this review, the cost is 26.99, and if it works for you, it’s worth every penny.
Simply plug the aerial into the back of your digital TV or freeview TV box and the usb (for the amplifier) into a usb port, scan for channels, and away you go.
It took a trying the aerial in a few different positions to be able to consistently recieve HD channels but the long cable may this easy to do.
The unit is smaller than may be suggested in the pictures and is very lightweight.
At 26.99 at time of review there are cheaper aerials avaible but i cannot comment on how well they work, I can only say this aerial worked well. I would recommend.
Handy TV aerial that can be wall mounted inside or outside and avoids having to run coax into the attic etc. Doesn’t take up much wall space and comes with the necessary bracket. Has a built in USB powered signal booster which should ensure a good signal. Is worth checking the optimal location for the signal before mounting on a wall. Mine is to provide terrestrial channels in the conservatory.
A smart-looking and well-made Antenna, comes with very clear assembly and operating instructions.
also included are brackets, stickers, and screws.
This Antenna is for indoor or outside use. First confirm the TV you wish to attach is Digital.
Attach the Antenna to the TV before any fixing.
In my case, I found that the higher position works best. Once you find the best position for a clear signal
follows the instructions for scanning channels.
Sit back and enjoy.
I ordered this because I have a spare TV located in a room with no access to the external aerial.
It’s got clear instructions and was quite easy to set up.
The signal is pretty good, although, as per the instructions, you sometimes do need to move it to get the optimum signal on certain channels.
Would definitely recommend.
This is amazing it was so easy to set up and the picture and sound on the tv is fantastic it’s clear full of colour and it didn’t take too long to find the best place for the aerial to be I could not be more happy I absolutely recommend this as it is brillia
This TV aerial is way smaller than I expected. It looks huge in the photos, but it’s actually only 24cm tall and 12cm wide. It actually looks kinda cute, almost like a cat. You could stick a couple of googly eyes and a furry tail onto it if you wanted to! It’s very lightweight too. I’d say only a couple of hundred grams.
Does it do its job? Yes, it does the job of a much larger metal aerial. It includes a signal booster too, which plugs into a USB port on your TV for power.
Comes with a 32ft coax cable, which is a decent length.
Absolutely over the moon with this TV Aerial as it has provided a lot of channels that have been impossible for me to get with any other indoor aerial. Was a little worried when I saw the product page as it made the cat look massive but fortunately it is not – approximately 24cm tall and 13cm wide at the base and 8cm wide at the ears. It does not come with a stand so it isn’t freestanding but there is fittings provided to screw it to a wall, and sticky pads. I didn’t want to do this so have hung the cat over the edge of my curtain rail where it has stayed without a problem. Simplicity to work as instructions say to pop the usb lead into the back of the tv or box. I have 3 usb slots at the back of the tv in my spare room so just chose the middle one and the only other lead is the aerial which obviously goes in that socket at the back of the tv. Retuned the tv and beside having the extra channels the picture is noticeably better even on the ‘old movie’ channels.
The aerial this has replaced was a philips which is about 5yrs old and cost more than this one then, so at 29.99 this is great value.
