honestly best product you could buy for the quest two besides a headstrap if you buy a 3rd party headstrap and the vr cover interface replacement its like wearing a whole different headset when it comes to comfort the vr cover face plate is a no brainer and after having the Quest 2 for about 2 1/2 years i regret not buying the product soone
We have two Meta’s in our household. We got the one to see how it worked, how comfortable it was, and how well it blocked out light. We saw it on a Meta video we were watching and noticed the guy had his quest decked out. We found out what he had and decided to try one of these. We have had it for a few weeks and love it so much we just bought a second one for the other quest. This helps alleviate pressure on the face, is comfortable and doesn’t cause you to sweat so much on the face (if you use these for long periods you know what I am talking about) and take away the light that comes in at the nose piece.
This cover from VRCover was purchased as a gift, and everything about it works well. The color is stylish, the pad matches the color of the Quest 2 well, and the pink provides a subtle accent. There is no light leakage, and the lens cover seems to work fine. The set includes 2 identical face pads, which is great for longevity, or if you tend to sweat in your headset.
Overall, this facial interface is the best I’ve tried to date, offering the best comfort and build quality yet.
So it’s exactly what I want, comfort is a bit better and it’s small and form fitting. Very stylish, I love the YouTuber ThrillSeeker so of course I picked this version I also love the pink an I got the Kiwi pink bands for the hands.
Only complaint is it’s not a HUGE difference for me to think it’s worth 30 bucks. Maybe 15-20 dollars. 1 3D printed plastic piece and 2 Velcro pieces. For style an to support the creator I watch is why I justify the 30 dollar price though, so to each their own.
Comfortable and easy to put on while having sick pink accent makes the headset look really cool. The lens cover is great and easy to cover the lenses while being at any IPD setting but does smudge them so it’s good to always wipe them with a microfiber cloth after taking the lens cover off.
Can’t use with Meta official glasses spacer which kinda sucks but my eyesight isn’t that bad so it’s okay could be worse for other users though.
Also you get to support Thrill so
It does not block the nose 100%, but I have had other light blockers and this one at least stays in place. I ended up putting another nose piece on top of it underneath the other nose blocker that comes with it. Now there is no light leakage and it is just plain awesome. It comes with two different pads and I’m not sure why, but I feel like they should be different. They are the exact same pad just two of them. It can get sweaty at times, but it’s really good for something being immersive. It might not be perfect but it is definitely the best one I have found so far after trying a few.
My sons 14/11 wanted these for their oculus quest 2, they put them on by themselves in like 2 minutes and said it is way more comfortable and helps keep the light in the cracks around their faces out for better game play!
If you’ve ever used default interface for the quest 2, you’ll know how uncomfortable it can be. Even with the silicon cover, it’s too stiff and compresses your sinuses uncomfortable, as well as becoming very uncomfortable with any sweating. This facial interface feels more like memory foam and the semi-permeable cover makes it quite comfortable during long sessions in beat saber. The air gaps provide surprisingly good ventilation, although it can make my eyes feel like they are drying a bit. The only downside is that the rubber nose guard doesn’t block out the light as well as the quests native interface, but I don’t really mind that.
I like this kit. But I don’t love it. I find the blue interface kinda hot. Air flow isn’t as good as my “fitness” interface. The padding is ok. For some reason it bothers my nose, and I’m always trying to re adjust. I prefer a thinner padding. This kit definitely isn’t bad. It’s just not .soooooo amazing as all the utube reviews say. (In my opinion anyway)
Great price, really comfortable compared to the original that came with my quest. The nose section to block out light is also effective, Great addition, makes all the difference if you spend alot of time on the quest 2.
