Had a problem with the hot tub and they replaced it straight away would highly recommend
Over all I like the hot tub the jets work nice and it a good experience only downfall I don’t feel the filter is working correct and the heating part I left it 8 hrs and it was still cold I’m having to inflate it daily the clips snapped easy as you pull the cover tight as it goes slack on it own which I don’t feel safe as my boy is outside even locked i do feel there is enough gap still for him to climb through Im thinking of sending back but heard reviews the customer service isn’t clever but contact I’ve had has been good so far
Update i have had recent contact with customer service ie Rosy who was very helpful delt with me straight away and gave me a refund no qualms ask and didnt need to return pool I suppose I can use it for a pool for my autistic son with bubbles I only gave the stars due to the heating function not working and didnt really filter properly but I was happy with size and how quick it set up and looks nice with some decor and gazebo around i
