Take A Closer Look
SocketsDelivers 3500 watts (4.3 kVA) of power from either of the two fitted 230V 13amp 3-pin sockets as seen in this photo. | FrameBuilt to outlast others, Wolf uses high-grade heavy-duty all-steel tubular frames to house its generators, to protect them and provide useful lifting and securing points, for all your travel and site needs. | Eco SwitchFitted with an ‘ECO switch’ which automatically adjusts the engine speed in accordance with the connected load, resulting in better fuel consumption than most other generators. |
HOW TO CHOOSE THE CORRECT GENERATOR:
We recommend to our customers to allow 20 – 25% headroom when looking at the loading of a generator. This means if you want to power a 1000w appliance this should be run on a generator with a minimum constant output of 1200w – which puts less strain on the inverter generator and conserves fuel, not having to run continuously at full power. So as well as saving fuel, it will also in turn extend the life of the generator.

Well packaged. I filled with oil and petrol and it started easy and a quick test with a circular saw. Not as noisy as I thought it was going to be. It sits in a nice frame I will be buying a mover that they sell in Aldi ( a piece of wood with four wheels ) for it to sit on and to move about more easily but remove it while in use.
One of the key factors to take into consideration when buying a generator is the weight-v-output factor; too big and transport/storage is a problem, too small and the use is limited to a couple of light bulbs. This machine hits the Goldilocks sweet spot – it is (just) light enough for one man to lift (two would be safer) and yet produces a practical and useful amount of wattage, being able to supply 2.8Kw continuously. It is solidly built and , despite the warnings of pervious reviewers, starts on first pull every time. In eco mode it is quieter than my earlier genny which produced a fraction of the power. I am very pleased.
Delivered promptly all in good order it’s a well built generator.
Can be a bit reluctant to start but will start eventually maybe the choke needs adjusting slightly.handles a 900w hedge trimmer no problem.
Have yet to test it’s 3200w potential
only used once, but so far impressed, excellent quality would recommend to others
Nice bit of kit, well made by looks of it. Yet to use in earnest. Starts easy.
