I reached out to support, and originally they offered me only $9 dollars but I told them I just want the replacement, and $9 dollars was just not enough. So they agreed to send me a replacement. I got the replacement today. Good support.

Failed after 8 months of use.
Used about 3 times. Computer still recognized it but not getting any feeds from HDMI.
I use a Macbook air m2 , OBS.

I use this for twitch streaming with my Nintendo switch and it’s flawless and great quality! No need to fork out for an expensive capture card!

Nutze die Karte um meine Sony A6000 zum Streamen zu nutzen und genau das macht die Karte auch. Luft alles super und ohne ruckeln und mehr muss es auch nicht. Daumen hoch

Truly “plug and play”. I have this connected to an HDMI KVM in order to capture screen shots for use in creating technical documentation. I am using the Windows 11 “Picture” app and everything is working flawlessly. For the most part, I am capturing screen shots from a static image, not a video or “motion” (e.g., computer boot sequence). So overall, I’m very satisfied.

Can’t really rate the tech support because I’ve had no reason to contact them.

I bought this for connecting my GoPro 3+ to it so I can use it as a regular webcam and do the live streaming. This works perfectly. I like it also comes with a USB-C to USB-A adapter so I could use it for both my Mac and Windows laptops.

Kind of mad I didn’t buy this the first time I bought a capture card. Don’t buy an el gato, it’s a waste of money. Buy this one it is cheap and the quality is perfect.

Day 1 and its really good. It can really do 1080p 60fps when plugged into usb 3.2. If the usb it is plugged in to isn’t fast enough it’ll only let you do 720p, so keep that in mind before buying. When using a camera it did seem to have a bit of artifacting on angled lines, so don’t expect the image to be crystal clear. It seems well build with metal enclosed and is very small considering, however it heats up pretty quickly, so I’m not sure how it’ll do for long recordings. All in all, well worth the money.
