- After receiving it, please use the configured USB cable to connect the 5V power bank and the recorder host to test whether it can record normally, and then install it.
- The recorder will heat up after using it for a period of time, which is heat dissipation. It is a normal phenomenon, as long as it does not affect normal use, it will be fine.
- A memory card is NOT included in the packaging. Please use a high-quality memory card of class 10 and above. Max Support 256 GB.
- Due to the limitation of the communication protocol, some mobile phone models may not be able to connect to the WiFi of the recorder. If this problem occurs, you can try another phone or turn off mobile data and then connect to WiFi.
- Solutions for WiFi connection problem on some mobile phones:
- Android : Firstly turn off your phone’s mobile data and then connect to DVR’s WiFi. If the prompt“ Trust this Network” appears, you must click “YES”, because Android phone forbids mobile data to ensure the recorded video file transferring speed from DVR to mobile phone.
- IOS : Allows the mobile phone to continue to use the mobile network after connecting to the recorder via WIFI, but it affects the speed of downloading the DVR’s video files to the mobile phone.
- If there is no sound when viewing the recorded video on the mobile APP, please check whether the sound record is turned on on the Setting interface of APP. If it is not turned on, the sound may not be recorded. In order to avoid a lot of noise in the recorded video, our engineers adjusted the sound of the software very low, which caused the DVR’s record sound to be relatively small. Please set the sound sensitivity to “high” on the setting interface of APP, then you can hear bigger voice when the phone is playing the video. The volume needs to be turned up to the highest level when playing on a computer.

To be fair it done the job as described but after a few months seems it’s not as water proof as you think! Rusted like crazy on the inside, camera quality is okay, app could be better (no extra charges) . Get what you pay for. Some instructions a little confusing. Overall it’s okay I guess but audio has no sound on playback with sd card!
Camera was left outside all times on my motorbike so it’s probably my fault that camera has stopped.
Edit: after writing this review the seller has contacted me and could potentially solve the issue (although I’m no longer interested it the product anymore) but it’s good to see communication from the seller! It’s not the best and it’s not the worst. It’s very meh not really bad just not really good either.
Build quality is fine, Dosent feel cheap or crappy.
I don’t know if it’s just me but the instruction were a bit difficult for me to understand. I had to use my experience of other helmet cams to put it together.
It’s nothing super amazing but it does the job. Couldn’t describe it as anything other than a perfect 4/5
I play wheelchair rugby so I’m often looking for new cameras that can fit to my chair so I can record footage of me playing. This camera is no exception, it fits to my chair well with adaptions I already have and it sustains hits from other players well, it takes the knocks well and stays in place. The footage handles the knocks well aswell. The footage is as expected, it’s not 4k but it’s HD so it’s definitely clear enough to be happy to use again, I’d definitely say it’s one of my best cameras I have.
Perfect camera for on the go bikers, work wise or general use. Be dafe on the road with this camera and make sure your always safe.
The main part i like about this camera is it’s various features which include mainly it’s connectivity to your phone, you need to connect to it by creating a hotspot with the camera, then with the app installed it will connect and extract any data you have on the camera included videos but you can also live stream the video whilst you’re riding to ensure you have the correct angle.
You can either connect it onto your handlebars or of course onto your helmet, i prefer the handlebars as it gives a more consistent view, however if you’re wanted more of a POV then your helmet is best and that uses a small velcro patch to fix onto it so it can be removed when needed.
I have mine connected to a small powerbank so i can continue using it on long journeys over and over without having to charge but it does have a decent battery life on it too.
The only downfall would be the slitghtly low level of video quality, which for me makes no difference, but it could for some.
