1. Q: Why I can’t turn on the new Gamepad?
A: Please recharge the Gamepad before using it for the first time or use it again after a long period.
2. Q: I can’t reconnect my phone with the gamepad even though the Bluetooth has connected.
A: Remove or delete the Bluetooth connection on your phone and reconnect it again.
3. Q: Do I need to keep mapping keys before I attempt to play the same game?
A: One set takes per time, after settings have been done you don’t need to set it again.
4. Q: How to reset the default setting for the gamepad?
A: There is a Reset hole on the left side of the gamepad beside the type-C port. When the gamepad is turned on, press the reset button, the LED light will tum off after reset.
5. Q: Why LED 3 on the gamepad flash quickly when I am playing the game?
A: It indicates that the power of the gamepad is running out. Please charge it in time.
6. Q: How do I know if the gamepad is fully charged?
A: When the gamepad is charged, LED 3 flashes slowly and LED 3 will be kept on if fully charged.
7. Q: Why the controller doesn’t work after connection?
A: Please remove and delete the Bluetooth connection then reconnect it again, or reset the controller.
8. Q: Does the gamepad can support the game in vertical/portrait mode?
A: No, the gamepad does not support games in vertical/portrait mode

I guess for what I paid for this item, it does the job! Am getting some great game play from it and high scores!! The only down side is, you get what you pay for, in other words, it has a cheap feel. I have nothing else to compare it to, but going off how it feels in my hands and buttons lack a click/feedback! Worth the money so far though!

Bought because I needed a cheap controller for game pass on my phone. I can connect it and play Forza Horizon 5 perfectly fine, however if the right side controls were moved up slightly (right stick more so) then it would feel so much better. I couldn’t play anything that needs a lot of control over the camera like an FPS, and I don’t even have very big hands

This is a great bit of kit….providing you read the product description. I initially bought one for a birthday present, tested it out but wasn’t impressed. Persevered with it and decided to keep it for myself and buy another as the birthday present.

Trs jolie manette bluetooth les couleurs sont ultra styles, ma fille de 10 ans a ador. L’apairage se fait facilement, contrairement certains autres contrleurs de jeu. La prise en main est parfaite. Seul bmol sur le ct plastique, j’ai peur que l’ouverture pour insrer le smartphone soit un peu fragile, voir dans le temps.
Perfect for Mobil gaming easy to set up but you may have to download steam link from play store to set it up as I did but it was easy so have fun fellow gamers
