The only problem after few days of using the fans that are on the case stopped spinning can anyone help?

Got this for gaming. Really good value for the money, and excellent customer service. Even came with a keyboard and mouse. Very quiet and will play most up to date games. Very happy with it.

The PC is undoubtedly good value for money, and is an excellent ‘starter’ PC for someone, especially a young gamer as the LED lighting is spectacular, and there seems to be enough overall specification to run most games in at adequate settings.
This not a PC that was intended to be upgraded though. Most of the components appear to be bespoke, and there is little to no upgrade potential. That said, it should do the job for which it has been specified very well, and is excellent value for money.
Keep in mind, that you will need to have a monitor, keyboard and mouse available for this PC.
But for this would have given 5 stars all round in general though very happy
Since my first review above I’ve now had the Desktop a Month now and very pleased with the desktop and it’s still working well and is still very quick to start up. My gaming has improved because of the screen rate FPS. Overall it’s a perfect PC for those who just want it for gaming or for office work. The glass side with the view of the internal workings is great if your like to see your light affects and the hand held controller to change the lighting to how you wish is an added bonus. I would also like to thank you for the light up keyboard , I haven’t used it yet because I have one already but will act as good spare. Thank you for giving me a great deal on a workhorse desktop PC.

This pc looks impressive and I am sure excellent in lots of ways but wasn’t compatible with the game my son plays so we returned. Good customer service
the only downside is that with five cooling fans running it is louder than a standard single fan PC
I bought this for my grandson and after 2 days of playing Minecraft, Fortnite etc. It looks like a good buy. We will have to see after a few months and going forward if it deserves 5 stars.
We were attracted to XUM as opposed to other retailers because of some terrible customer service reviews, and because CUM actually manufacture most of the parts for gaming PCs, in particular RAM and video cards.
The speed and performance has been excellent, and provided the all important refresh rates my son was looking for.
Delivery was far quicker than quoted, even between Christmas and New Year.
Price wise I think it represents the value for money.
Although bought a week earlier, the computer wasn’t powered on until Christmas Eve as it was a birthday/Christmas present for my son. Only the fan lights came on, no boot, and I determined that one of the DIMMs was faulty, removing it allowed the computer to boot and work without issues. I contacted the seller, not expecting a reply until after Christmas, but received a reply on the 25th apologising and advising that a replacement DIMM would be sent out on the next working day – which they did, and works fine.
The case itself is nice, especially the easy to remove tempered glass side panel rather than the metal and perspex ones that are quite common. Other than the initial hardware issue which was quickly resolved it appears to run fine. My son loves colour fans and it plays all of his Steam and Epic library games with a good framerate. His main two games of choice being Fortnite and Destiny 2, both running smoothly at 1080.
Obviously there’s a fair bit of noise from the fans, which is only to be expected and unavoidable unless you were to fit whisper fans, but it becomes background noise when playing and is only noticeable when in the same room.
For the price I would say it’s a good deal considering the cost of a GTX 1650 on it’s own. My son is certainly happy with it and he has rarely been seen outside of his bedroom since he got it.
Recommended for gaming.