If you wear glasses, don’t buy this. It doesn’t come with a glasses spacer and I couldn’t get it to fit with the one that comes with the quest 2(maybe I’m an idiot). I don’t wear glasses so this doesn’t affect me, just wanted to test it. This facial interface comes with two pads, thick and thin. I use the thin one for more fov. The pu leather is pretty comfortable but overall it’s not really that much more comfortable than the stock interface with the silicone cover on. I was disappointed at first because it wasn’t the life changing difference I was expecting. That was until I tried it out. The silicone cover for the stock facial interface was comfy but it made my face sweat so much. There were literally droplets drizzling down my face towards the end of a play session. I would have to wipe down the silicone cover with a clorox wipe every time I took the headset off. Not anymore. The pu leather doesn’t irritate my face and cause me to sweat like the silicone did. After an hour and a half of playing my face is still almost as dry as when I put the headset on. I thought the nose piece would be uncomfortable but you barely even notice it while playing and it does block light quite well. Maybe spend an extra $10 and get the fitness version. It has more, deeper vents as well as more padding options and an overall improved design that fits with the glasses spacer from meta.
Love this cover!! Wayyy comfier than the one the Quest comes with, and if you’re trying to reduce the red marks on your face, this will make a huge difference!!
This is got to be the most comfortable interface there is with inner changeable/cleanable interfaces for different face shapes this thing is probably your best bet I can’t even VR without it!
Comfortable, Very good Quality, feels amazing way better than the original.
The cover is very comfortable. I have glasses but wasn’t bothered when using the headset. I just the glasses into the headset first and then put both glasses and headset on at once.
ien a dire sur cover vr sinon que cest mieux que ce qui est fournis avec le casque v
Artculo de buena calidad, cuando no se use el visor recomiendo quitarlo para que recupere el comfo
I bought this, popped it on, and ALL of my discomfort is GONE. Every ounce of it. I can adjust the angle and tightness however I want and my comfort isn’t affected whatsoever. This thing is so comfy, and stays nice and cool. It also looks amazing, and the velcro-style attachment is really well done and makes things very easy to adjust. It also comes in a nice little plastic capsule and just radiates high quality all around. I’m so happy with this. I’d have paid much more for something this perfect but I’m grateful that I didn’t have to.
Es cmodo y de buena calidad, si me gusto y es til
My son’s enjoy these. My older son used the thinner one, my 5 test old uses the thicker one. Thicker sounds like it’s hard, that’s not the case. They are cushy, I am hard to please, I admit it, lol. However, I was happy with the purchase
Great face cover, much much better than the one the headset came with. It’s super comfortable and allows you to play a lot longer. 100% worth the purchase
I purchased 3 different facial covers for our Quest 2s and this is the only one that did NOT come with a lens cloth
This item is unbelievable!! Like night and day. I can play for hours and there is no shifting. I do have to wipe a little moisture off but the second set really is easy to do a quick replacement.
Easiest way to upgrade your quest 2. I have the newer version and my wife has this one and they make a world of a difference compared to the sweat sponges the oculus comes with.
I love this thing. It’s a game changer for your face comfort. My wife loves hers too
This is my second purchase of this same cover but first from Amazon. It’s from the same dealer so you know its a brand worth getting. Easy to install comfortable and so worth the price and I love the lens cover included.
It’s a must buy item.
This face cover is significantly more comfortable than the base face cover. It also doesn’t soak sweat like the base one does.
Two kids share an oculus quest 2, these are great for each of them to have their own face cushion. Easy to swap them out. Works great are kids day they are comfortable.
The stock face cover would give me bad headaches
after 20-30 min, especially paired with the stock strap. Replaced the face cover first to see if it would fix the problem, and while it did help, the stock strap is just awful and I still get headaches from the pressure the strap produces. It definitely isn’t as common and takes a lot longer for them to occur. This face cover is infinitely more comfortable and hygienic than the stock and I’m sure if it’s paired with a nice aftermarket strap, I’d be able to play for hours on end.
my only problem is that my eyebrows touch my lenses sometimes but other than that its perfec
So I got a preowned quest 2 and had to buy new interface foam straps for everything. I bought a few other items and this came first so I don’t have my straps to test how it truly feels tight but so far so good. Also, the foam is a nice tight barely noticeable velcro I’m highly impressed with how they stick and the foam is beyond soft. I’ll add another star when I can test it fully when the straps come in.
The included lens cover works as expected and it came with a sample of disposable hygienic covers which is a nice plus for when I want to let people try out the headset but don’t want it to get sweaty and gross.
Overall, pleasantly satisfied with my order. Will update if anything changes!
