How do I reset earbuds?
1. Unpair “A50 Pro” from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your bluetooth device.
2. Quickly click 5 times to clear the earbuds pairing information and restore the factory settings, Earbuds indicator light is always on for 2S (Prompt tone: Power off)
3. Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
4. Please cover the charging compartment and wait for 5S
5. Take out the earbuds, wait for 10 seconds, let the left and right earbuds complete the pairing between the earphones
6. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect”A50 Pro”.
What should I do if the earbuds disconnect or the sound is choppy?
Please note that this doesn’t necessarily mean there is an issue with the earbuds but this may have something to do with the connected device and environment. Bluetooth signals may be influenced by obstructions such as walls, pillars, home appliances, Wi-Fi, and more. To ensure a stable connection, we recommend avoiding such obstructions.
To fix this issue, please try the following:
1. Fully charge and reset your earbuds as stated below and pair them again.
– Unpair “A50 Pro” from your Bluetooth-enabled device and delete the old connection on your bluetooth device.
– Quickly click 5 times to clear the earbuds pairing information and restore the factory settings
– Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged.
– Take out the earbuds, wait for 10 seconds, let the left and right earbuds complete the pairing between the earphones. Delete the old connection from the Bluetooth device and reconnect “A50 Pro”
2. Check the earbuds by listening to downloaded music/video.
3. Check the earbuds with another Bluetooth device in a different environment to see if it works well.
For a better experience, please try the following:
1. Try to download the videos and songs before watching them.
2. If you are not using an iPhone, please temporarily turn off some unnecessary app traffic settings on the phone.
These apps will run in the back ground and occupy the 2.4GHz signal of the phone.
3.The connection may occasionally be disconnected under heavy interference conditions.

These are really good buds I didn’t realise how much my old ones had Deteriorated until I first put these on. Extremely comfy. One down note I opened the packing on what you would assume to be the right way up and the product fell out of the bottom luckily nothing was damaged
