Bought this for me and my partner to use while camping. I have a very warm and incredible sturdy double layer single bag from Agemore that I’ve used for a while but, unfortunately, it can’t fit the two of us.
I wouldn’t say it was a particularly cold night when we used this but it wasn’t a warm one and this bag kept us both really toasty.
Personally I prefer the canvas style material sleeping bags as they tend to stand up against accidental brushes against the campfire or rips and tears and this is where this bag lost a star:
On our first time using it I pulled the velcro tab at the top of the zip in the wrong direction (maybe I’m heavy handed but I didn’t think I pulled it hard) and it ripped a hole in the material. It’s just a bit too thin and flimsy. I get that often these things are made from very light material to keep the overall weight down but as this bag weighs almost as much as my 6 man tent I’m not sure that was a consideration for them.
Generally I am happy. To get a double bag this warm and comfy for the price is rare (I know, I spent hours looking), just wish it was a bit sturdier.
This black double sleeping bag was a camping revelation for my wife and me. Exceptionally warm, it ensured cozy nights under the stars, making our outdoor experience even more memorable. Crafted with attention to warmth retention, it truly delivered on its promise. One thing to note is its size—it’s perhaps a bit more generous than we anticipated. While this meant more room to stretch and turn, it’s something to consider if space is a concern. Overall, it’s a fantastic product for couples seeking comfort in the great outdoors. Highly recommended, just be mindful of its ample dimensions!
